The batter is crunchy and the fish is moist but not greasy. Every thing is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. I had the fish basket and my wife had the small shrimp basket. At first by following the googles map we couldn't fine it so I called them and it was on the other side of the street and from where we were we couldn't see any sign. We got directions and it was there in the Wild Ride Brewery which can't be missed because the building is so large and signs that is easy to spot. So if you want to find it just go to the wild ride Brewery and you will find Wild Catch, Slice, Burger Wild and there was 2 other food truck there also, but not open during the time we went. My wife ordered the 1 piece cod fish & chips, which she said was okay, but said the French fries were really good and I agree and the tartar sauce that they make is also very good. I had the mix seafood plate, but ordered the halibut instead of cod and it came with shrimp, Halibut and French fries and cold slaw. I didn't care too much for the halibut it was on the dry side not moist, the batter was light and crispy, the tartar sauce was really very good and tasty. The shrimp was coated lightly and came on the side, because I asked not to stir fry it with the sauce, the shrimp was lightly battered and tasty and the sweet spicy sauce was good . I enjoyed the shrimp & fries and the sauces. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking in a parking area on the side of the building.

I have enough leftover for 2 lunches this week at work. My son ordered the chicken tenders, another generous portion. These do not come traditionally breaded it seems ...? The breading was light, which is not a bad thing and you can tell the chicken was fresher and not frozen pre-packaged stuff. It was juicy and tender, and we received 2 large ramekins of choice dipping sauce. Sauce of choice being ranch, but there were other options. The only downside, the breading was under seasoned. A post-fry dash of salt/seasoning salt/pepper would have been absolutely epic. Overall, this truck is a solid recommendation for a hearty meal.

We went there to try the smoked pastrami sandwich, because there are not many places that serve a good smoked pastrami, so decided it's a smoke house it should be good! Also the beef jerky looked delicious. and I asked the girl helping me how is the beef jerky? Do you folks make your own? She replied yes do you want to try a sample? So I asked to try the peppered beef jerky and it was tasty and not overly dried, I ended up buying some, which I plan to buy more before heading back home. Also we tried the smoked dark chocolate with hazelnut which also was very good and tasty and need to bring that also back home. The smoked pastrami sandwich was very good and tasty everyone enjoyed it! And it came with a bag of chips and also chocolate chip cookies that was still warm and chewy with a crispy edge. They also have a wine sampling once a month for wine tasting, beside they sell draft beers there it you like to have a drink with your sandwich or item they are selling.
