Ordered from here the other day late night because I was starving. First off, the order took an hour and seventeen minutes to get delivered on an estimate of 25min. Secondly, the food was atrocious. The onion rings were literally rock hard, almost broke a tooth. The burgers were ice cold and just "thrown" together very sloppy. Everything was terrible. Maybe it was a "one off" type of night but for an order costing $46 this was unacceptable. Bad management, Rude manager, i ordered through Drive thru and was missing an item. when spoke to manager they denied that they missed any items instead of apologizing they accused me of trying to get a free item. i eat at almost every fast food restaurant in the market and never experienced anything like this. not to mention food quality is very bad. read more

We were on our way to a wedding, and needed something to tide us over. This was an easy pit stop, right off the highway. Lots of parking. The place was clean and efficient and our food was delivered without a hitch. As far as Burger Kings go, this one is four stars. read more

This may in fact be the slowest Burger King I have been to in my entire life. Waited 10 min to order my food, then another 10 min for my order to come out. Not like the restaurant is packed but the more like only one cashier and slow workers. Defeats the purpose of fast food. read more

I visited this location last night (Friday), and there was a young man @the register, taking orders. Either he wasn't trained properly, if at all, or he's being slick. Either way he should be in the back, making burgers, cause he has no idea, that a Whopper comes assembled with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Onions, and Mayo. He wanted to charge extra, for a Whopper with these items. $1.20 for Tomatoes, $1.00 for Mayo. So, to whatever Manager reads this...take him out of there. He needs a clue. read more

Overall just a bad experience visiting this BK. Drive through service is extremely slow, the staff is rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Food was hot and fresh but the poor customer service was enough to make me not revisit this location. Come on franchise owner, do better. read more

I went here today to try to grab a quick lunch. I went to the drive through which had a fast to average wait time. Upon getting back to work and eating my meal, I noticed some of the menu items I ate didn't taste the same as in something didn't taste right. I believe it was the mozzarella sticks and French fries. Drove through at night with my wife. Gave the code at the window. The young Spanish kid with the fro said "next time give the code at the window." He says this whether you do or don't, he thinks he's the burger king. I told him he needs to be nice and needs to work on his customer service. World War 3 broke out and he started with the name calling. Then he started saying sexual things about my wife (who had nothing to do with anything). I was mad and went inside demanding the manager. Wow !! I grew up here in Westchester and am visiting/ helping move my daughter. Came to this Burger King after picking up an outstanding worker on YONKERS Ave ( Adolfo) This was the BEST whopper with cheese I have had in YEARS!!! Cheese was completely melted! ( never happens in Minneapolis where I now live ). Meat was very hot , plenty of fresh lettuce etc and a good helping of the great mayo sauce that I love. Bread very soft and fresh. It's your typical BK. I sometimes hit the drive-thru for a quick breakfast. It's not awful, but it's not gourmet either. You know what you are getting. I'm actually very disappointed with BK's new coffee. Seattle's Best tastes like dirt. Go back to that BK Joe stuff. read more

I have come here three time trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Why can't they get a simple order correct? I'm ordering for 1 person so it really shouldn't be hard to get my stuff right. I see so many posts and things in the media saying fast food workers need to make more than minimum wage or raise the minimum wage. 5 words....."Never going here ever again!" they always get my order wrong, if they happen to get my order right then they end up forgetting most of the things I ordered, and I don't notice this till after I leave, then I have to come back and tell them what they missed or that the order I got isn't mine, what's the point in having a number on your receipt if they're going to give you the wrong thing? I got used to the lousy service and I learned to check my bag before I leave, but this Monday I went in with my girlfriend, she decided she wanted to pay, which she did, she got back $7 and some change, enough for our bus money, $2.50 each, she was given a $5 dollar bill and 2 singles, we tried to get change right down the street at a gas station and then at 2 delis but they all said the $5 bill was fake, we took it back to Burger King, she showed them her wallet, she had no other bills in there other than the change we got from there (Burger King) they said the bill was fake too, we demanded to get a different bill, but they refused....so not only did we always get lousy service all the time, wrong order, incomplete order, but we also got played for suckers and were given counterfeit money...and not only that, only reason we went was because my girlfriend was craving Burger King, she didn't have fast food for awhile, she's pregnant, we had no money for the bus and we had to walk home in the cold slippery winter, thanks alot Burger King! read more

Best Burger King I've been to in the Yonkers Area. They even keep their crowns in the kids meals crisp and semi-gold looking for showing it off to your friends. Breakfast is of course, greasy, non healthy, and will probably kill you in eventuality - which means that most of their morning chow is delicious on your tongue ... it is fast food after all, folks. Their burgers, fries, and onion rings are served from noon till' two in the morning (in the drive through) to serve the local night owls and stoners abroad. Speaking of their drive-through, it serves car driving customers on an alacrity not expected, as long as you roll up at non peak times. Bathrooms are moderately clean. The crew is an average bunch of college kids and people who've fallen on hard times, but they cook up the cheese & meat correctly. I have yet to see them disappoint a customer based on not properly broiling their beef. All in all, if you decide to eat their cheap food here, it's the best on central avenue. read more
