Been going to Yelm Burger King for so long and been my favorite of all choices but everything has gone down hill the last 6 months. The gals running the window are rude and the orders wrong, the older hispanic gal is great as well as the older guy with white hair. Always waiting on chicken, today was timed at 10 minutes out front and wrong with no changes or customizing of the order. The impossible whopper is nasty, everything on it masks the taste from the mayo to the pickles, I took it apart and tasted just the patty, if everyone did that you'd never order it again. I'm not going to go there for awhile, hoping things change, tired of the staff and cold wrong orders and wait times not to mention the roiling stomach, feel like jumping on a toilet all day. read more

We were told it would be a 25 minute wait for 6 whoppers in the drive-thru because there is a limit- no limit was posted. The staff was goofing off in the background of the mike, laughing and carrying on to where the order taker couldn't care. I had been there before for breakfast and they messed up the order so bad we handed back the coffee and asked for a refund. We simply ordered 2 croissanwich meals, four went out the window before they even acknowledged that there was an "issue with the hashbrowns". Only one worker was "working" the rest were leaning on the counter. No work ethic. No quality. No representation of Burger King. read more

The service is really slow, and literally everytime I've gone through the drive through, which is about once a month, they either miss up my order, give me stale fries, or burn something. It's usually a last resort for me. The service and food are less than par, but the staff is always friendly :) read more

I took my family here for lunch and the young man who took our order was great i think his name was Dametri ... as for the rest of the crew, I was extremely disappointed. There was a man wiping down the trash can next to us when my oldest daughter said she wanted to work there. He jumped in to our conversation with "I wouldn't if I was you, it sucks". Really while your on the clock bud??? Wow. Then when Demetri was on his break I went up for more and had two employees make eye contact with me one with a colorful ponytail and run to the back leaving me very irritated. There were no other customers and no cars in the drive. Finally a young lady I think her name started with a M came and helped me. Before I left I thanks the two of them and explained how I was treated by the others to the team manager. Then I left. They need serious help with customer service skills. So annyoing went there for three breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns was again asked to pull around and park no one else in drivethrough another car waiting for their food next to us. Went inside and there were three people working one at drivethru just standing around. Asked assistant manager why we were asked to pull around. I asked it is it to meet their time he said yes and then said they do this because they make all hashbrowns and french toast sticks fresh well those probably only take about three minutes i told him they should figure out a different way and organize things better ao people dont have to pull around. I said it was ridicilous and he said sorry then another car pulled around to wait. One customer in restaurant and all the sandwiches sitting on counter waiting for those fresh hashbrowns. I seriously love this Burger King! The staff is always very friendly and service is great. They have those awesome soda machines that are digital and have hundreds of options. How can you not love a place that you can get cherry lime or vanilla coke at!? They have a back area with a giant table and it's closed in with a door. It's perfect for my restless toddler to walk around in and I don't have to worry about disrupting other diners. The table is very long and seats 14, my daughter always pretends she's a long of a castle when we sit at it. Love it here!!! The only thing I would love to see is a play place!!! read more

The workers act like the customers are a total inconvenience. They are so rude and I do not recommend this place to anyone. And these people expect to get paid 15 dollars an hour?! Get real! I haven't ever had this bad of a visit. The customer service was horrible. The cashier seemed annoyed that we came in, took our order without asking anything about size of the meal, then didn't give a copy of my receipt, just walking off to talk to her co-workers, Then when our food was finally done after a 20 min wait she just handed ti to us and didn't ask if we wanted any sauces for our chicken. My family and I have been eating at this establishment since I was a kid. I must admit, I hope none of us do anymore. I went there today to grab two hamburgers via the drive thru and I felt like I was being pushed to place my order so they could get me in and out. I didn't even receive time to explain I didn't want lettuce or tomato on the first hamburger and after, they assumed it's all I wanted. Once again, trying to get me in and out. Also, I was the only person in line at this time. I enjoy receiving my food quickly but, I felt this was just very poor customer service. When I got to the window, there was very little interaction with myself and the same person that took my order. I said thank you and didn't receive any response in return. My hamburger also looked as if it was just thrown together as all the ingredients we're falling out after I unwrapped it. Once again, I could understand if it was busy but, it wasn't. I wish zero stars was an option for this burger king! We placed a simple order however the large onion rings came out cold. Yes, you read that right... they weren't even a little warm. It was as if the onion rings were served in their box then forgotten on the counter only to be thrown into the next to-go bag. We tried waving down one of the workers but when she saw us she quickly looked away. Once she realized we weren't going anywhere she finally walked over and opened the window. I said "excuse me, these onion rings are cold" and before I could finish she said "if you want hot ones you need to drive to the front" and tried to shut the window. Before she shut the window I asked "what is your name ma'am?" and she replied with a dirty look and said "my name tameka." After we drove around to the front parking lot and waited, Tameka walked up to the front door with another gal (dark brown hair) and looked at our car through the window. Tameka said something to the other girl then handed her the bag of onion rings and laughed as the girl walked out and brought it to us. I asked this other girl if Tameka had done anything to the food or something of that manner, as she had been pretty rude to us. She started laughing and told me they weren't allowed to do that and that she would never do anything like that. We drove away and as I opened the bag and took the onion rings out, I found hair ALL OVER my onion rings. It was odd to me that Tameka walked the other girl out but now it makes sense - she just wanted to watch our reactions to the nice present of hair she decided to send home in our food. This is unacceptable behavior and I have no idea how this establishment is still open with as many complaints as it has. I spoke with the manager regarding tonight's issue and have had to call two times prior to complain. My family and friends are never coming back. read more

Where to start---what was supposed to pass for burgers were poor excuses for the real thing. The mayo was so thick that it oozed all over the outside of the buns, but leaving enough inside that it would have covered two more burgers and had to scrapped off. Lettuce was wilted or the hard base of the leaf was used. Pickles were piled in one spot instead of being spread across the burger. Quality control is non existent and the saddest part is the fact that these folks think it is normal. After speaking with the "manager" it was apparent that they accept this slop as quality---so sad. There is no need to continue, just know that they need to get ADULTS in there to baby-sit those children. read more

I'm sitting in the lobby eating my food. An elderly woman thought she was supposed to have 2 eggs on her breakfast sandwich and brings her sandwich up to the manager who is working and never in my life have I seen someone be treated so disrespectfully. Not only did the manager, who should have amazing customer service not even stop what she was doing to respectfully explain to this elderly lady that her sandwich only comes with one egg. She speaks loudly as she is walking away to do something else and says" you are not getting a sandwich with two eggs on it" I was like Wow! And that coming from the manager. What ever happend to respectfully explaining the misunderstanding to the customer. Sure the lady would have bought the second egg but instead she just left, I felt embarrassed for her.
