horrible experience. too expensive, the dining area was closed, only one of two drive thru lanes were open and they had us wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for our order. awful. don't waste your time. if I could give zero stars I would. we only ordered 3 basic cheeseburgers and 3 small fries and they still couldn't keep up. the environment wasn't reviewable because it was all closed down. it was hard to navigate the one open lane because there was a lift for construction in the way. read more

I ordered a Bacon King and received a double cheeseburger with no bacon. I received my bacon king and the burger with no bacon for free. The customer service was good, but the cleanliness of the restaurant needs a little work as well. read more

The opening crew has great customer service that will put a smile on your face and these ladies hustle to get your food out hot and fresh

ordered whopper meal with cheese no onion, received a whopper with no onion, cheese, ketchup, mustard, oh and NO freaking BURGER!!! get it together BK and not everyone that goes there is in distance to swing back and get a new one... all they did was put me in the book for a free one next time, it's not free if I paid for it already and didn't even get to eat it.... this is why we tend to go to MCDs more they don't fail us.... read more

Burger King - Whoppers - Burgers Near Me - Willmar, Minnesota

I live just blocks from this Burger King. Yes, I'm aware that BK isn't what it used to be. Most of them are dirty and sleezy. This one makes them the rest of them seem like 5 star restaurants! Not only is the service slow, the floor greasy, and the lighting dim, but the crew will absolutely ignore you when you need something. They'll either look you right in the face and walk on by, or purposefully look around you in an obvious attempt to not speak to you. I've given them multiple attempts to keep my business, and they fail every time. This was the last straw. We won't be back (and we literally live 6 blocks from the restaurant). There's another Burger King in Willmar. It may not be top notch, but it certainly is when compared to this one. Do yourself a favor. Go to the other one. You'll be much happier. read more

Where do I start: one night my wife decided she wanted burger king so we went through drive thru at night and maybe a customer or two and as soon as we begin to place our order we're cut off with one moment, which is fine. So about five minutes go by and we are still waiting so i say hello a few times and no answer , 15 mins is gone by at this point and another car pulls up in the drive through lane next to me and places an order and proceeds to drive through to pay, frustrating but whatever. I reverse and go to the next order lane next to me and was once again greeted with " hold on one second " and by this time it's been maybe 25/30 mins in a fast food drive thru. I simply am fed up with the horrible service & all I was trying to do is place an order. I then ask the lady after for corporates number though the drive through screen and she tells me she cannot give me it and I would have to come back when a managers around and maybe then I could have it and I simply responded with " alright then I'll just get it online and was going to proceed with a thanks but before I could I was cut off with a rude snarky tone and told " then google it " . Just wanted a simple order and haven't gone back since, also got ahold of corporate and never heard anything back. If you're looking for professionalism & work ethic basics you won't find it here. P.s. from all the times I've eaten inside the establishment is dirty and bathrooms are rarely up-kept, stuff is always on the table tops and the workers that work there always seem to be rude and dirty looking. Not to mention my wife has gotten food poisoning from here not once but twice because the foods never properly done and they either over burn the fries or the burgers not fully cooked. Not once have I seen professionalism in this establishment or the employees here. Save yourself sometime and order elsewhere. Maybe the Burger King on highway 12! read more

i came into this establishment simply to wait for a family member to finish with their haircut after I had taken my permit test. When I walked in, I had found that several measures had been put in place due to COVID-19 (designated tables, which had been wiped down, lines on the floor to follow, etc.) After about ten minutes of waiting, a very nice employee offered me a drink while I was waiting(I had no money). I gratefully accepted and went to get my drink. When my ride arrived, I went to get some cash, and I gave the employee a dollar as a second form of a thank you. She said it was very nice of me to give something back, even though it wasn't necessary. Overall, I was impressed. The only downside I saw was that staff did not enforce the required mask policy. I can't give a lower score. Pulled into first drivethru while they were helping someone at the second. That car drove up to the window to get their order after much repeating and re-yelling their order. I waited. Second car pulled up to that second drivethru, and still I waited. Finally someone told me it would just be a moment, so I waited. Nope, they took the order from the SECOND car! I waited again, like a fool. A hungry fool. The truck behind me backed up and went into the second drivethru and got assistance too. I drove off. Never again going to bother with them. read more

The new, improved Burger King on First Street is the worst fast food restaurant in town. Everyone from the manager down has an attitude. Don't even wish your food will be delivered to you fast, and if it is wrong, well, you are just a fly in the ointment of their day...just warning you. Lovely 70's decor. read more

worst place to eat ,first there's no fast in any of their service,sat in drive through 15 mins waiting for food, there was no other cars in drive through ,order wasnt right,said no sauce on a spicy chicken combo their was sauce on it,order 3.79 combo,u supose to get 2 sandwichs with it got one,tryed calling to get order fixed but they dont answer the phone there,so drove back walked in told them what was wrong and guy says "what do u mean no sauce" "mayo" ah ya thats what that means no sauce,will never eat there again,bk on 12 is way better in every way. read more

Not good for kids? Isnt that what fast food is about?? Yes I agree with the other posters.... The service here SUCKS. add a window to not use it, the drive thru staff... not even going there... We waited at the order site for 10min one day, and then the person who was "taking our order", didn't understand a word I said, messed up everything after repeating myself a minimum of 4 times per meal item. We finally told them to delete the order and drove off. Went to McDonalds instead. At least their staff smiles! read more

The food here is decent but the service is terrible. The entire staff seems to consist entirely of high school kids who all work at a snail's pace. If there is more than 1 person ahead of you in line be prepared for at least a 15 minute wait. Hardly what I call "fast" food. read more

Well, I made my last visit to the Willmar Burger King today. I ordered a salad, after asking if it had romaine or iceburg lettuce, I was told romaine - - it was iceburg. The price on the menu board and what it rang up at was different - by A LOT. I waited for seven minutes in the drive through. The guy that brought my food definitely doesn't know the meaning of "fast food". I got no "Thank You" from the window or the guy that eventually brought me my salad. And then when I finally get to my salad............no flavor. I might as well have eaten my shoe. I thought maybe it needed more dressing but when I added more, it tasted worse, so I looked at the expiration and it was expired by 8 months!!! :( read more
