I've been to this Burger King several times and never had a problem... The staff is helpful and friendly... I've never had a problem here... The food here is no different than any other Burger King... I always get two Cheeseburgers and fries and maybe add an order of onion rings... I also enjoy a Whopper or two Whopper Jrs on occasion... If they have the Whopper Jr special (two Whopper Jrs for 5 dollars) I'll get that... You may notice that I have quite a few reviews for this establishment.... Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten at a fast food place. If I could give negative stars, I would. They screwed up my order (I asked for only tomato and pickle on my sandwich, I got just onion) and when I tried to fill out the survey to tell them, it refused to allow me to do so. I tried calling, and it kept going to the answering machine. Twice the person who handled my order actually picked up, but as soon as I explained that I was just there and they'd messed up my order, he hung up on me. They obviously don't care about customer service. If you want to get your money's worth, go elsewhere. This place is crap. read more

First of All This place is Super Slow and the food is Horrible. Not to mention My sister went through the drive thru and got my 2 nieces the ice cream cups and my older niece put hers in the freezer and when she went to eat it a little while later there was a bug frozen in the middle of the ice cream!!!! Grab a seat, because I have a lot to say... first off, my hubby headed over to this restaurant today for breakfast at 10:30 AM. He ordered two #6s and two #10s, along with four HI C oranges, with NO ICE! My hubby goes through the line to pick up and gets half the order and no picante sauce for the burritos. He was then instructed to go back around a second time, I guess to clear the drive thru line! So, he goes back around and gets the second half of the order, but still no picante sauce. My hubby asked for it and he says he got attitude, because the employee at the window searched high and low and couldn't find it. A manager appeared and the sauce was found. This was the first location I had the burrito and I didn't know there was a sauce, until I visited the location on Aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia. Moving on to my next issue... if you missed it in the beginning of my review, my hubby requested NO ICE in the drinks -- there are three reasons for this... ICE waters down the drink, it's not needed, because fountain drinks are almost always COLD... and I've heard stories about fruit flies and other pests getting into the ice! Today, I rest my case... I lifted the lid on my drink and what do I find... a big, dead winged ant! Talk about disgusted... I don't play when it comes to my food... I'm done, we're done! And to think, this all could've been avoided if the order was filled the way it was place, smh. read more

The service was awful. I was in the drive thru and the lady taking our order was extremely rude. I pull up to the window and she was still being extremely rude. I finally got my bag and wanted to make sure i had everything and she kept curing and making rude comments behind the window. Her name tag said Gwen. Let's start with the service. The cashier either doesn't know how to do her job or she's just really bad at it. It took ten mins to give the order, she never asked what size we wanted, after we give the order had to repeat it back five more times. Then they call is for the order and, shocker it's wrong missing burgers , fries , when I ordered onion rings. It took longer to give the order then to get it. The soda taste like maybe there was a cleaner or, some other chemical in the lines. Maybe they cleaned the machine and, never rained it idk. I got an instant headache as soon as I took a sip. The bathroom was a disaster. All in all was a horrible experience. The only reason I come here is cause my son like to play in the okay area. That is he only positive about the visit was he had fun. Not that I had to go back up to the counter 4 times to get all the food and correct order. Mind you there were only 3 people ordering. read more

Visited the drive thru today. I waited 15 minutes in line. I was asked three times for my order because my car did not move. I had a coupon for buy one get one free Whopper . I was charged $6.00. One whopper is $4.79 How did I get charged $6.00? Also, I did not receive a receipt for my transaction which I charged on my cc. I mentioned my wait to the attendant and was not given any reason for the delay. I will not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning. This is not fast food! read more
