Large onion rings and medium onion ring. This is exactly how they came. There were no onion rings in the bottom of the bag and we hadn't eaten a single one. What's the point of paying for a large if we're going to get less than what's in a medium?! Even the medium wasn't filled all the way up. It took about 10 minutes to get my food. They also forgot to add cheese to my burger and forgot our zesty sauce. The employees were pleasant, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this Burger King. read more

Upon arriving to the place I once ventured to for a sweet treat, I fully expected to receive the treat I so craved. Especially considering it was 9:55, and they were indeed open. However, I could not have been more wrong. I was waiting in the drive thru, and I was not greeted until I turned and asked my passenger, "Are they even open?" Thankfully, after this, someone took my order-- which was three Oreo shakes. In response to my order, I was treated with disrespect and annoyance. "I took the shake machine apart, we close in 5 minutes" Excuse me? "Would you like to wait?" Baffled by this question, I responded, "Wait for what?" To which my question was never fully answered; however, I eventually figured out the wait would be an estimated 10 minutes. I write this review to ask, why was the shake machine taken apart in the first place? Why was I refused an item when you were open? Why am I treated as a burden for simply wanting a shake? Why do I become the inconvenience, when really, you are inconveniencing me? I fully understand the unwillingness to make three shakes so close to closing; however, that is what you were hired to do. read more

It strikes me that if you serve breakfast until 10:30 you should be able to get whatever breakfast item you want. Cold food rude staff. Gave us 4 soda cups charged us 2 then came up to us and had us go back to the register after we we received or food ro charge us. Taco looked worse then a school taco. Never would return here. read more

Customer service is horrible.! I used the app last night and opted for a free fry any size with combo. When i got there there was no one in drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. Only a young guy and rude girl. At the drive thru he read my order back whopper combo and sm fries. I said no, its a lrge fry. He said order says small. When i got to window to pay he said whopper combo and sm fry. I said no , it's a lrg fry. He said order says small. He told me to pull up to pay. When i paid i said i reminded them again its a lrg fry . When i pulled away, it was a sm fry. So i went back thru to the window and now the girl is there. I said i asked for a lrg. fry 3x. She said nope, the app said sm.fry. She said nothing she can do , if i want a lrg i have to drive around building and get in drive thru order and pay for it. I said im calling corporate. She said thats fine , call my manager tmmrrw too. So i called this morning, sounded like the girl that waited on me but she said she was the manager. She slipped and said she told me to pull forward last night. , which she didn't. LOL. When i asked why they just couldnt have made another fry, she said bc fries takes 3 minutes. I said i would have pulled forward. Then she said something about the heat wave and hot oil. LOL Again, very rude. I really dont see what the big deal was, there were no other customers at the time. I'll just stick with McDonalds and other resturants in area. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.! It's not about the fries, it was how i was talked to and treated.No respect and horrible customer service. I went through the drive-thru and the lady who took my order had to compose herself before taking the order. She was too busy laughing with whomever she was working with and was laughing when attempting to take the order. Then when I was paying at the window she didn't even acknowledge me. I was not acknowledged at all except for the poor acknowledgement when giving the order. I understand you're bored when there's no one in or at the restaurant but you can pause your conversation with your co-worker for 5 minutes (max) to take care of the customer in the drive-thru. Stopped in here this evening to see if it had gotten any better at this location. There was nobody in the drive-through but myself. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food after I ordered...basically because they were understaffed. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal (to go). The fries were over salted, and the chicken nuggets were cold, dried out, and looked like they needed a drink of water. I think they were under the heat lamp too long! Not a good experience! Judging it based on other Burger Kings I've been to around the country, this is probably the best Burger King I've been in. The current renovation in progress didn't make the place look good at all, and my first impression was that it would be one of the worst BKs I've been to. I stand corrected. The service was great and friendly, and the employees seem to be very happy to work with each other. In terms of food, the fries were well done and I was shocked at how good the burger looked. Burger tasted great. This has set a great standard for future Burger Kings I visit. Service was fast. read more

Stopped yesterday for their sour dough burger. First sat at order board for eight (8) minutes before I was recognized. Then ordered the meal. Sat again for seven (7) minutes after I paid for meal. When I finally got the meal, the bread was not toasted, no French fries which I was asked what size and ordered medium. Could not get in the store as everything was locked. Would have had to go through a very long line again to complain. At least the lemonade was good. THEY NEED HELP! read more

Though I love their burgers, this must be the most poorly managed fast food restaurant in the area. They continually change their hours. The lobby now closes at 8 pm with drive through at 9 pm, though they're at the corner of a major intersection. You'd think this was a bank, not a restaurant. Waiting 10 minutes for my food is not "fast food." The girl who took my order and money, also brought my order out to my car. I wonder if she's the only one thee. I'm sure they don't make much money. You have to be open, have halfway decent service and advertise to make money. This is so poorly run that they make the DMV look efficient. Horrible food. This was the worst whopper and cheesy tots I ever had. No condiments on the sandwich at all. It was a waste of money because I threw it away. I may never go to another Burger King again. I haven't been to one in years and now I know why. read more
