Customer Service pour! ran out of cheese at a burger joint. How do you even do that? I walk in. There's a young man telling me I have to use the kiosk! now their is a older older woman suffer through the kiosk and her grandchildren helping her! I want to order cheese for my chicken the kid takes 10 minutes to think about oh yeah, we're out of cheese. That's why it's not on the kiosk and then I said can I get an extra barbecue sauce in place of the cheese please because you have no cheese. Another gentleman said yes then the other guy wanted to fight and say I didn't pay whatever they charge for some barbecue sauce or cheese and I can't give you more bbq sauce. i'm sorry I didn't run out of cheese. That's your fault. Have some Customer Service throw in a freaking barbecue sauce and then on top of it he got aggressive like you want to fight me and I'm like all right. Ordered a fish sandwich I added and pay for cheese and added tomatoe- to go- got back to my office and no cheese and no tomatoe- called wapakoneta store manager. Told her that we will take sandwich back so they can remake them. She refused and said she will not take it back. However, she said that next time we order a sandwich she will give cheese free- WHAT?? Ask for corporate number. She spit out the number so fast that I wasn't able to write it down then she hanged up. Try calling but she said "don't call her again". Very uneducated and unprofessional. Fast service, under 5 min from when I order till when I was walking out the door. Order is correct, whopper with cheese and fries. I like how they asked if I wanted salt on the fries, that way one can salt to the level one likes! Burger was made neatly and packaged neatly. What is going on here? It's a fast food restaurant that is run well, who has pride in how the make and present their food to the customers, like it should be. Thought I would try it today.Ordered a whopper double with cheese.Came out a single with onion rings on it.Went to the counter asked for what I ordered and the manager put a single patty in a wrapper and told me to put that on my sandwich.I said no I didnt want onion rings on it,she said pick them off. customer service is rude! i came about 2 months ago for breakfast after work and the lady working the window was so rude by slamming the window and saying "have the day you deserve" all because we drove off after we THOUGHT she was done reading the order back to us. then today (10-11-25) went to get breakfast then the same lady had the window open complaining we took the sauce off a burrito after we order another meal after that burrito then said "well have to remake tha for ya" then said "yep just take the sauce off after you order other things" sorry lady people forget things! stop being miserable! this lady needs fired read more

Thank goodness for clean, quick fast food places when you are in a long road trip drive and need to get quick service with the food prepared as advertised. For fast food dining -this is a very good place. Note : I rate fast food places only as compared to expectations for their type of dining -not against fine dining resting. Food: This location has the usual Burger King menu. They were quick and the food was hot and burgers prepared as we ordered them. Fries were large and crispy. Facility; The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Staff: There were 3 employees present handling drive-thru and inside orders. We were trying to use the Burger King app and it was cludgy, slow, and difficult to use, but all 3 people tried patiently to help us. They were friendly and efficient -helping while also keeping up with all other orders. The young person at the cash register, (appropriately named Joy stayed calm and helpful in spite of the annoyance of the tech (app) not working properly and the check out not recognizing the gift card. With so many restaurants finding it difficult to hire good workers-it's nice that this location found 3 to represent this fast food chain well. Well Done. read more

no stars this place is a joke!!! trespass a lady who they wouldn't let refund her partial order because it was incorrect the customer didn't want it remade just refund. manager gets hyper and upset with customer she advises customer to leave the store and she calls police and states customer was being loud and offensive when in fact this was the reaction of the manager. this is an older lady she did not understand the policy per manager claiming the DM is the one directing this decision on NO REFUNDS WITHOUT THE FULL ORDER. these people not from the area the husband was pleased with his order and ate his food. the customer was treated poorly and after the police came they stated they refunded the money and will be full order refunded in customer account in the matter of days. guess what, me and my boyfriend live in this area and WE WILL NOT RETURN, shame on your team for poor service. read more

If you want your food cold then this is the best Burger King for that.. even if you ask for it fresh they still manage to give it to you cold. I love places that do the opposite of my request when I'm paying for it with my hard earned money. read more

If I could I would leave 0 stars for this location Burger King! My poor veteran father who had been traveling from Texas since Sunday evening came across this burger on Tuesday evening after he just had been sitting on the side of the road broken down for 4 hours with a flat tire, (thankfully a Good Samaritan police man helped him out) he stopped for a bite to eat, as he just wanted to sit in his van and eat his meal in peace and rest, the workers had the audacity to call the police on him for not bothering anyone but minding his business eating his meal after being so worn out stranded for hours mind you my father is 74 years old, very generous, Christian man who would give you the shirt off his back type of man. He is a Hispanic man, not sure if they saw the color of his skin and felt threatened. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, after the service he received!!! read more
