Holy shit, where do I even begin. After a tumultuous bender in Nashville over the weekend, me and the fellas were in rough shape heading back up north. The time came where we needed sustenance, and the Wapakoneta Taco Bell was our best option. We got off the exit, parked, and walked in, looking forward to a warm meal to tie us over for the rest of the long drive. What was in store for us was definitely not that, and possibly something worse than we could have ever imagined. After ordering we sat down, and our peace was abruptly interrupted by the Wapakonito high school marching band, who had conveniently finished some sort of performance, and were in search of the same sustenance that we were. They appeared to be regulars at the joint, and my God, what a horrible site they were to behold. As soon as my food was ready, one of those goobers tried to reach for my food, and probably would have snatched if it I wasn't quick to the counter. I sat back down, mind set on enjoying my burrito, but alas that would not happen. A few of those obtuse goblins had now migrated over to the order kiosk near me, and it appeared that they didn't even have to stop talking to breathe. The taste of my burrito became secondary to Band joke after band joke reverberating into my poor, innocent ears. A putrid musk also became prevalent, erasing my appetite entirely. At this point, we were dumbfounded at what we had stumbled across. Did we die and Nashville, and was this hell? Am I gonna wake up in the hotel room absolutely hung giraffe sack, and brush this off as some abhorrent dream? The only thing I knew for certain was that I had to get out of here. The food was great. Fresh enough for a chain restaurant. The service was not good for my liking. They were understaffed. And this place in particular does not have a good reputation with service. But it's still delicious. BUT completely messed up our order. My sister got an only meat taco and put some white cheese on it?! Do not recommend this place. read more

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell drive-thru in the entire world. You may ask...then why do you go back? Mainly because they've never messed up my order and it's so close to interstate. Honestly though if you pull in and there is a line and you are in a hurry, just leave. I was probably 6 or 7 cars from the intercom/ordering area and it had to have taken at least 30-40 minutes to get up there to order. The food was hot though and once you finally placed your order the line seemed to go faster. If I could give no stars...I would! I placed an order on the app for pick up at the store and 20 mins my daughter waited till I went in. Two customers after her walked out with food. 12 cars through the drive thru. I went in to get our food and the manager got a rude attitude with me because I told her 20 mins is too long to wait for fast food! she gave me every excuse in the book and was not nice, actually she acted like she was entitled to talk to me that way. 20 mins we waited and the manager was more worried about getting a new employee clocked out and mouthing back at me because I had said that it has been 20 mins and we would never come back then helping get our order done. She mouthed many times and then finally called me a BITCH. Rude and disrespectful and disgusting! That is what she was being. And then to add to it, they did not even get our order correct! I'm going to have to agree with all of the previous reviews that mention this being an extraordinarily slow Taco Bell. This used to be one of the quickest places in town to get food, but the last three trips have been agonizingly slow. The food quality is ok by Taco Bell standards, but expect to be in the drive-through for twenty minutes is so if there are a couple. Update: I tried it again today and the little me went much faster. This is the worst taco bell I have ever visited i have been here several times and every time have been dissatisfied from workers sleeping in the lobby to the store not being open on time ( an hour late) or there food tasting stale and inedible. Tonight I took advantage of a 15% off deal for first order off of online and not only did they not know what they were supposed to give me they blamed me for them not knowing what there screen meant. their website said they were open from 3-9, but when i went there at 7:45pm on august 10,2021 there were closed apparently! we waited at the drive thru box to order but no one took our order. a car behind up drive up to the window to see if anyone was in there and NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE. the lights were open and everything but no one was there. very disappointed. read more

Went in for lunch and tried to order a few of the spicy loaded nacho tacos, man at register goes back and asks a lady how to ring them up and she stated that they no longer offer them. I pointed out that they are on the menu board and she said she could ring it up a different way but it was going to cost me more. She said they were waiting for the new advertisements for the board and she wouldn't do it for the advertised price of $1. I heard the man say that another manager had him honor the price for someone else because they were still on the board but the lady said she couldn't do it for that price and walked away, needless to say I didn't stay for lunch. Apparently she is unaware that you must honor all advertised prices. Yes, I could have paid more and may even had stayed there for lunch had she handled the situation differently. There's a reason this location has such a low rating and most of it has to do with the poor service they provide. Oh well, live and learn. read more
