Don't waste your time. Drive thru waited 5 minutes and left. Didn't even order. Can't imagine the quality would have been worth the wait.

Typical Burger King. When visiting fast food restaurants along an interstate, I don't set my expectations too high. Primary in my mind are the ease of getting on and off the freeway and in and out of the restaurant. This Burger King checks those boxes - easy access to and from the freeway. Opens at 6am, 8 am I pull in, sit there for 12 minutes, no service... drive around the building, employees just standing there talking no one's working. They look at you and go right back to talking... won't even come to the window... left and went somewhere else. read more

I just left this particular Burger King. I'm sure it gets quite a bit of business since it's so near the interstate if you're a person that enjoys going to the home of the whopper. My recommendation is that you find another spot to eat. Our service was bad, the onion rings were burnt and I didn't even bother complaining because it took me so much time trying to get someone's attention to get me a plastic knife that my sandwich grew cold before I could eat it. I ordered the original chicken sandwich, which for as long as I remember, has always been cut in half. Mine wasn't. Hobby's fries were lukewarm, nobody is ever happy with that. Icing on the cake, bathroom was nasty. The dining room needed to be mopped~~and this was all right at the beginning of lunchtime, 11:00. I won't be back. I'm just traveling through today. read more

Went through the drive-thru. Service was slightly slower than average. Simple order which was correctly served. Fries had no salt and they didn't include a salt packet. Server was not overly friendly. Sign asked for correct change if using cash. No Coke Zero read more

I had a particular big order 11 #1's but when i got ti the went i only had enough for 9, no big deal. They pulled me also a no big deal since i have worked fast food i understand drive thru times, the food and drinks came out fast,no complaints there. I got home and my mother in law was serving out the food and noticed that in one of the medium fries there was staples, not just one, like 6 all together. After examining the rest of the fries she noticed that there was also coins in the fries as well. I have a 2 year old daughter and thank god that i didnt just give her a thing of fries as most moms do. read more

Husband said soap dispenser in men's room wasn't working. I cut them some slack because I only saw women working....... but then after using the women's room ... the hand dryer was broken in there. Gross! The floor was also dirty. It was only 9:45 in the morning. We couldn't eat there. read more

I stopped in on my road trip the service was horrible! I got in line and no one was there, a heavy set young lady jas walked up didn't say hey can I take your order, Sorry for the wait, Nothing, just looks at me and I asked if she was ready she looked at me with an attitude as I ordered the impossible burger and her and the manager started talkin about how bad it stinks because it's impossible meat and honestly I just threw it away they ruined my appetite! No, NEVER stopping again. Grilled chicken sandwich I received was more like hard year old dried chicken jerky. The sandwich must have sat for 4 months, the bun was dry, even with the so called condiment, mayo, if it was mayo... One small piece of lettuce was disgusting. Offered the 'meat' to our 4 legged travel companions... they refused it too. We took a few photos of the sandwich, I would post them but you can't tell what is in the photo. Bad, really bad. The staff was not very friendly. They weren't exactly rude but acted like it was a bother to them to take our order. It was kinda dirty and the floor really needed mopping. I've put this on my list of places to avoid in the future. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I stopped by the Burger King in Walton, KY tonight. I was told when I pulled up to the drive thru they were out of fries and cheese? How do you run out of fries and cheese at a Burger King? Seemed like they were trying to leave and decided the right business decision was to limit customers selections. read more
