This location is awesome ! I have only ordered here before 2pm walk in . This is fast food BurgerKing so it is what it is . But, the people make the place . I've had consistently the best whoppers here for years . The establishment is clean and friendly . They care and it shows . Absolutely horrible. I would give zero stars but that simply isnr possible. I'm not even sure our whopper was cooked fully. Our fries were mushy and soggy with no salt ar all. They messed up our order TWICE and still got it wrong as we left with the wrong sandwich. We never got our drinks, we had to go get them as well with the hersehy pie. -10/10 do not recommend. I wanted to try the new BK Delivery service through Grubhub. I have used it twice this far. the service has a limited delivery area, But. It works awesome. It's also cheaper than other delivery services like Doordash. As for the food. It's Burger King. I did have the new Impossible Burger. It tastes no different than a Classic Whopper. Very good in my opinion. So if you have a craving for Burger King. And you have the Grubhub delivery area for Burger King. Give it a go. read more

We used to go to Burger King in Waltham,MA for so many years. We always enjoyed our Whoppers which were perfect as a sandwich. However, after their remodeling things changed there. Right after the reopening we went there and the first thing we noticed was that the workers were all replaced and the attendance was lacking of something. We ordered our Whoppers to bring home and for our surprise the sandwiches had tons of mayonnaise and were all messy to the point our stomachs became upset and we threw them to the trash. This week we went again to see if things had improved. We thought that they were adjusting new workers and we wanted to give them some credit but unfortunately things did not changed. Again the sandwich I asked was all covered and messy with mayonnaise. We think this BK as an association with the company that produces such mayonnaise and are covering all their products with it. Absolutely disgusting. In the past two months, I have gone to this same BK twice and BOTH times, the workers got my order wrong. I have proof that I was very CLEAR and CONCISE when I made my order, yet the workers not only forgot to put sauce on two of the burgers but they FORGOT to give me the third burger which I paid for. The reason for this horrible service is likely COVID breakouts and an excessive lack of well trained workers. I have come to a conclusion that this BK is so desperate for workers that they will accept practically anyone at this point. Would give less stars if I could. The food is never warm and sucks even for fast food. My biggest qualm is they SUCK with delivery orders -- the orders nearly always take an hour to arrive. Today, the food wasn't even done preparing - I ordered a single burger - until almost 90(!!!!) minutes later! I've had many delivery app drivers cancel whenever I order from Burger King because the order takes forever to prepare. It is ridiculous and unbelievable how they could leave an order for a single burger sit for 90 minutes. Avoid this location. read more

Assistant manager shamina, it is your turn to face the music. I walk in ready to order and am the only one in line, and I wait. Actually 30 seconds or so in, I decide to time how long it takes shamima to acknowledge that I even exist. She is there preparing fries, putting together orders right in front of me. 126 seconds pass and she looks at me, does not say hello or sorry, but "just a moment". 162 seconds in plus the 30 or so seconds I wasn't timing she stands front and center, and doesn't say anything but looks at me which I guess meant she was ready for my order. She then devoted her entire self to completing my order, ignoring everyone behind me. It was only when my order was complete that the acknowledged the patron behind me. Didn't give me half of my order and didn't listen to specific allergy instructions. I asked for no mayo and BBQ sauce on a sandwich because I have an egg allergy and they proceeded to do whatever they chose. I ordered two large fries with my meal and they didn't bother to include those. I also got an oreo shake and they simply substituted the shake for a large coke (keep in mind it was 12:00 and a large coke has more than enough caffeine to keep one awake all night.) my recommendation is stay away unless you plan on visiting during the day. read more

This probably the worst Burger King when it comes to orders. The chances that your order will come out correctly is less than 30 percent. I have stopped in his location a number of times with the kids since it was close to the park and relatively cheap if you have BK coupons. Yesterday I ordered at the counter to make sure that there wasn't any mistakes on my meals. We ordered the two for $10 whopper meal. The counter person took the order, asked if we wanted cheese so we said yes on both burgers. We received our orders and headed back. Once we started to eat we found that the cheese that we were charged fifty cents extra a burger was missing...of course and not surprisingly. I called to complain and the so called shift supervisor didn't care or even offer a refund. Yeah ..it's only a buck but I adds up. If you stop in this location don't leave until you have checked your order carefully because more than likely it will be incorrect. Probably one of the most expensive BKs around and the most careless with service. read more

This Burger King location has improved a lot from a few years ago. They used to make a lot of mistakes and it made for a pretty frustrating experience with having to go back to get an order fixed. Sometime in recent years they seem to have gotten a lot better though. My experiences at the drive-thru have been consistently quick and efficient. This Waltham Burger King messes up my order about 50% of the time. Which is very high. The last two times I came here, my order was wrong. I ordered 2 cheese burgers, got charged for two cheese burgers, but only got one cheeseburger. The other was a plain hamburger. The time before that I ordered a cheese burger with only ketchup....I got a burger with everything EXCEPT ketchup, even though the receipt said only ketchup. This was the by far the worst experience I have ever had in any service establishment. I placed my mobile order and selected in store pickup. I walked in, waited 15 minutes before someone was willing to help me. Once I finally got to talk with someone, I showed them my order on the app, my emailed receipt, AND told them my named. They said they need my name and I told it to them on over 6 different accounts and even spelled it out for them. I showed the employee my app and she took my phone two different times to see for herself. She refused to give me my order, as the app did not have my name on the order. I was then ignored for another 10 minutes, until ANOTHER CUSTOMER helped me by flagging down an employee. I was planning on just walking out, since they refused to give me my food, for which I PAID FOR. Turns out that my order was already done, AND the receipt on the bag HAD MY NAME WRITTEN ON IT, the employee just refused to give it to me. I could also hear her refer to me as "that Chinese guy" and repeatedly kept giving me attitude while I did not say one rude thing. I never got an apology or anything for the negligent staff, while they refused to give me my order for over half an hour. Food was ice cold when I opened it obviously. I'm a college student, so I typically don't care for minor inconveniences. The fact that I'm taking time to write this review should speak for itself. This place advertises they're open till 2 am. But if you go between 12am-1 am they have half of the stuff closed down. No ice cream machine after midnight, no onion rings, no mozzarella sticks, not even any chicken! They close everything almost 2 hours before. I could see if it was 20 minutes to half hour early but TWO hours early. On top of that the customer service is BEYOND repair. There's no way to even train these employees anymore!!
