This location is awesome ! I have only ordered here before 2pm walk in . This is fast food BurgerKing so it is what it is . But, the people make the place . I've had consistently the best whoppers here for years . The establishment is clean and friendly . They care and it shows . If you want a Burger King Whopper it will be exactly what you want it to be . I respect anyone who does a good job at what they do . Thank you Moody St. BurgerKing read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Waltham, Massachusetts

They can't make fries properly, They don't include sauce on burgers or marinara sauce that comes with the mozz fries. Then I call the manager to see if someone is sabatoging them and the manager is garbage too. read more

Absolutely horrible. I would give zero stars but that simply isnr possible. I'm not even sure our whopper was cooked fully. Our fries were mushy and soggy with no salt ar all. They messed up our order TWICE and still got it wrong as we left with the wrong sandwich. We never got our drinks, we had to go get them as well with the hersehy pie. -10/10 do not recommend. I've never eaten burger king i didnt like until today. Also to mention, the bathrooms were disgusting. I dont even want to talk about what was in there. It smelled so bad. Dont go here read more

They only put one slice of cheese on the double cheeseburger. Garbage management and owners

My friends have been living in the Waltham area for what feels like a few years at this point, this is where the locals eat. I love coming here, hearing what the talk of the town is, and enjoying a fresh, flame grilled burger with all the fixings. If you need an update on the local happenings of Waltham, this is the spot to go, if it's relevant, trust me everyone is coming here to talk about it. Also an excellent spot to walk through the drive thru. read more

I wanted to try the new BK Delivery service through Grubhub. I have used it twice this far. the service has a limited delivery area, But. It works awesome. It's also cheaper than other delivery services like Doordash. As for the food. It's Burger King. I did have the new Impossible Burger. It tastes no different than a Classic Whopper. Very good in my opinion. So if you have a craving for Burger King. And you have the Grubhub delivery area for Burger King. Give it a go. read more

I like this BK as it is very close to my work and ordering through the app is super convenient. My only complaint is that the french fries are never cooked, often borderline raw. Service is great and the burgers slap. read more

Everything was wrong in my order, asked for no mayo they put extra on. I added patties to the order, they didn't add them to the sandwiches but charged me. The burgers were burnt and cold. No sauce with the tenders and no one answering the phone at the store. read more

Absolutely disgusting. In the past two months, I have gone to this same BK twice and BOTH times, the workers got my order wrong. I have proof that I was very CLEAR and CONCISE when I made my order, yet the workers not only forgot to put sauce on two of the burgers but they FORGOT to give me the third burger which I paid for. The reason for this horrible service is likely COVID breakouts and an excessive lack of well trained workers. I have come to a conclusion that this BK is so desperate for workers that they will accept practically anyone at this point. BK service used to be incredible, but COVID hit this restaurant pretty hard. It makes me sad to think about what the restaurant has become. read more

The food is the same as any other Burger King, which is the whole point. The service has always been exceedingly friendly and almost always quick. read more

Gross! This locations needs to be renovated, dirty. The employee at the drive had no gloves, and the mask below his neck. I just kept on driving thru read more

I feel that the current overall rating is too poor for this location - I've come many times ordering impossible/ chicken / beef sandwiches and even onion rings and I've never had anything less than good, if not superb, food. And additionally I appreciate the ownership's investment into the location via the remodeling efforts, albeit I just exclusively use the drive thru. read more

We used to go to Burger King in Waltham,MA for so many years. We always enjoyed our Whoppers which were perfect as a sandwich. However, after their remodeling things changed there. Right after the reopening we went there and the first thing we noticed was that the workers were all replaced and the attendance was lacking of something. We ordered our Whoppers to bring home and for our surprise the sandwiches had tons of mayonnaise and were all messy to the point our stomachs became upset and we threw them to the trash. This week we went again to see if things had improved. We thought that they were adjusting new workers and we wanted to give them some credit but unfortunately things did not changed. Again the sandwich I asked was all covered and messy with mayonnaise. We think this BK as an association with the company that produces such mayonnaise and are covering all their products with it. We will never go back to that BK. read more

Would give less stars if I could. The food is never warm and sucks even for fast food. My biggest qualm is they SUCK with delivery orders -- the orders nearly always take an hour to arrive. Today, the food wasn't even done preparing - I ordered a single burger - until almost 90(!!!!) minutes later! I've had many delivery app drivers cancel whenever I order from Burger King because the order takes forever to prepare. It is ridiculous and unbelievable how they could leave an order for a single burger sit for 90 minutes. Avoid this location. read more

In all the times I've come here They have never gotten my order correct when going through the drive thru.

Assistant manager shamina, it is your turn to face the music. I walk in ready to order and am the only one in line, and I wait. Actually 30 seconds or so in, I decide to time how long it takes shamima to acknowledge that I even exist. She is there preparing fries, putting together orders right in front of me. 126 seconds pass and she looks at me, does not say hello or sorry, but "just a moment". 162 seconds in plus the 30 or so seconds I wasn't timing she stands front and center, and doesn't say anything but looks at me which I guess meant she was ready for my order. She then devoted her entire self to completing my order, ignoring everyone behind me. It was only when my order was complete that the acknowledged the patron behind me. Hey BK, I can do better, hire me as your night manager!!! read more

Closes earlier than advertised time. You have to call ahead to know if they're open, if they decide to pickup.

Could I give zero stars? The absolute worst quality of food, and extremely poor service, the city of Waltham should shut down this location. California St McDonalds tastes like shake shack compared to this dump read more

just go to wendy's they are faster down the street. i'm usually patient but the fake i order online and my food

I've lived in the Newton/Waltham area for years now. And this Burger Kings service has always been very poor. I went yesterday which will be my last time ever and I received stale food that was sitting for hours. The women speak Spanish there and assumed I didn't understand spanish. Wrong. Disgusted. read more

Didn't give me half of my order and didn't listen to specific allergy instructions. I asked for no mayo and BBQ sauce on a sandwich because I have an egg allergy and they proceeded to do whatever they chose. I ordered two large fries with my meal and they didn't bother to include those. I also got an oreo shake and they simply substituted the shake for a large coke (keep in mind it was 12:00 and a large coke has more than enough caffeine to keep one awake all night.) my recommendation is stay away unless you plan on visiting during the day. read more

So much worse than McDonald's. I would rather Uber eats McDonald from their parking lot then eat their "food". Store was completely empty, yet our Bad food, purple dry chicken, cold onion rings, chewy chicken nuggets were done before I finished picking my drink. Good fries:) read more

This probably the worst Burger King when it comes to orders. The chances that your order will come out correctly is less than 30 percent. I have stopped in his location a number of times with the kids since it was close to the park and relatively cheap if you have BK coupons. Yesterday I ordered at the counter to make sure that there wasn't any mistakes on my meals. We ordered the two for $10 whopper meal. The counter person took the order, asked if we wanted cheese so we said yes on both burgers. We received our orders and headed back. Once we started to eat we found that the cheese that we were charged fifty cents extra a burger was missing...of course and not surprisingly. I called to complain and the so called shift supervisor didn't care or even offer a refund. Yeah ..it's only a buck but I adds up. If you stop in this location don't leave until you have checked your order carefully because more than likely it will be incorrect. Probably one of the most expensive BKs around and the most careless with service. read more

Slow service even though they have like 6 people working back there. Went there the other day and waited 10 minutes before my order was taken and there were no other customers in line. Just went there right now and their A1 bacon double cheese burger had half a piece of bacon. Take the drive and head to the Wendy's on main street. read more

This Waltham Burger King messes up my order about 50% of the time. Which is very high. The last two times I came here, my order was wrong. I ordered 2 cheese burgers, got charged for two cheese burgers, but only got one cheeseburger. The other was a plain hamburger. The time before that I ordered a cheese burger with only ketchup....I got a burger with everything EXCEPT ketchup, even though the receipt said only ketchup. This is one of the worst Burger King I've been to...I only keep giong back because it's fast, and only a few blocks from my house. read more

This Burger King location has improved a lot from a few years ago. They used to make a lot of mistakes and it made for a pretty frustrating experience with having to go back to get an order fixed. Sometime in recent years they seem to have gotten a lot better though. My experiences at the drive-thru have been consistently quick and efficient. The food, particularly the fries, are usually hot and fresh when I've visited. read more

This place is an absolute shit hole. The food is disgusting, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

I went through Drive Thru for onion rings and sprite. Asked for a onion ring without salt. I can't have salty food and the onion ring was SUPER salty. I went back and asked them to fry a new one without salt and the manager gave me a bad atitude but fried a new one. When she gave the bag with onion rings, she threw the bag at me and called me STUPID. Is this how customer service works in BK? An employee, a MANAGER call a customer stupid? This is unbelievable and unacceptable specially for a manager. read more

Terrible service. The drive through speaker is grainy and the person at the drive through spoke really fast so I could not understand. Then he proceeded to get frustrated at us for not understanding. Would not recommend drive through. Maybe try normal face to face .Not only did was he rude when I approached him and asked him to apologize he said a mean thing. I said shame on you he said shame on you! read more

I'm completely disgusted with this Burger King. I had an awful experience there this morning. I was treated rudely by the staff and the manager on duty at that time. They made the error on my drive thru order and then fought with me even the receipt was the correct order and then the employee who made the sandwiches was arguing in a different language and giving me a "I could kill you" look and when I asked for her name nobody wanted to give it to me. Even the manager was holding back! I will not give them my business again!!!!! read more

Slowest, dirtiest, most poorly run Burger King I've ever been to. I live In newton, and if I want Burger King I will drive all the way into waltham to go to the other one instead of this dump. Maybe if you speak Spanish you're good, not if you speak English though. read more

This was the by far the worst experience I have ever had in any service establishment. I placed my mobile order and selected in store pickup. I walked in, waited 15 minutes before someone was willing to help me. Once I finally got to talk with someone, I showed them my order on the app, my emailed receipt, AND told them my named. They said they need my name and I told it to them on over 6 different accounts and even spelled it out for them. I showed the employee my app and she took my phone two different times to see for herself. She refused to give me my order, as the app did not have my name on the order. I was then ignored for another 10 minutes, until ANOTHER CUSTOMER helped me by flagging down an employee. I was planning on just walking out, since they refused to give me my food, for which I PAID FOR. Turns out that my order was already done, AND the receipt on the bag HAD MY NAME WRITTEN ON IT, the employee just refused to give it to me. I could also hear her refer to me as "that Chinese guy" and repeatedly kept giving me attitude while I did not say one rude thing. I never got an apology or anything for the negligent staff, while they refused to give me my order for over half an hour. Food was ice cold when I opened it obviously. I'm a college student, so I typically don't care for minor inconveniences. The fact that I'm taking time to write this review should speak for itself. This takes poor customer service to another level. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from Burger King for a while. Especially not from this terrible location. read more
