The chicken sandwich I had was so dry and not flavorful at all. Husband had the salad which he said was not bad. We also ordered some chicken wings which were way overcooked and dry. The only thing that saved the chicken wings was drowning them in ranch dressing. I would not recommend this restaurant.

When pulling up to the cashier's window, I wasn't greeted or even told to wait a minute or anything. The cashier was talking with other employees because she was having trouble with the cash register. She then turned to me to ask for my payment. The employee who served me my food, was very friendly and thanked me for coming. My hash brown was hot and just perfect. This was my first time having the egg and cheese bagel. I ordered it without breakfast sauce because I didn't know what that was. I requested cream cheese and they stated they don't carry that. How do you have a bagel with no cream cheese? So I ordered the spicy picante sauce, but I see now they've added corn syrup to the ingredients and unfortunately, the sandwich was rather tasteless and disappointing.

Their original size sandwiches are a bit smaller than they used to be but otherwise everything was great. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is never overly busy when we've stopped.

Long lines - long wait. Customer in front of me did not even receive his change but declined it instead of waiting. Obviously training and management is needed.

My order wasn't being made and I sat there 30 minutes while customers were trying to get into the lobby to pick up door dash orders , they locked the doors at 10pm. NEVER tell your customer that the food that's missing in the bag is in there especially when the customer took every item out to make sure it was all in the bag in the store before we left. At this point I was very rude because it pissed me off and he standing acting like I'm the problem because I'm mad that he's basically calling me a liar when he lied and took the food order back to the to say he looked and saw the tacos in there. This isn't how customers should be treated . The store looks disgusting food tables in the lobby were dirty along with the floors, the back kitchen is disgusting . I'll NEVER give my service there again after how I was treated . That Taco Bell needs to be shut down nobody knows how to run it , the place is disgusting . I don't know how half of the fast food restaurants in Troy are still open . Why are we paying $15 an hour to these people who don't want to work anyway. A "you pick two" section has two entree items plundered beans and rice for $12-a good value. However, after scanning the menu a little longer I found the real value if you're not overly hungry: your choice of an entree item with beans and rice for $9. I opted for that--with a chicken taco--and it was filling. (I'd already feasted on complemented chips and salsa.) The chicken in the abundant soft taco wasn't overly cooked, nor were the beans and rice. Basically, for the price of fast food I had a filling meal of freshly made food and table service (with a visit from the owner to confirm all was satisfactory). Definitely worth a return visit.
