Manager has employees pull food from the fryer minutes early to make drive-thru times and you end with gross, under-cooked food. I will NEVER go back to this store.. Troy MO. I had a roach in my sandwich. I tried calling the phone number and no answer. So I left a complaint with the higher ups that I want money back. Well it's been 5 days. So you want to eat their check your food all the way to make sure nothing is nothing in it. This place is a hit or a miss. When I order through app and go through the drive through I usually don't have any issues. If you go inside to pick up your order they will most likely let you sit there forever up to an hour and then give you cold food. Sometimes there is a long wait in the drive through but I think it's because a lot of the employees do more talking then working. The black lady who is a manager there deserves a $10 raise because she's the main one working. I will put 3 stars because a lot of the times my tacos aren't greasy. They aren't the worst Jbox but they are def a hit or a miss like every other fast food. I knock off two stars because the teenage employees do a lot of chit chatting and less working. read more

The burgers are okay, have a few options on that front as well several other menu items. Quite the mix of items, reminds me of a college cafe but with fast food. Tacos are also decent enough to get for the price. It's worth a stop if your close by this location, little different than some places if you're coming from Iowa. read more

Was open on Dec 25th! Yay! Even though this is a fast food restaurant, the young people that work here are attentive, pleasant, and courteous. The food was in line with a Jack-in the-Box. The first case of food poisoning got me and my mom sick we had the chicken tenders... Second case got me, my mom and girl friend sick. We had a mash of different items... Don't waste your money here, go to warrenton or wentzville if you want it that much because it is dirty, the food is burnt, over greased, and BURNT. Rude and not friendly at the drive thru and was accused of yelling because I spoke up since I am a deaf person and was dismissed by the manager from buying my purchase.
