I generally go to this location on the way home from the stables when absolutely starving and even being ravenous can't make the undercooked, flaccid pale food palatable. Manager has employees pull food from the fryer minutes early to make drive-thru times and you end with gross, under-cooked food. It's a bummer because when the food is fresh and properly prepared, it's great, but the service has taken a steep nosedive in the last few months. read more

A customer service nightmare from start to finish. We went to the Troy location specifically for the Simpsons meal promotion, double-checking with the staff before ordering to confirm they actually had the themed cups in stock. They assured us they did. Once we paid, they handed over a tiny, standard meal box, and when we asked about the cups, they casually admitted they were sold out. We wouldn't have cared if they were upfront about it, but lying just to get the sale is unacceptable. The food was even worse. The "chicken sandwich" I ordered turned out to be a completely flavorless burger, and the fries looked suspiciously like they had mold on them. To top it all off, we were hit with extra charges for "themed upgrades" on a meal that had zero Simpsons branding, packaging, or items whatsoever basically paying an extra eight dollars for the privilege of being scammed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money and avoid this location at all costs. read more

Just stopped by to get some food late at night. Took 45 mins to get a couple tacos and and a sandwich. Asked for ranch at the voice box. Got the food checked for ranch when I asked for it again the employee rudely says "it's in the bag". Checked again and found no ranch asked him again and he said they were out of ranch. read more

I went there after a 11 hour shift at work and I just wanted a chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and there 2 pieces of tomato and and lettuces on it I just wanted to eat it and not dissect my food read more

I will NEVER go back to this store.. Troy MO. I had a roach in my sandwich. I tried calling the phone number and no answer. So I left a complaint with the higher ups that I want money back. Well it's been 5 days. So you want to eat their check your food all the way to make sure nothing is nothing in it. I didn't take a pic because it freaked me out so I smashed the paper and squeezed in in there and threw it away. read more

The service was super horrible. Was I not only missing half my food, the person that took my order was rushing me and wouldn't let me finished ordering. When we got up to the window she was very rude and severely disrespectful. read more

Missing jalapeño poppers when checked bag, before driving away from window. Told them they were missing. Young lady asked if I had my receipt. I handed it to her. She said they were not on my order & asked if I would like to place an order for them. Obviously I said no as I had just done that at the drive through window. Maybe if they repeat the order back to you or have a display screen for you to see there would be less confusion. Overall not great. But also great wasn't expected. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this location! Outer food was not only cold our fries looked like they had sat out all day and my sandwich wasn't even made correctly! And my daughters chicken nugget me was just out right nasty lookin! Like all her food at sat in the warmer for HOURS! We will absolutely never go to this location again. So sad! read more

We ordered 2 southwest grilled chicken salads. We were told there is no longer any southwest dressing. We chose alternate dressings. After we got home we discovered other differences. Neither salad had any romaine lettuce or corn Stixs. Both had shredded carrots which were not on the list of ingredients. One had bacon bits which were not on the ingredient list. It also did not have grape tomatoes. When I called to explain the issue, the person who answered hungup. read more

Blonde with big eyelashes should not be working with the public, doesn't greet customers, doesn't talk, rude, doesn't seem to care about customers or anything. 4 pm. Saturday fries were cold, hash browns must of been leftover from breakfast, tortilla old and stale fell apart. Out of 8 employees 3 were eating while working including big lashes while she was takeout order. I don't write reviews but it was that bad. read more

This place is a hit or a miss. When I order through app and go through the drive through I usually don't have any issues. If you go inside to pick up your order they will most likely let you sit there forever up to an hour and then give you cold food. Sometimes there is a long wait in the drive through but I think it's because a lot of the employees do more talking then working. The black lady who is a manager there deserves a $10 raise because she's the main one working. I will put 3 stars because a lot of the times my tacos aren't greasy. They aren't the worst Jbox but they are def a hit or a miss like every other fast food. I knock off two stars because the teenage employees do a lot of chit chatting and less working. read more

Drive thru was fast, food was good and hot. While that should just be a standard, hard to find fast food that is open and putting out good food. Definitely a road trip stop for me read more

All the Jack in the Box food places have gone down hill in the last year. Many have closed, many have changed management and ownership. It is so very disappointing. I have loved going there for year after year. read more

Decent food if it's what you're in the mood for. Drive thru always extremely slow (spend 30 mins in drive thru last time) and drive thru operators notoriously rude. read more

The burgers are okay, have a few options on that front as well several other menu items. Quite the mix of items, reminds me of a college cafe but with fast food. Tacos are also decent enough to get for the price. It's worth a stop if your close by this location, little different than some places if you're coming from Iowa. read more

Was open on Dec 25th! Yay! Even though this is a fast food restaurant, the young people that work here are attentive, pleasant, and courteous. The food was in line with a Jack-in the-Box. The restaurant was clean and orderly. 4 stars because it was an above average experience in this type of establishment. Good Job! read more

I have visited this location for the last time. In at least five visits over the past couple of months the service has been terrible the lobby dirty in the food less than mediocre. Our most recent visit resulted in my son and I Waiting to be served well the staff ignored us. Do not visit this location I guarantee disappointment! read more

Give me food poisoning once shame on me. Give me food poisoning twice shame on you! This place has me so afraid of going into it. The first case of food poisoning got me and my mom sick we had the chicken tenders... Second case got me, my mom and girl friend sick. We had a mash of different items... Needless to say the place got shut down by health department for a month or so because they failed inspection. I hate going here and stay at least half a mile away otherwise I might catch food poisoning. read more

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have EVER been to. Don't waste your money here, go to warrenton or wentzville if you want it that much because it is dirty, the food is burnt, over greased, and BURNT. I only have pictures of the taco but the jumbo platter made me sick, literally my stomach hurts. In my opinion this place should be shut down. read more

From the get go I had horrible service, I order 2 #4s and two other burgers because there were multiple people in my vehicle but when I checked the bag we only had three. so we went back through the drive through and the girl was snotty and rude because she was the one who put our order in wrong . we had gotten four drinks, a drink with every meal but our food was missing however she told us it was our fault we didn't order better. we had to pay again for a meal, the whole meal. we received the burger then asked for our fries we paid for and another lady threw it in our car and said to a coworker "just give it to them for free, we don't have time for this." the meal we had to pay for twice never came with another drink so they expected us to pay $10 for just a burger when that is the price of a whole combo meal. This was my first time trying jack in the box and I will never go to this location again. read more

Rude and not friendly at the drive thru and was accused of yelling because I spoke up since I am a deaf person and was dismissed by the manager from buying my purchase. I spend well over $20 a week here just for coffee and will now take my business elsewhere. These people have consistently shown me they don't care about their jobs or even appealing to make their customers happy. read more

Asking for no ketchup or mustard must be a extreme challenge for this location. Because they never get it correct.

Most of the visits have been ok,but last time fries were not good, needed to change oil,and the place was not very clean.

Sourdough Jack with the Buttermilk Sauce is the best sandwich outside of Texas. Staff is friendly and efficient for a Jack.

This place is a pig-stye, service is slow, no condiments out, and every table was dirty as same was the floor....disgusting jack in a box.

No good. Been here twice in the last 8 months. Takes forever and a day to get threw drive threw and then you receive the wrong order.

Been sitting in line now for 35mins, ridiculous, it's called fast food for a reason!!
