I agree that there should be a "0" rating! I'm sure that the workers intentionally screw up the orders and then laugh about it together. They did exactly the opposite of what we ordered: - whopper jr. with cheese and onion, no pickles - gave us a whopper jr. With NO CHEESE & PICKLES! - filet of fish sandwich - gave us fish THAT was actually BURNT and DRY up like a piece of CARDBOARD! - double cheeseburger plain - gave us a single cheeseburger WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO & PICKLES! Sent an email to corporate and they politely said they would speak to the franchisee, said THE FRANCHISEE WILL BE IN TOUCH, and only offered a $10 coupon for a $25 meal!! Needless to say, this happened A MONTH AGO and NO CONTACT FROM FRANCHISEE!!! read more

Wish I could put zero stars. We did a mobile order for this location only to discover it was closed. No signs on the drive thru, just a half-assed bag taped over one set of the doors. Doors weren't even locked. People were lined up at the drive thru. read more

get better lids. billion dollar company being cheap af. spilled twice In my car bc it can't stay on.

Took my wrestling team there after a tournament. workers refused to take out order. Could have made some money but missed out. Terrible workers read more

If I could give 0 stars I would there was a blind lady who was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family she was very snappy and rushed us. I didn't have enough cash so I had to use my card and she rolled her eyes and sighed. She was also very rude to an elderly man read more

Just terrible they definitely need a management makeover..The drive thru machine kept displaying crazy letters and numbers. I explained to the girl that the intercom is working properly,it was very low and I kept telling her I can't hear you.So she got an attitude ..So at this point I parked and went inside..Once inside the vibe was different got my food and left..But if I can help it I won't visit this location anymore..I rather drive across town at least I'll get good service.. read more

Hours are wrong. Place closes when employees want the store to close instead of what's on the door.

Drive thru help was very polite and clarified my order. Speedy service. Order was correct.

The service here is horrible. I went into the restaurant and the drive thru was clearly the priority. No one working there can communicate in English. 30 mins waiting for food is insane. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Not just the worst BK I've ever been to but the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. No matter what time or day they are under staffed. Takes forever to get your food and it's always wrong and missing something. The frozen drink machines are always broken. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. read more

Horrifying experience. Drive through speaker is broken, they take order at the window and I proceed to wait 30 minutes for food. Fed up I decide to go inside and see what's up. Manager is yelling at an elderly lady (who just wants her food) and is calling her a racist because she wants food. I'm handed a cold bag of food and told to go on my way. I proceed to have to ask for a refund given the situation. Never seen anything like it in my life and I've worked in fast food management before. read more

They can NEVER get an order right and the drink machine is down constantly. Terribly managed.

So disappointed. Wish I could give 0 stars. Went there this morning.. I haven't had Burger King in forever. My hash browns were so greasy and let's not talk about the sausage egg and cheese croissant! SO NASTY. It had to been sitting there for awhile. The sausage was HARD .. the croissant was HARD... and the egg and cheese looked like a a piece of fake food that came from my daughter fake cooking set. Would never get food from there again. Guess This was a waste of money read more

If zero stars were possible, I would give it. Idk who was working 5/11 around 9-10ish but hands down THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never waste my time reviewing a fast food restaurant but this was a mess. We waited well over 40 mins and just left because the $5 we spend was not worth pulling an all nighter there. I worked at Burger King years ago and I'm assuming that some of the rules have remained the same. This was terrible. Get your workers together cause they messed up your service time forreal. read more

Shout out to Antonio, Assistant Manager. He's such a kind and positive person and always looking to take care of the customer!

My mom and I stood at the counter waiting to be served for like 10 minutes and no one even paid attention to us. Everyone in the kitchen was focused on the drive-through orders. The worker that eventually helped us didn't really speak super great English so she couldn't answer a question that we had and gave me two knives instead of two spoons, but otherwise provided fine service when she was our cashier. The food was pretty good. read more

I will never come to this one, I bought 3 large friend fry doesn't come with sauce but when I ask for sauce the Chinese manager want to charge 25 cents for each. read more

As someone who works at costumer services I have to say that I'm very dis on. the person taking order was very rude and screaming for reason. read more

I must tell you I've been going to Burger King since I was a teenager I am now in my mid-60s. This Burger King on Park Street in Stoughton across from The RK Plaza is the worst place I have ever been!! I sat there having my meal with my daughter and all I could hear was yelling and screaming from the kitchen it was an older woman who I think was the boss although I would never give her that title she was rude to her help and she didn't care who was around!! One employees even got so mad he took off his uniform and threw it all over the restaurant as he exited the building this woman needs to be dealt with and I hope somebody from Burger King reads this because this isn't the first time this has happened in there this woman needs to go and SOON!! read more

Went here for lunch with my son. The cashier guy seemed aggravated that we were there around 12:15pm. Sorry my son was hungry. We were greeted pretty early, which was good but the dude we ordered from seemed miserable. I ordered a kids meal from my son and told him he wanted fries and a orange soda. The cashier told me (exact words) Apple juice or milk. Rude asshole. I asked about soda and he said come or Diet Coke. Why didn't you ask me that when I asked for orange soda??? Lazy ass douche! I got a buy one get one for $1. I asked for no onions or ketchup. I got a burger with pickles, then unmelted cheese and some wilted lettuce, good tomato and Mayo that was yellow, which means it was out for hours! I'm a chef and not an idiot!!! I live in canton and went to this location because the one across from stop and shop sucks too! Drove 21 minutes for better food! I'm sorry Burger King, but I'll literally never go back to any location because of bad food and bad service! I graduated high school in 2000 and everything on your menu was phenomenal!!! Why did you change your fries and chicken nuggets????? I'm not trying to be rude, but as a chef, be careful who you hire and the quality of your food. It's literally disgusting... Oh ya, I threw up the one and a half sandwiches I ate an hour later. Just added to my already shitty day.... read more

Can't really comment on the food since we walked out. Cashier was too busy on her cell phone to take our order despite the line getting longer. Only positive note was it has easy access back to the highway to find a different place to eat. read more

Made an extremely simple request for breakfast. Egg, Cheese and Bacon French Toast Sandwich meal and French Toast sticks. Wheres the syrup? These Sticks are dry as it is. Do you really think I am going to eat these? Am I going to go back and ask for some? Nope. This location needs to be shut down. Absolutley disgraceful. I havent gotten a decent meal from this Birger King location since I can remember. They bring no honor to the King of Burgers. Tear it to the ground. read more

The food here is average for a Burger King/fast food, but what I'm here to comment on is that the drive thru is always so slow! Waiting 5-10 minutes for fast food is unacceptable. Its not like its coming out fresh off the broiler either, and the cheese isn't even melted?! If you're fixin' for some junk food, head to the Golden Arches about a stone's throw away. read more

This place was great after it was renovated. There was even a great manager. But NOW!? Whomever owns this franchise is losing money at night. Friends of the kids working there are hanging out in the dining room, one girl preparing food had NO gloves on and was texting, the manager was too weak to address any of it and their customer service skills were non-existant. The cashier was rude and apathetic. His only function should be cleaning the restrooms and dining room. read more

Seriously you close your drive through at 7pm at night on a Tuesday and ask me to come in and order,...unprofessional. Never again will I go here and nor should you. read more

They have VEGGIE BURGERS! It was good. Morning Star brand. Service was fine. I'm just happy there is someplace I can get a quick veggie burger. read more

Obviously when reviewing a fast food chain, such as Burger King, there are going to be common issues with almost every BK since it is such a large fast food chain. This specific Burger King is no different. The service is sub par, and the food is as well. Sometimes you will luck out and get a good order of food and good service. However, other times-- not so much. Of course, expectations for a fast food chain can't be set too high. With that said, for cheap and convenient fast food, this BK will do. read more

this place has real assholes who dont speak or read -- i went in to get hot tea so i said milk and sugar on the side so the puerta rican gave me half and half again they do not how to read or pkain old stupid so i said milk she was gonna charge me for the milk i said no you dont charge for teaspoon of milk so i said keep it bitch so i said what is your name the liar bitch said claudia and i said claudia yep ok why does the nametag say ve ( all i could see because she had a coat on so she goes to cover it up after i said that) not only are they rude stupid and can not speak english they lie--now i know why there are no cars in parking lot!!! then i call corporate office and they are even more stupid because i yold tje moron about the half in half and she said oh that comes from a cow! no wonder customers flip out at these fast food places because now a days people deserve what they get and i do not mean that in a good way--bk wake up or better yet get out if business we do not need you!!!! a read more

If you have an hour to wait to get fast food, then this is the place for you. Seriously even if there's no other customers in the place and 10 employees on duty it will still take 5 minutes for someone to take your order and another 10 to get it. Then you will have to wade through all the trash on the floor to get a table that you will have to clean yourself. look a previous commenter said, don't even think about using the drive thru. I have waited upwards of 20 minutes there, with only one or two cars ahead of me read more

Food (chicken sandwich) was overcooked & cold. Bun was stale. Onion rings were hard & old. Totally not worth the diet splurge. Would not even risk going again. Don't go often but last visit was similar. Drive thru person was courteous & pleasant which is the reason for 1 star. read more

Horrible food, poorly kept building, bad service and terrible people. Don't waste your time or money. If you like your Hershey pies spoiled and partially melted you got a good one here. Also the people there are just dumb. I was the only person in the drive through and ordered a chocolate milk shake and got to the window and was handed a hot coffee. They made me wait for my order once after the drive through in the parking lot and after fifteen minutes i realized they forgot about me. But it's ok because they gave me a spoiled Hershey pie to make up for it. Plus there manager is a complete bitch. After another incident with a spoiled Hershey pie I tried to get my money back only to be given a hard time by women who quite possibly one of rudest most ignorant people I have ever met. And not to sound fucked up but she really needs to chill looking the way she does. I didn't know that Burger King had a dungeon with strange and unusual creatures but this bitch came crawling out it looking like lurch or that guy from the 300 movie who sold out Leonidas. Like how is this woman a manager, she is the one who gave me the hot coffee instead of a milk shake and then has the nerve to have an attitude about it. read more

i went with my brother last night about 8pm, it was like a ghost town, the restaurant was not clean. my complaint is..our burgers were cold, we asked for new hot burgers the cashier gave us the same burgers which she microwaved. i won't be going back to this location, was very disappointed read more
