We dined in, I will say I was not at all impressed. Part of my order was incorrect, the fries were half filled. I it was not welcoming environment. That was until Laronda came past our tables and asked how everything was. We showed her the fries and my son mentioned his burger didn't have the bacon like it was suppose to. Laronda helped solve the problems, while others it appears stood around. Kudos to her, she deserves a raise for not only fixing the issues but for being kind and polite when she was a drive thru employee not the front counter. I do not anticipate to be back to this location. The manager never apologized but Laronda did. Thanks for saving our dinner! Oh did I mention, that on top of all of this I was required by the front counter boy to pay .32 cents for a sauce read more

If I could leave a zero I would. In fact I'm debating on calling corporate on this store. The manager was extremely rude when I called to ask if we could come into the lobby to eat. Ridley she said "I'll unlock the door after the floor dries" since when do you lock the lobby at 7 pm then tell 4 customers that the floor drying is more important than serving customers. We couldn't go through the drive thru because we have a very large trailer. read more

This place is produces disgusting food and I do not recommend it to anyone. We ordered an Impossible Whopper meal each. The Impossible burgers were hard as a rock, burnt and the bun was hard. To make matters worse my husband found a long hair inside of whatever kind of burger they thought was okay. Whoever was working on 2/24/2023 at 7:34:11 p.m. should be ashamed that you give this junk to people. I don't even want to know how long these things sat but these employees either need coaching and training or need to source a job outside of the retail food industry. I will never be back to this location and I'm spreading the word because this is not healthy. This not acceptable at all. Our dinner ended up consisting of a small fry and onion ring. read more

Horrible service, dine in is randomly not available, I've waited 20 minutes at the drive through only to be told they weren't making food, and it's a 50|50 shot your order will be correct, I love Burger King but this has made me look for a different burger joint. read more

We waited in line in drive through for 20 minutes and when it was our turn we got an automated message on the speaker saying it was closed. This was 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. read more

Employees aren't polite, they mess up orders nearly every time i go through. There's far better restaurants near by.

The chicken fries are always soggy. The service is usually ok but today the lady in the drive threw was so rude didn't say one word to me as I said thank you after everything she handed me. Name on receipt says Naydelin. read more

The food tastes good and only a couple times they messed my food up. I need 85 characters so im gonna type Random letters

I order a breakfast sandwich this morning and when I got it I found a hair in my stomach

Bad service, and they charge you extra if you get a large onion ring for another zesty sauce. Corporate greed!

I had a great experience at this burger king. We ordered about $40 worth of food and it was quick, hot and delicious. The guy that took our order was efficient and got everything correct. read more

We came with a van of youth on a trip, the dining room wasn't open, so we had to walk through the drive thru because they each had their own money. The workers were super willing to have us order at the window! We didn't feel judged in such a funny situation, and our food was excellent!!!! read more

This restaurant is absolutely horrible! I ordered two impossible whoppers today for lunch... Checked my bag and I had to "regular" whoppers. I haven't eaten meat in over 10 years, therefore I take extra precaution when ordering food from restaurants that have impossible meat and "regular" meat. Once I realize my order was incorrect I went inside the establishment waited in line spoke to the first cashier I saw told her the issue. She advised Melinda the manger, has to help me. Melinda walked up she was immediately rude. She proceeded to tell me the issue... and why I was here, rather than asking me what the issue was... She thought I was there because they took too long to make my order. She was incorrect that was the first disappointment... the manager of the establishment was not listening! I have worked in customer service before and kind of know how to speak to customers ... First thing she should've done was ask me what the issue was then I could've explain to her I do not eat meat I ordered two impossible whoppers and got "regular" whoppers. I asked for a refund, she stated she can only give me a refund for the whoppers because I did not eat them. (But I had taken a few bites out of a whopper... that's how I know it was a "regular" whopper vs impossible!!) she didn't wanna give me the full refund because I had taken a few sips out of my drink, she proceeded to say it is only a dollar. At this point and it's not the purpose of the money it is the principal I am the customer that had an issue rather than the manager trying to solve the issue she is not trying to give me my money back... Even though it may only be a dollar! I really do not understand where Burger King hires the managers for establishments like this... She needs to go back to training and learn how to speak to customers and resolve conflict from her workers. It is their fault the order is incorrect. It's a disappointment I will not be coming back to this establishment or tell people to go to this location. At this point I would rather drive further away, because customer service is very important. This location missed the ball on this one!! I had my work uniform on (which has my government name), rather than her asking me my name she proceeds to call me my name from my shirt... I felt like she was being gender bias. She does not know what pronouns I identify myself as... Once again she needs to go back to bare minimum basic training for customer service. If this is how burger kings mangers resolve conflict it must be pretty easy to be a manger and the bar to become one must be very low!! DO BETTER BK!! read more

Burger King was my favorite f. F restaurant. I have given b. K shepherdsville 3 tries every time the food is ice cold. I asked for fresh rings and the gy at the counter told me the ones I was trying to give back were only about ten minutes old! I dont know if the food or the service is worse read more

Trash. They wouldn't even open the door. Plenty of people inside. Really craving a whopper.

Our stop for dinner on Friday evenings with children. It's always slow but it's easy to get children in and out. The store is always clean, however, the restrooms need some major attention for the foul odor. The lady at the register was very soft spoken and we couldn't understand her during our order. We kept having to repeat our order. I also ask her if we could substitute shakes in kids meal and she had no clue. Instead of asking someone she wanted us to leave as chocolate milk. My husband had to take his fish sandwich he requested with no tartar sauce, lettuce, or pickle back up to counter because it was fully dressed. Instead of making it right, they took the tartar off. No third time for us, we can do it ourselves. The water coming out of the coke machine isn't clear. Not typical for those machines. For such a slow restaurant, there are several things that need to be looked at. On a good note, the cashier that is there in the morning is awesome for the job. She always treats us great! read more

I was craving a whopper after not having one in years. Now I remember why I haven't had one in years! Seems a lot smaller than I remember when I was in military. Our experience was the most hateful and rudest i have ever experienced. Went to drive thru and was rushed with bad nasty additude and politely asked to wait a minute to see all we wanted to order but the lady would not wait and demanded rest of order. I had promised and tried for over month to get my daughters burger king for dinner so i wasn't going home empty handed so we just ended order there. Then after good 10 minute wait to window a young man was at window and we added one more thing and said after we got food i wanted to talk to manager. He said good luck. We paid then the manager came to window bobbing her head and rolling eye's saying u got something to complain? She would not even let us talk as she was the hateful and rude voice on intercom i wanted to complain on. She just talked over me then kinda chucked bag of food in car and said oh well and shut window on our face. We needed like 40 bucks more of food but wasnt even givin chance. I will never go back to a burger king if nothing is done about this. I have never felt so shitty in all my life. To top all off after get home all food we got was cold and buns hard as rocks and threw all in trash. The bbb should be notified. I tried to call store to complain but was hung up on several times. I will let everyone know to boycot and not go. They do not care about customers. read more

Unfriendly, can't get order right, needs to be clean. Order made twice and still wrong.

This place couldn't get my order right and when I called them to tell them that their service wasn't good. They said they would make it right and when I went back two days later they were very unfriendly and rude about having to make the order right. I think that they need to really work on their customers service skills and reading skills!! I will be avoiding this restaurant if you can call it that!! read more

This is probably one of the most nicest places i've been. I went in and the first thing they asked me was about how I was doing. I was unsure on what to get and they told me their deals going on and helped me order fast. I got my food in about a minute later and the staff made good conversation with me. I can most definitely say i'll be there again! read more
