Outside of the 5 food trucks (sissy tacos, Zoe ice cream, madeleines fruit shack, Tyson's knockout subs, and coltdaddys Philly cheesesteaks) the parking lot is filled with fun jungle and farm animal statues for photo ops. The food truck started as just sissy's tacos which was great and then grew to the very cool and tasty zoe Ive cream. As the food truck businesses and concrete animals began to add the owner made the smart idea to brand the whole area the jungle food court. Which is unique as I've never really seen a permanent food truck food court. Overall I've yet to have a bad meal or snack at any of the 5 current food trucks and always receive great service. My 5 daughters love the decor and have taken plenty of fun and cool photo ops. I think the owner could be on to something. Mount Washington is a smaller city that neighbors Louisville. It would not surprise me if someone eventually adapts a very similar concept in the city of Louisville.
