If you like Italian food this is the place to go to. From the time you walk up to the frt. counter you are greeted with a friendly smile and a warm Aloha from a person named Andrea Colmenares, I can't say enough about how vital this kind of greeting is to me, but with this kind of person there, I know that the rest of this experience will be above 5 stars. The spaghetti and meatballs is my favorite dish, they make it just like mom used to and the smell of all the food that is being cooked just fills the air with all good things Italy. Thank you Omi's Italian Kitchen and much Mahalos to Andrea for doing such a fine job there and being a good frt. person! ALOHA NUI LOA, RANDY N.

We've been comparing all chicken from this trip to Maui Mike's! It set the bar, for sure! Tip: It's across the street from McD. They have their own parking, main entrance is at the corner. Inside you can order at the counter to eat in the dining area or to go. There is also a back door, visible from the parking lot, for pickup to go orders. When we pulled up, we thought the signs indicated that they were to go only. Once we learned we can order and eat inside, we decided to go that route. I suggest that someone orders while the other person looks for a table. I got their chicken drum and thigh, some sweet potato fries, and a drink, and it came out to around $ 17-ish USD, if I remember correctly? Totally worth it for me because it wasn't a lot of food, but the chicken was juicy, and the sweet potato fries were cooked just right. After finishing our meal, my friends and I each got a chocolate chip cookie, and that was the **chef's kiss** to the meal! All in all, I'm going to come back here again!!

I ordered the prime rib burger and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the quality. From the meats tenderness to the overall flavors and my personal favorite is that it is served on a brioche bun. Everything is well balanced with no flavors overpowering one another. It is a large burger so keep in mind that it takes longer to make, but quality demands it so--absolutely worth the wait. My personal recommendation is that gourmet burgers are best enjoyed with a cold beer which they do have. They also have a wide variety of menu items, such as pastas, wings, salads and sandwiches--all options that are equal in quality. If you have extra space after that, they have a great dessert selection, particularly their S'more's Dip or their Churro Cheesecake, they have other options as well that are fantastic. You can tell that this business is run by an owner who cares and I pray many years of success to come to this establishment. Mahalo

I normally order their 6 piece tenders, comes with fries, a pieces of bread, and tiny cup of coleslaw. The wait time from taking your order to presenting your order varies, mostly it's quicker than expected. Staff for sure are doing their best to serve their customers, though, they are not very courteous, not very welcoming, and not very friendly at all. Flavor was solid, portion was generous, and the food itself is the main reason I keep coming back. The ambiance is chill and local. Most of the afternoon crowd seemed to know each other, which gives the place a comfortable neighborhood feel. That said, the inside is a little dingy and could probably use a renovation. The issue on this visit was the service. When we got there, it was pretty empty, maybe 4 or 5 people sitting at the bar. The guy working behind the bar seated us, but then never brought menus, never brought water, and never came back to take our order. When my friend tried waving him down, he ignored us. Eventually another employee came in, and the bartender just told him, "Go take his order," without acknowledging us at all. I don't know if he was only working the bar that day, but he could have at least brought water, menus, or simply said someone would be right with us. Instead, the whole interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessary. Food was very good as always, but service matters too. Based on this visit, I'd call it 3 stars overall.
