Very disappointing quality control and lack of customer resolution at this location. I recently spent $45 here for a family meal and was deeply unsatisfied with both the food consistency and the service. Quality Control: I ordered two Whopper Jrs., but one contained a noticeably undersized patty compared to the other. When I asked the team to correct it, the response was confusing (something about having to cut a larger burger pattie in half) and no action was taken to fix the mistake. Limited Menu Options: Kids' meal choices were restricted strictly to nuggets (they were out of kids burgers and yet I received a burnt hockey puck smaller than a kids burger which I physically showed them). Service: The staff on site made no attempt to make things right. Another guest present was also trying to return a burnt chicken sandwich, suggesting ongoing issues with order accuracy and food prep. Conveniently not too far off the I-5. Attached to a big truck stop area, providing plenty of parking all surrounding. Inside you can find big bathrooms, showers, trucker lounge areas, a gym and more. As for the Burger King itself, very clean with lots of seating. Almost has a hip, industrial interior design vibe hah. We arrived with not too much of a line, employee were kind enough to let us use a coupon to include my impossible burger, which they said they normally can't use that with the impossible burger, but they did it for us. Not the most friendliest shift. Not sure if its because of the constant flow of drivers coming in or what. No smile or greetings... more like what do you want? Looks like there are only 2 staff members working. Long wait times... there was a trucker that left the line. I guess he did not want to wait. All the non carbonated drinks at the soda fountain were out so your choices are soda or iced teas. read more

To start off first thing that I noticed as I walked in, TRASH. There was trash everywhere. Trash on the floor and trash on the tables (table I sat on was sticky). Secondly service was terrible. I was given the wrong order and the cashier had a terrible attitude. When I asked to order an additional item I was told no because they were to busy cleaning, yet everywhere was dirty. This Burger King was very nice inside and it's at a really good location. The workers were friendly and gave really good service. Everything felt clean and the tables were wiped down I got the Whopper and it tasted very fresh and was one of the better Whoppers that I have had. Same goes for their fries. I also used the app in store. Although this location did not accept mobile orders, I used the in store scan to save $3 on my order Overall a great location with friendly service and fresh tasting Whoppers! Honestly, no complaints here - stopped by on the way back from SoCal while gassing up the car, and walked in. Pretty spacious and clean for a pit stop, and prices were on par with other fast food places, unlike other pit stops that price gouge. I even took advantage of the 2 sandwiches for $5 deal and got a quarter pounder and chicken sandwich (that I ended up saving for later). What was nice was that the fries came out piping hot after I ordered, and service was great too. I don't usually stop by fast food unless it's absolutely necessary, but I'm glad I did in this case! read more

While I don't expect much out of a fast food franchise, especially at a truck stop, this location by far has low standards. On a Saturday at 12:30pm, they are either understaffed or the staff is indifferent to providing service. There seem to be four employees and only one employee is making sandwiches, slowly, one at a time, which the others stand idle. A small group arrived and the next family was told they would have to wait a few minutes before even placing their order. After a long wait in a short line, I learned they are out of chicken. Coming here defeats the purpose of fast food. read more

Had to give them one star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. Horrible experience! To begin with, they were out of beef. Yes, you read correctly, out of beef! Okay, so order the original chicken sandwich combo and wanted a coffee...but they were out of coffee. My husband ordered an Italian chicken sandwich and wanted a medium size, which we were charged for, and I'll get back to it later. The time on our receipt was Las 9:24pm. We sat down and waited..:and waited...and waited...they finally called our order number at 9:46pm. I guess they had to go out back and kill the chickens or they had to grow the potatoes for the French fries! Anyway, we were sitting down eating, when one of the employees came over and told us they were closing. I looked at my phone, and it was 9:50pm. My husband told him that we would be done by then. A couple of minutes later....5 to be exact, a young female came out to us and again told us that they were closing. My husband said we were almost done, and she got snippy and said "We'll, we're closing at 10:00 so you need to leave." I said, "We'll probably be finished eating by then," and she snapped back with, "You'll just be locked in...so," and my husband said "We'll be okay." She stomped off. Just after that little incident, a guy came walking in to order something, and they told him they were closed. He said that the sign says that they don't close until 10 and it was only 9:56. They got snippy with him and said that they didn't care what he said, they were closed. I looked at my phone after the exchange, and it was indeed only 9:57. We were getting up to leave, and we tried to go through the front doors, but they were already locked. We had to exit through the travel center. Rude, unprofessional, and it took way too long to get our order. Back to the medium fry...my husband was not given a medium fry, it was the same size as mine, and mine was a small...remember though, we paid for the medium for his. We didn't want to say anything about it, because it had taken so long for the original order and they were luke warm when we got them. Also to note, the place was a freaking mess, I don't think the gas badge had been emptied today at all. Every single one of them, both inside and outside was overflowing and garbage was on the floor and scattered on the sidewalks. Disgusting! Where is management for this store? If management was there, they should be fired immediately! Take some really good advice, go about 7 miles further in to Los Banos and eat at one of the fast food restaurants or one of the other great restaurants. You'll be well taken care of, the staff will be friendly, you won't have the massive delay, and you won't be hurried even though I was their fault you got started eating so late. The reviews tell you this location itself. My family and I were on a road trip and stopped here to eat at 9:30. Yes, it was near closing, but it wasn't CLOSED. It closes at 10. We ordered and the wait was usual. The restrooms were awfully filthy. I'm not sure if the Burger King also manages the restrooms, but they reeked, trash cans were all over the floors, paper towels everywhere too. Gross. We got our food and my EIGHT PIECE mozzarella stick somewhere morphed to THREE. Weird how distinct and clear I was to the cashier to confuse her with "three" and "eight". They don't even have a 3 piece option. I assumed it was because they were closing and only gave me the remaining that was already made. Still, poor service. My brother also ordered a drink and went to fill it up with Powerade. It was ALL SYRUP! Drank it and it was pure sugar. Disgusting. Opened the cap and noticed a film of a white substance at the top. They really need to change their filter or settings or whatever in the drink dispenser. Although the employees were kind to us, the business itself needs some touch up.
