The worst location I've ever been to in my life. Just off the freeway and food is disgusting. Employees didn't care at all. No bathroom for paying customers after 6pm because they're "cleaning it" even though the doors are still open. Everybody looking around like they don't know what's going on. Went to Mickey D's down the street and it's all good. read more

Worst drive thru customer service ever. Had to wait 15 mins to order while they took care of 2 cars ahead of me. Then I had to give my order 3 times because they kept screwing it up. I was ignored at the window and apparently out of the condiments I wanted. I would avoid this place and drive a little further down to McDonalds. read more

8/17/19 12pm Asked for a strawberry shake.. why does it have oreo in it? BECAUSE THEY DONT CLEAN THE BLENDERS Also I was rushed through my order and had to keep telling them I wasn't done ordering and I didn't receive everything I ordered so in that way they stole my money because I didn't get what I paid for 0/10 this place is nasty read more

So good. Fast service , nice people in the drive through , open at the listed times , awesome

If you want to avoid food poisoning DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! I stopped to use the restroom, was waiting for a while because someone was in there. Finally the lady comes out, I didn't hear a toilet flush & I didn't hear water run to indicate she washed her hands! I walk in and the smell was horrendous. Come to find out the lady thought it would be nice to leave her remains in the toilet!!!! Didn't even attempt to try and flush and no I'm not talking about urine. And to make matters worse, she was an EMPLOYEE. I ran out of there, I would have rather used the restroom on the side of the road than use that place. DISGUSTING! read more

I've been going here sense they open not sure what's happening but this is the second time I've had cold food served to me this time it was onion rings and a taco at noon I feel it's way to early for cold lunch food to even be in the building it looked as if it had been sitting for hours I hope it wasn't from yesterday that's would be gross read more

So i commute to Santa Cruz from Salinas and I occasionally want a quick bite to eat, however a quick but is not what you are going to get here especially if you are like me and use apple pay. They have not fixed a problem that you can call a help line for not worth the 20 minute wait for something that's supposed to be fast. read more

The service was very nice and the food was freshly done and quick. I will definitely be coming back more often to this Burger King.

They TAKE FOREVER ! The line is always so long because they only take one order at a time in drive thru. They will not take the order at the speaker until the car in front of you has paid , gotten there food, and driven off. super ridiculous! There sign says they open at 6 but there never open til 6;30 this place has gone way down hill! It may be because of there whole new staff SUCKS read more

Tremendously rude. Plain and simple. The manager even told me if I didn't want to wait 20minutes in the drive thru to just leave. Mind you I had already waiting 15 minutes waiting for her to take my order. And I was the only one in line. read more

Its a burger king. It's a little on the slow side. Drive thru seems to be their downfall. Many times i have to go back in to get something they forgot to put in my bag. Just as good as any other BK. read more

We ordered the Satisfries and they were cold, like eating cardboard. They were mixed with your regular fries and they were very greasy. This is why we order Satifries cuz they are supposed to be better and healthier for you. They were horrible AND we had to pay 30 cents extra for each Satisfries. We also ordered the Angry Burger which is our favorite and it too was cold, the meat paddie was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted..It was terrible and I couldn't even finish it. Isn't it supposed to have jalapenos in it? Well it didn't. The only thing they got right was our diet rootbeer. Terrible food. If I could give you NO stars I would! Your Marina Burger King is MUCH BETTER! read more

My girlfriend and I were hungry so we went to get some food here and it was horrible. The food was not fully cooked and they messed up are order in the first place. Nothing was good it taste nasty. The only thing they got right was our sauces. read more

Ridiculous!! My partner is steamed--just went to BK in Prunedale, says he told the order taker 3 times on what he wanted & they still totally screwed up the order! How hard is it to take orders? read more

HOLY SMOKES!! Not to say any Burger King experience is amazing...But this is THE WORST I have ever been to--And all because of the slow service. I don't understand how there can be at least 5 employees in the back working and usually we wait at least 15 minutes for a burger and fries.. Its completely crazy! I have gone here a few times because my son likes to play at the play structure and every time I go here, its the same situation.. Come on! Its supposed to be FAST FOOD. read more

2 grilled chicken burgers were ordered. They looked like cardboard and nothing like actual chicken. With other fast food restaurants their chicken burgers at least look and taste more like chicken. This was such a turnoff that I will not be going back to Burger King to eat again. read more

I forgot and stopped here again. What a mistake! Burger was COLD, fries soggy and chicken fingers just plain awful. Why didn't I learn? Lol. I'm not into fast food usually, but I Had thought it'd b easier that day. My MISTAKE!. If you're in Prunedale, cross the freeway to the selection of fast food there. PASS THIS ONE BY! read more

This BK has gone WAY down hill. 3 bad visits in a row: 1) ordered double whoppers with cheese, heavy everything, received single whoppers, no cheese, barely any veggies. 2) same order as above. Counter person had to remind the burger maker to make them double (he had to unwrap and fix one), no extra veggies. 3) closed early. Drive in open luckily. Burgers were very dry - no ketchup or mustard. Cheese was not melted. "Ran out" of ketchup packets. Fries were stone cold. This was a trifecta of suck. This place used to be ok, but now is terrible. Worst BK I've ever visited. read more

! this was a good experience because when i first got there i was greeted with a nice smile from the cashier and she was very nice and she seemed to know what she was doing. The food was also super yummy but what i loved most was the customer service especially the cashier. She was a good presence i really enjoyed my meal and she made my long day just a bit better. her name was arianna and i hope she has a good rest of her day thank you looking forward to coming back and seeing her again !! read more

What can you say its a fast food restaurant you know what you are getting just be patient, if they make a mistake it happens let them know and they will hook you up! my buddy vince works there and he never lets me down! read more

If I could give this Burger King zero stars I would. I drove in shortly after getting a haircut for a nice meal, normally I am well taken care of there by all staff although today was much different. The manager who took my order in the drive thru was very rude and almost sounded annoyed of me when I was being nothing but nice, she's cut me off when I was ordering and deeply sighed when I asked for certain things off my sandwich, I asked the young lady at the window who had taken my order and she said her name was Maritza and she was a manager which left me in shock , don't go to this Bk unless you want to be treated like shit. Especially if said manager Maritza is working. read more

I have gone multiple times and the drive through has cones like it is closed but way before the closing time posted on entrance.

UPDATE! What's wrong with BK now? They only take 1 order At their drive thru at a time! Why?? They could be faster by taking more orders at a time...are they trying to get good times in their timer???? BYE BK....I guess they don't understand that our time is valuable and it is called fast food for a reason!!! read more

I don't know why people even review a fast like what's the point I'm just reviewing cus whoever reviews a fast food is hella weird. I'm also doing cus like I never had any problem in this fast food read more

Don't waste your time. Mostly just teenagers who literally couldn't care less. Being 17 and making minimum wage; I understand there being a lack of motivation.. I blame the managers. It's on them to make sure these kids aren't being rude to customers while in the back flirt with each other and taking Snapchats. It's just awful given that the McDonald's in town have teenagers who are professional with great customer service.. read more

Not sure how many hours ago the chicken fries were cooked but they were super dry and hard.

This Burger King can not get an order right to save their lives. I was in there on a Friday not during a rush hour and had ordered one regular hamburger and one double burger, I got a burger and a fish sandwich. Then the had the nerve to talk out the order in another language to the cook and then charged me for another burger. Maybe if the staff spoke the choosen language of this country there would be no miss understandings. So I have boycotted this place of business until they can get orders right and when they learn ENGLISH. read more

I come to this Burger King at least once a week with my family after a long stressful day of work. I end up sitting in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes and there's only one person in front of me! They obviously need better employees and people dedicated to their job. Going to McDonalds from now on. read more

Recently, I ordered the 10 piece nuggets and they were very dry. Next time I will definitely try a different Burger King.

I go to Burger King very often they forget something almost every time and the last couple times I went there the fries were cold and the meet was Cold read more

The worst place, ever. Been there four times. Every time, my order was majorly wrong. A cheeseburger without cheese because I said only pickles and onions. Sweet tea when I asked for unsweet tea and repeated it 2-3 times. On top of that, the surly service hasn't changed. Even after the renovation or whatever they did there. No more. Ain't going there no more. read more

Worst customer service in town. Cashier took ten minutes to complete the order of one customer ahead of me. Then she left for around three more minutes saying "I'll be right back with you" only to come back with a pen for a guy wanting to fill out an application, a guy who was BEHIND ME!!! in line. Then when I finally placed my order and told her I was in a hurry she said in a "I don't give damn tone": "Oh, it's going to take around half an hour, there's only one person in the kitchen". Half an hour for ONE hamburger and ONE soda?Only one person in the kitchen? That's ridiculous, that's simply unacceptable!!! There were three more customers behind me, plus about a dozen cars at the drive through. I just left. Wasted fifteen minutes and got nothing! read more

I love the staff and food, great vibe and killer fries. I recommend anyone that comes here to get a milkshake cause that frown, well ya know , will turn upside down read more

This Burger King constantly drives me crazy. It's close to work and I stop here occasionally and often wish I hadn't. It has gotten better but the drive through is always a negative experience. Today they cut me off in the middle of my order so I received the wrong drink. It want worth trying to explain the problem to the staff. Arrrr! If you have time drive to the Castroville location! read more

Really good burgers and really good service and food taste fresh. Recomended 100% my personal favorite order is the number 8.

This had to be one of the worst fast food restaurants I had gone too ever! Every single time I got food there I couldn't stand the smell of their bathrooms! I'm sure it might be clean enough sometimes for someone to go in there but, not me! read more

Slow service, cold food that is often greasy and tastes as if it were old. I have been here twice as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but will not be back again. I learned my lesson. They even managed to give me the wrong drink. Worst Burger King ever! I guess it is only open as there is not much else around these parts read more

Was a regular for the last 3 years and in the last 3 weeks it has been a nightmare ordering through drive through!! Order 1 they forgot to put bacon on the bacon cheeseburgers. Order 2 slow at night could not understand no sesame seeds on bun got to window they put no cheese (cost effective). Asked if there was no seeds "O no I put no cheese keep that one we will make you a new one" then a man comes to window and makes me go through all three burgers in my car to find the one without cheese. Order 3 repeat myself 4 times no seeds and on the fourth time I am trying to get louder so they can understand and I get told you don't have to be so rude!! Drove to window and canceled order was told let me see if we can do that before I could say anything window closed. Well we are done they lost us for good!! read more
