Decent for a Burger King. They are slow as hell though. Ordered on the app for a 3:00 pickup and waited 10 minutes before it was ready.

I can't believe this place has 2 stars. As I pondered my hunger waiting for 2 Whopper Jr. and 2 Fries I stared at the drive through window for 20 minutes. The outer drive through window has never been cleaned. Like never been wiped clean. I'm guessing the entire store is like this. We get our food and the Anti-Whopper Jr's are just small little burgers. They forgot the fries and the fries we did get were cold. This place should be shut down. I could have eaten 5 gas station roller dogs and been happier than eating here. Some how I walked away from eating at this place like I paid to get molested. I feel dirty. Like I licked a sweaty stripper under arm. Please pick somewhere else to eat, this place is just gross. Down whisky right now to stave off food poisoning. Pray for me. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich Dry ohh so dry, even my Dogg winced. Thanks for the 5 pieces of lettuce I know, inflation But the spuug of Mayo only in the center and incredibly dry bun makes for an awful sandwich. Then there's the kids meal. I asked for no fries and applesauce instead. Welp thanks for the fries... sidenote not everyone likes them. You all wonder why a majority of the folks think you don't deserve $15 an hr...well reading... reading the order helps tremendously! read more

I'd go negative stats if I could. Don't bother with the drive thru, you're going to end up inside to get your food right. Every time I go I end up inside to get my order right. Everyone that works there is stoned out of their mind. No adults to make things right. It smells like weed most of the time and seen them vaping behind the counter. It's Burger King it's what you expect for Burger King food if they get the order right. The owner really needs to clean up the crew there and hire people that will actually do their job right the first time not the 3rd time. Even the Mobil employees that work next to them complain about how bad they do their job. They notice how many people come in just to get the orders right and hear all the complaints they get. But the owner doesn't seem to care or bother taking care of the problem. This isn't a one time deal that I've had with them this has been a reoccurring thing that happens with just about every order. read more

Among the worst BK establishments I've been to. They purposely do not make anything how you request. I opened the bag and showed him the sandwiches were not made at all how we requested. He literally laughed and said the cook never makes changes. I had to demand it was made over from "scratch" and I could see the "cook" if you can call him that very pissed off and giving me the stink eye. I hope they go out of business that's what they deserve. read more

One of the main reasons I am giving this place 5 stars is because of the Manager. He appeared out of nowhere to give my little girl a Princess Magic Wand. He completely made our day...maybe he knew I was a Yelper and this was a bribe. But you can tell alot about a restaurant by the management. The food was also freshly made...plus where can two people eat lunch for $4.22. We tried the new double cheeseburger for a buck and it was really tasty. It was better then McDonald's Value Burger. Why? The extra piece of chesse and the flame broiled taste. We typically don't eat at the KING but we will be back! On a sad note: we did not see the King creeping around the restaurant. I eat here frequently because it's close to where I live. They literally never get the order right, I've given up even trying to have it be correct or going back in to correct it, or calling to make them aware. At least one item is always left out of the order, and they don't know how to make a whopper with out cheese. Also, they frequently have to make some thing fresh, i.e. fries, mozzarella sticks, which is fine but they will bag the whole order and let it sit, getting cold, while they wait five minutes for fries or mozzarella sticks. No one that works at this Burger King takes any pride in their work. read more

Any typical BK would get three stars from me. I mean the food... well it is... well... I mean come it's BK guys! It is fast food what do you expect? Why did I give this place four stars? 1) It is "Brass Ball BK".that right there is worth a star!!!!! 2) The people watching was second to none! We were driving for a while so we dined in at a window seat near the drive-thru. I think that one out of every ten cars parked and came back in with their order. I've had too many bad experiences at burger King for me to like this one. I was here with friends and my buddy ordered food and other people were getting there food before him, so he went up to ask where his food was and the worker looked at the receipt and with a snotty attitude said "I handed that out already" and walked away, and my friend took about 5 minutes to finally convince the lady he wasn't lying and that HE DIDN'T GET HIS FOOD. This is why I recommend mcdonalds. Go to the one right across the street, no fast food is gonna be good but at least people at McDonald's focus on customer service more than anything. I worked at McDonald's in paddock and if someone said they didn't get there food it was never second guessed, immediately they would say I need this and this and comply with the customer. Horrible food! I have gotten sick from eating here! The sandwiches are sloppy. The fries are gross. Even when going through the drive through I get my order wrong everytime! The lady named Kim that works there. Is completely rude to her staff. It's never okay to hear a manager tell an employee to shut up. She is obnoxious. The other manager jeff is very kind!
