Worst Hardee's experience ever! I don't know if we have new management or something, but this place…read moreis going absolutely DOWNHILL! We got this bag deal and... what an experience. First of all, we had to pull up and wait for fries that were STILL lukewarm. There were also burnt bits at the bottom that were absolutely disgusting. Then, there was the burger. Probably one of the worst ones I've had. Onions and pickles were overpowering the burger, and the cheese WASN'T EVEN MELTED! As Gordon Ramsay would say, "IT'S RAW," and also, the burger was absolutely cold. Finally, a spicy chicken wrap--if you could even call it that. It was more like a taco. A wrap is supposed to cover the whole sandwich, while this stubborn little tortilla did not. I'm happy to say the Coca-Cola was good (okay, you can't mess that up), and that the staff were decently friendly (required by corporate). Overall, absolutely one star. A typical Yelp reviewer would say, "If I could give it zero stars, I would." Improve.
