It's set up like Subways have been set up since the 90s. Some of the Subways in my area have been updated and no longer have the glass case that you can see the ingredients through (I think in energy saving efforts), This Subway has the sandwich building station old school style where you can see them build the sandwich and you can peep the freshness of the veggies before committing to dubious tomatoes (which I love). Our waitress went above and beyond her duties help us explaining the menu and helping us put our breakfast together. The manager came out and greeted us, which made it a little extra special. Food was hot fast and beyond what we expected. Made our travels that much more enjoyable. For sides, I like the baked beans and fried potatoes the best. Had a baked potato today and it was cooked through. There is usually a soup special - the ham and beans is my favorite. Note that it is usually packed on Sundays at lunch. It is much better to go Friday or Saturday at lunch. I've never seen a line then, but then you won't be able to get the fried chicken! We eat here about twice a month and I highly recommend it. It's the best bbq in a wide area around here.
