I can vouch for a person that said they were there around May of this year. I had a similar experience around the same time. I ordered two burritos and nothing else. I was waiting for a long time and I saw nothing but chaos. I decided to just leave because there were several people waiting and it didn't look like I would get my good anytime soon. THIS TACO BELL DOESNT DESERVE 5 Stars. This is so you can see that this place sucks. They are slow. They TOOK our bag back and we waitied probably another almost 15 minutes. Drive thru orders just kept going out. One of the employees was cussing, complaining about everything, and no one once asked if I needed help while standing up front....this was the night crew. This is possibly the worst taco bell in the continental united states. Every single time i've ordered a meal inside of this poorly managed institution, they have completely messed up my order, as well as the people behind me. After not taking my order right multiple times, I decided to use their computer system to order my food myself, without human error. Every single time, the irresponsible staff have completely left off items, and forgotten to give us our speciality drinks and soda fountain cups. On top of this, the restaurant is constantly dirty, and the staff are always playing loud inappropr music in the back while chattering instead of making my tacos correctly. Maybe computer systems will take over the fast food industry so i won't have to deal with sub par employees. I wouldn't pay the employees 1/3 of 15 dollars an hour if these machines exist! Updating this review for the third time, again, gave it a year to see if this taco bell improved maybe, but no. After ordering through the drive thru, the employees refused to accept apple pay which is a standard feature at all taco bell's. on top of this, they gave us the complete wrong order, to which we had to wait in the parking lot for another 15 minutes to wait on our food, AND WE WERE STILL MISSING ITEMS. The young man who took our order through the microphone sounded like he wanted to commit toaster bath. After giving us lip, we finally moved on. so disappointing to see the only taco bell within 30 mins of driving is such a failure. I am on a 12 hour road trip where my general rule is to only stop when I need gas and get food at the same time. I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 mins only to get to the intercom and be told that they cannot substitute the meat in my order for rice without an extra charge, but they could substitute it for black beans. I then agree to have the black beans instead and again an additional charge shows up on the screen. I am then told that they can't substitute for black beans and the only option they have is to add an additional charge in either condition. Given that I don't eat meat, and I usually go to Taco Bell for their veggie friendly meals, I decided to leave. This is never a problem whenever I go to Taco Bells in other areas, so I'm not sure why this location is any different. Ultimately, this delayed my road trip and did not even leave me with the food I was hoping to have for dinner. read more

Just stopped by a taco bell after like 12 hours of driving, and we still have 5 hours to go. My mom was not having it with these people. We go to the drive thru and my mom was confused by the screen because the food that she had ordered wasn't showing up. The worker reassured us that the screen was just like that and that she did in fact put down the right order (she didn't). She hands us the bag, and my dad starts counting the tacos after realizing that there were more hard tacos than soft tacos (we got 2 orders of the dorito hard taco thingys and like a whole thing of soft tacos). The worker realizes that she made a mistake when she comes back to hand us another bag (??) so now everyones confused and my mom takes out the receipt and tells her that she got out order wrong. I'm guessing the worker there was just standing there dumbfounded or something because my mom, who was already annoyed ever since the screen incident, just said "ok well bye, im not dealing with this since i have 5 more hours to drive" and left.
