Closed at 10:30 not 11:30pm as stated on window..staff had me sit at drive thru window for 10mins

Menu was incorrect. Manager said that the items on the menu are no longer in combos even though the menu on the exterior board shows them in combos. The exterior mic system didn't work so we had to pull around to the front and order at the window so I was unable to make sure that my order was correctly listed. I ordered a junior breakfast burrito combo which the menu showed came with two burritos, hashbrowns, and a drink. Received my order did not receive a receipt. And was handed my items. Didn't check the bag started to drive away and went to reach for my food and found out there's only one breakfast burrito hashbrowns and a drink obviously were there but I paid more than advertised. Manager said that they no longer came in a combo and when I advised him that his menu board showed that they did still he said oh I'm not in charge of that. It is now October 19, this menu board has been up all month. Love Burger King but this store does not meet the expectations of Burger King's nationwide. Less than advertised. read more

Rudest bunch of people I've ever had to deal with . No greeting upon pulling up in the drive thru. No response as I say thank you very much . Hispanic older gentlemen in the window is rude . He might even be the manager I sure hope not pretty much thru the bag at me . I tried to pay with a 20$ bill and change before I could give him the cents he is already breaking the bill . i have always been in the food industry and this by far was a horrible experience read more

This is the worst fast food place in Austin right now! They messed up our order 8 different times. If i could give them no stars I would! Customer service is terrible, I work at a service place and there's is unforgettably terrible I don't even understand! I called back 14 times to tell them they got our order wrong once again, and nobody is there to pick up the phone. Terrible service and terrible customer service. This place is delicious but will kill you... TRUE STORY. My best friend ate breakfast there every morning, and overall followed a healthy diet outside of that... A week ago, he had a myocardial infarction and actually died for about 5 minutes.... Not positive that this was the case, but the doctors said that it was plaque buildup in his heart and it smelled like a Whooper Jr. I don't know what they put in this stuff, but be careful. Just went through the drive thru, and the gal taking the order keep interrupting me to say "what else?" When I was done she didn't repeat the order, just a price, which isn't the worst, but when I did ask for her the repeat the order... she made a face like I was bugging her. There was the rudest employee manning the drive thru. We said we weren't ready to order yet and to give us a minute. She proceeded to ask every 5 seconds and asked us to back up out of the timer range where we couldn't read the friggin menu. We asked about substituting something on a platter and she said "that's not on our computer." After we told her she was being difficult she had the nerve to say they weren't going to serve us. I hate to say all this because I love Burger king but this location is weird and the I guess store manager is creepy asf. When we first walked in there we're 2 girls gossiping and then turn to see us walk towards the counter, after we took our order and got out food I notice the fries were to crazy to call normal, super salty to the point it looked like sugar and I strongly think it was done out of spite, my girl was looking good!!! Had to yell my order in the drive through and he still couldn't hear or understand me. I had to repeat myself loudly and slowly. Finally we got our order and they didn't give us any straws. Straws are a minor issue but they always forget them. Always. You'd think after all those renovations they'd repair the freaking drive through but it's still falling apart and doesn't work! I decided to go to this Burger King this morning because I wanted a ham crossandwich. I haven't been here is ages because through the years they have had a history with me of getting my order wrong. I ordered a ham crossandwich meal with a medium coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugers and an orange juice. What I discovered I was given when I got to work was a sausage crossandwich with a coffee only partially filled. The coffee was over an inch from being filled and it had artificial sweetener in it. Some things just don't change. Dear Lord let me remember this if I think I would like to have a ham crossandwich in the future. read more

Coffee was burnt, took them 3 trips through the drive thru to give me a ham, bacon, egg and cheese Croisandwich that was not cold. Paid almost $7 for a really terrible breakfast. Won't be back. read more

I was very sad to see they have taken the Turkey burger off the menu. Not only was it very good, it was nutritious as well. I will not be returning to burger king again. As far as Burger Kings go, I think this one is great. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. We've been here 4-5 times. Last time we were here, the gentleman refilling the ketchup and napkins asked if we needed anything and was very congenial. The young men at the counter have handled our orders including additions and subtraction with humor. We've never come at a super busy time. This is an enjoyable BK. The food is good. We prefer BK over McD's. This establishment does not disappoint. read more

First off it's been years since I've visited a Burger King restaurant. I'll likely not be back. This is a newly renovated location. Came in today after noon, they were busy but be no means packed. I noticed when I arrived at the drive-through has about five cars waiting. I came in to find one person waiting at the counter for what turned out to be a to go order and another couple waiting for their order. I received no greeting or eye contact from anyone working. I noticed 5 people working. When I finally had the opportunity to order I commented to the lady working the counter that they looked shorthand. I ordered a number eight with fries, it came out pretty quick and everything was tasty and hot. No complaints there. The drink and condiment area was a disaster. There wasn't even little cups for the ketchup. My table and seats were also in need of cleaning. No greeting at entry, no greeting when the order was placed, no personality from the order taker. Just a general poor performance. Maybe I'm expecting too much here?? They get one star because the chicken sandwich was good. read more

I tried to order a whopper and fries today, and watched as the drive-thru window cashier went over to the food prep area and handled my french fries without using gloves or washing her hands. I asked her if she ever washes her hands between handling people's money and handling food in the prep area and she said no. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. It ruined my appetite to see that, especially after thinking she has probably handled filthy, sweaty bills, and sticky, grimy coins all day before handling my pouch of fries and touching them with her bare hands. I am disappointed with this location. I got here with my brother at 11:10pm. I waited at the drive-thru to place my order. I said "hello" twice then decided to move forward at the window since no one replied to me. I then stopped at the second window where one worker was just starring at me. No one bothered to let me know that they were closing. However, they shouldn't be closing because their hours of operation states that they remain open till 12am.
