I've never come across a happy cashier. They seem like they hate their job & just want to go home. I don't usually take offense because I feel that way about my job most days too. Lol. The main complaint that I have is that every time I get a drink from there, the cup always leaks. I mean, ALWAYS!!! I do not know what's up with the styrofoam, but they need to change their cups. I take this email back inside Subway and show it to the employees there, they call SALAHAT back and he sounded frustrated and still insisted that there was nothing they could do and hung up.
