This was typical fast food. Service was a little slow but there were only two employees and they were definitely working hard and trying their best. Super friendly, too. Wow! That's pretty much all I can say after this experience. The guy who took our order had to have been on some type of upper. He kept talking over my husband while trying to order and kept cutting my husband off. To be honest, it was hilarious because when my husband told him about it, he said he was as trying to confirm the order and tried arguing. We get to the window and instantly knew our food was going to be messed up. We asked for no onion, tomatoes or jalapeños and everything came on our burgers. We asked for ranch and bbq sauce and was told they didn't have any condiments. They didn't put any napkins in the bag. The whole meal was a bust. This exit is one of the worst exits to try to get food from as it is and then to wait for cold incorrectly made burgers was upsetting. Thieves work here! Ordered 2 whopper meals and one whopper sandwich. Charged $34.02, gave the man a $20, a $10, and a $5 dollar bill. He gave me one dollar in change, and told me to pull and wait for my food. I waited 15 minutes, and finally pulled back through the drive in, told another person what I ordered and he asked for my receipt. I advised him I wasn't given one, and he began rummaging through a pile of them near the register, and found mine. It was $25.35! I was livid! Still no food. The person who took order and stole $10 from me, came to the window and snatched the receipt from me, handed me my food, left, and when I threatened to call the cops, he thrust a ten dollar bill at me. Burger King did not fail to disappoint. I can't say I expected much, but this place just sucks. Not even chicken fries can save it Chicken fries were decent, but my normal fries were plain and just bad. Also, my burger was barely even warm. Also, the cashier didn't even come close to spelling names right on the tickets. Ian was changed to "Inn" and Blake was written as "Black" which confused everyone as the angry man working kept yelling "Black! Your food's ready! Get your food Black!" I was also confused when I saw a large order of fries spread across the floor where the food was being cooked (picture attached). The workers just disregarded this and walked around. Overall I had a good experience. My order was hot and fresh, I asked for no Mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich and that's exactly what I got, to many times people can't understand a simple request but these folks did. The only drawback was the tea, not sure if it was tea or not, BK needs to revisit their choice in tea. read more

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the young guy cashier. He didn't know how to ring up my special request order. He asked for help and the two women that he asked, told him "you can't". Then proceeded to say that they're going to have to ring up the sand which piece by piece...Ive had this same order many times before in different states and this was the only location that told me this ridiculous solution. I stop here for breakfast every few weeks while I'm on my way to Texas for work and every time the service is quick and friendly and the food is hot and fresh. Very dirty location! We order 4 chicken nugget orders, one burger and one chicken sandwich. Our order took 21 mins to receive!!! That is just not right. Place wasn't full enough to justify that kind of wait time. The nuggets were hot, so I'm guessing they had to make some because they had run out. The fries though were kind of cold, looks like we got fries that had been sitting a while. Soda machine was out of ALOT of flavors. All in all, I would not stop at this location again. Beyond absolutely disgusting. It should be shut down. We went inside because the drive thru sign had no lights or wasn't lit and we couldn't see it at night! Grossest place ever. It looks like they haven't cleaned or even tried to wipe down Anything in months. We ordered to go....waited 15 minutes...they gave us half our order. My man asked where's the rest of what we ordered? They made it but didn't give it to us. She said yes, we did order it, for whatever reason she didn't charge us for it and we would have to wait til the manager was done ringing up everyone else for her to ring ours up Again. While waiting....we saw a roach on the floor, dead. Another lady who apparently works there because she said "I'm a customer now, I'm off the clock" got Loud with me, and my man, who's a police officer, saying don't you know there's bugs in the south. Pathetic excuse of a Burger King. They will cheat you out of food if you don't watch them and pocket the cash. This place also will serve you hobbled together burgers of different kinds to pass as a burger you ordered but were out or had no idea of how to make or of the size it should be. I have to say that I really dislike this Burger King. The front cashier by the name of Cassandra(she wears glasses, hairy chin with an under bite like The Goblin King) seems to hate Black people. She is so friendly to non-Black customers that it's ridiculous. If you are Black, she won't speak and she will answer you with 'HUH?' The manager of this business is a stuck up idiot who hires anybody at this crappy place. And the lady who cooks in the back, with the name Beverly(the one who looks like Dobby from Harry Potter), she does not wash her hands after coming from the restroom. All she does is slap together food, and the burgers are lukewarm. I'd rather pay for a seven dollar burger at Red Robin. Terrible food, service and of course the employees and manager look terrible as well. read more

Didn't check reviews before hand, and paid for it. Guy came in from drive through and said they sorted him a pie. The manager was loud, almost yelling, that she did give him that pie, and he must have ate it. Then, the guy ring up fries when I said onion rings, and she got loud when I said I ordered onion rings. She pointed at the screen that said fries and I told her he got the wrong button then. Luckily he walked out and corrected her. Traveling from Florida to Houston stopped there to get some quick breakfast the; two sausage egg and cheese croissants were old they were not fresh at all, the croissants were hard and so was the sausage. They were out of coffee filters so I could not have coffee and the hashbrowns tasted like they had been cooked three or four times or cooked in five week old grease.
