If I could give this piece of the crap store and wanna-be manager Corey negative stars, I would give them as much as I could. I am a disabled combat veteran and a diabetic. My wife made an order two hours ago through the BK app. Of course, DoorDash delivers it, but it is at the wrong house. Door Dash is willing to make it right, BUT the wanna-be dumb manager named Corey will not remake my order and refuses to give me a refund. I paid $70 for food to feed myself and my family. I am on disability and they steal my money, none the less my sugar is dropping now because of taking my insulin when my order was on it's way. DO NOT EAT AT THIS THEIFING PLACE! read more

Oh, where to begin? Obviously this is a fast food chain, and this review may be more reflective of this store on a particular day and not the company. Make up your own mind about BK in general. And to be fair, there was quite a bit of traffic for 2p on a Wednesday. But this could not have been a worse experience. It seemed like it was everyone's first day - placing orders, delivering food, was just a mess. They got backed up taking orders so about a dozen people were just waiting around for food. The dining are had flies buzzing around - not exaggerating. Napkins and plastic lids were on the floor. We had quite a bit of time to take in this spectacle and noted several people ahead of us got the wrong food, which slowed everything down. One person from the drive thru came into the store because her order was incorrect. We never did get a salad - we eventually just left. Holy cow - hopefully everyone was just having a bad day. We don't go to BK or fast food often and this just confirms why. What a catastrophe. read more

The lobby has a nice open fill to it, but the parking lot blah and was hard see where to park. The line was long inside which it was lunch time on a Saturday, I ordered a couple chicken sandwiches and fries, the chicken was old and had been in the steamer awhile and the bread stale also a Whopper and burger only ketchup for my kids. Fries and Onion rings were cooked to order which was good. But had to relay my order several times as they forgot to give me the burgers at first. Got there around 3:30 and all my food tasted like it was left over from the lunch rush. My fries and chicken both tasted old and soggy. The only thing that was ok were the drinks. If you go when its busier maybe you will have better luck than I did. read more

My mom and I pulled up to the drive through and started to order when he prompted us to. He didn't hear what my mom ordered and she ordered a burger with only ketchup and mustard. The guy who took our order said "well what do you want that on" and my mom told him a burger. Then he says "that is what I was trying to figure out" in a rude tone. We told the lady who took our money at the first window that he was rude and had an attitude with us while we were ordering and she said she would take care of it. We asked her for our receipt and she said that they took the receipt machine up front cause theirs was broken. When we get up to the window the same guy who took our order was up there. He didn't have a name tag on and had tattoos down his arms( not bothered by that, just a description of him). He doesn't say anything to us when we get to the window cause he is taking someone's order and he was just as mean to them while they were ordering as he was to us cause the window was open and we could hear him. He hands us our bag of food and asks if we had drinks and we said no. We asked for our receipt and he said that we had a receipt on our bag but it wasn't ours and he said very rudely that the stuff in the bag is right. We again asked for OUR receipt and he said the receipt machine was broken. I told him that I knew it was not broken because the lady at the first window told us hell they were using hers. He kept lying to us and told us he couldn't find it and he would have to look it up and that he couldn't re print it(but at first he said the receipt machine was broken so he was lying to us). He asked us to pull forward and he would bring our receipt out to us. We waited for like 5 minutes and tried calling the restaurant and it rang and kept ringing and so we hung up. We tried a couple more times and the last time we tried it had a busy signal and we tried again and they had unplugged their phone so they wouldn't have to answer our call. By this time we are pissed off because we just wanted our receipt for our meal and they are lying to us for no reason and being disrespectful to us. We go back through the drive through and wait in line and we get back up to the window and ask for our receipt and the same guy said that he had just went out there and asked where we parked cause he had the receipt. We told him we just pulled forward. So he went to "get our receipt" but if he had just went out there the receipt would have been right there. So there again he lied to us. So he goes and "gets our receipt" and we see another employee and ask to speak to the manager. The store manager comes to the window and we explain everything that has went on and he literally defends his rude employee and says that they are just busy And proceeds to tell us that they had done $35,000 During the week. No sorry no nothing. So he says that the receipt machines are down (which we know they were not broken because another employee told us they had one) and they hand us a hand written receipt like it is some kind of joke. We will never go back to any Burger King location. The way we were treated today over a damn receipt was unacceptable. We were lied to and given the go around for no reason! The employee who was just downright hateful to us didn't get in trouble but he got defended by his boss. We were not offered a refund for our troubles and we got no justice. I am really sad that the employees are allowed to talk to people like that and treat people that way and get away with it. I will gladly give mcdonald my business from now on. As far as I am concerned Burger King won't last long treating people like that. Maybe chick fil a will take the place of this Burger King location! read more

We just went through the drive thru at neosho burger king It was the worst service we have ever had we had to set and wait for 15 minutes before they ever took our order she kept saying just a minute then when we finally get to the window we had to give our order again we pay waited 20 minutes longer to get the food and they didn't even get the order right maybe if they would stop standing around talking they could actually do their jobs right the food was cold I wouldn't recommend ever going there we would have left but was blocked in by the cars in front and behind us I have never been so mad at a restaurant in my life !!!! June 26th, 9am. Showed up and ordered food. We dined in and were asked to "please Pull Through." The people who ordered food before us got theirs first. Huge line in drive through. Huge line inside. The ketchup was runny. Service was horrendous. We had to give them our receipt so they could fulfill our order. The men's bathroom had a pond of urine in it. Will never step foot in that mess again. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. The manager was mad at the employees and just stood at the register and never offered to take our order. About 10 minutes into this she told another girl she had been after to take our order. Gave us cups to get a drink but the drink machine didn't have anything in over half of the selections.........The best part is that Burger King says flame broiled burgers! Son and I love BK in other cities. Have for years. Pulled into Neosho BK and ordered a Big Fish and an order of chicken nuggets and two waters. We were asked to pull forward to wait for fish to cook. it was almost 90 degrees out and we were not given our drinks. Ours was the only vehicle in the entire parking lot. Another pickup pulled in behind and left within minutes. Two more cars pulled up-- one waited behind us while one left within a minute. Meanwhile, fifteen minutes passed while we waited. We began to honk. Twenty minutes passed and finally she appeared, bag and two drink cups in hand. The fish was ice cold. The bun was ice cold through the paper. We went back around and asked for a refund. We were ordered to drive forward to wait while they tried again. I am SURE they weren't going to put that fish in the microwave and nuke it. I asked for a refund. FIVE TIMES I asked before I got it. The money was thrown at us and they were beyond RUDE about it. I cannot figure out what four people were doing in there, as there were a total of four customers in that time. And none of them were cooking or seem to know how TO cook. AVOID this place! It is not at all up to Burger King standards and I am praying for a Chinese takeout to move in when it goes out of business. And it will, the first time someone dies from undercooked and mishandled food and the subsequent lawsuit. read more
