I wanted one Taco Supreme for my ride home. I get into the drive thru. Was busy but moved along. I get my Taco and I asked for water which she gave me. Kinda went downhill from there. I grab said Taco out of the bag. It was just a regular Taco with a broken shell. So I turn around and go back. When I go to counter to explain the guy looks at me like a deer in the headlight. So he tell the other employees and then the waiting game starts. Did I just get put at the end of the line and have to wait until everyone else gets there food. When you mess up someone's order you take care of it in a promptly manner and get back to the other orders your messing up. So after 10 minutes of watching fish out of water trying to make a restaurant work I said to the guy o.k. Just give me a refund and I'm gone. I have bills to pay and things to do. So instead of giving me a refund he walks over to the girl attempting to make Tacos and asks her for a Taco Supreme please. So with attitude and sad face the little girl made me a Taco Supreme. Hand it to the guy in the headlight with an out stretched arm like she wanted nothing to do with what was going on. How do you f up an order made on a touch screen so I know for a fact that you received the correct info? Somehow you managed to give me nachos with no nacho cheese sauce. WTF? I would have returned but I had been on the road for 13 hours and an ungodly Missouri thunderstorm started the second I got back to our hotel. Zero Stars. We have literally been waiting for over an hour to get our food. When it did come it was wrong. They forgot stuff. And when we tried to ask questions about it they would ignore us. The mangers stayed in the back and didn't want to come talk to us. There were also tons of other people waiting on their orders too. Poor food quality and horrible customer service. Ordered 6 Fresca tacos, got some tacos with a couple tomatoes. Went back and evening manager said that was serving size. Said it was a small scoop which was more than on my tacos. Said he wasn't making me new tacos for that and just gave me a side to make my own Fresca tacos. read more

Complete remodel!! Fast service.. messed up my order once in the billion times ive been here and they let me keep what they gave me buy accident and completely remade my meal for free! Everything I'm seeing says 8am but it seems like your store manager wants to make their own hours for the store, Very inconvenient for customers who have stuff to do but wanna swing in for breakfast real quick. We have been in multiple times and it's always the manager is late, the grill isn't warm yet, oh the manager is late again. The manager James S. would not seat customers due to maximum capacity yet there was open tables without no seating signs everywhere. He was in a bad mood already and was being hateful because we had a large group. When customers after us would come in the fore he would snap at them saying you can't dine in, losing business. After most of our group had cleared out he still refused to sit people at the tables that were empty. His excuse was he had to clean them still but when our group got there initially there was food and spilt drinks on the table. When one of our group members went up to order another burrito he said it'll be a while and walked off before the customer ordered. The food was decent, there was barely any people in there. But the staff was playing and the place was filthy. I have no problem with people having fun at work but I got to hear the staff yelling, screaming, and I had to clean my own table just so I could sit to eat.
