I TRY to use the app every day for an order. Their app is THE WORST!! Even after an update and restarting my phone, the app works about 50% of the time. Frustrating at best. Normally the staff is very nice about compensating for the price issue, but not today! I'm done with this Sonic! When I was told that "we don't control our app", I wanted to scream. It's the SONIC App. And when I asked nicely for them to take my order at the App price, it was a definite no-go. So I drove away steaming (without my daily order) and have vowed to never return. They have lost my daily business and that is just so sad! Repeated poor customer service and their lack of the need to fix the app that they beg their customers to use is a sticking point for me! Where do I start? I ordered our food 45 minutes ahead of time. When we got there, we used the mobile order stall and checked in. Carhop came out within just a few minutes with the food. That was the good part. We did not get half the food we ordered. So I had to pull around to a regular stall and wait until my turn came up to order. I told them what I was missing as well as needing condiments for multiple items. They were prompt to bring me the food that was missing but still forgot the condiments. So I had to wait again until my turn came up to order. Finally got the condiments that I needed. Left and headed to our destination only to realize that our drinks were not right. We ordered 3 unicorn dream slushes which have blue raspberry bubbles in a blue rasberry and cotton candy flavoring. Apparently they were out so they substituted with orange bubbles. Kind of tastes like there's orange flavoring in it as well but I'm not really sure. I called to find out why they were wrong and I was told that the carhop was supposed to tell me that they substituted but no one ever did. She told me I could come up there and they would make me another drink. Unfortunately I'm fed up for the day and I told her I will not be back anytime soon because so much of our order was wrong. We ordered drinks for a van load of kids. Of course they all wanted something different. I was pleasantly surprised when the carhop brought our drinks they were clearly marked and easy to identify. No more having to sip taste all the brown drinks! read more

It was ok. The bad: Service was slow. Tots were cold. Cheese was not melted on the burger. They had to run my debit card twice. The good: The onion rings and cheddar poppers were hot and tasty. My Sprite zero with strawberries was awesome. They got the order perfectly correct including the ranches we asked for. I'm much happier with my local Sonic but this was acceptable. read more

This sonic is the worst, the app is always not working for just this location. The workers always have bad attitudes and seem like it's a bother to help you. And they lie about specials and will never fix anything with your order. read more

I was told that the restrooms are not for customer's use. I'll never come back to this location. A place that will take your money, but not let you use their restrooms, because of "drug users leaving hypodermic needles in there" is not a place I will frequent. Horrible!
