Being from California, we had never been to a Guess Who store before, so we were not quite sure what to expect when we walked in. From the moment we entered, we were genuinely impressed. The store was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting, which immediately made browsing enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made us want to take our time and explore every aisle. This place is absolutely amazing and, in our opinion, beats BevMo by 110 percent. The selection is impressive, and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for while also discovering new things you did not even know you needed. I loved how this store truly has everything you could possibly think of when it comes to wine and entertaining. From a great variety of wines to adorable wine stoppers, stylish coasters, and beautifully designed wine bags, there were so many unique and thoughtful items that would make perfect gifts or additions to your own home. The customer service really stood out and took the experience to another level. A special thank you to Elena, who took the time to help us find the perfect wine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she gave us. The cashier was also incredibly nice and friendly, which made checking out just as pleasant as the rest of the visit. Another great surprise was the variety of snacks available. It was nice to see so many options that pair well with wine, making this a true one stop shop. Overall, this store exceeded our expectations in every way. Before leaving Arkansas to head back home, I wanted to pick up some gifts for family who had been taking care of my house and animals. Guess Who was near our hotel in Bentonville. I had seen a few of them on our recent travels through The Natural State. It was early in the morning, but they were open. Lol. Right away I noticed a few things... being warmly greeted. Clean store. The prices were low. I grabbed a bottle of Post Moscato ($10.28) made in Altus for my mom. For my brothers, I let them choose between Wild Parallel (straight bourbon whiskey finished in toasted oak barrels $39.28) and Fox Trail (Arkansas straight bourbon whiskey $45.72). I had one of the very friendly employees guide me to the best, most locally-owned and made at reasonable prices. Appreciated! My brothers drank every last drop before I had a chance to crash their pads too. Jerks. Oh, but they both said they were both "pretty damn good." I would be a frequent visitor if my hometown had this store. TIP There was quite a bit of Razorback gifts like shot glasses, glasses, koozies, and bottle openers towards the back. read more

I was on vacation in the Bella Vista and Bentonville area. I needed to buy some bourbon so entered this store. Immediately was blown away because I had never seen a liquor store this large before. My hometown is Shreveport, LA. and there is nothing that comes anywhere close to this store. An employee, no doubt noticed the confusion on my face, asked me if he could help me find something. I told him I was looking for bourbon. He walked with me to where the bourbon was located and asked if I had something particular in mind. I told him what I wanted and he took a couple of steps, grabbed a bottle of what I wanted and handed the bottle to me. The customer service here is exceptional. The place is so big and offers such a varied range of products that I think of Guess Who not as a liquor store but a liquor shopping center. read more

No guessing involved, this place is exactly the same as Macadoodles across the border in Jane. Due to some oddness of the licensing law, they have to have a different name but they can still have the same products and the same layout. But they're legally different. Whatevs. Guess Who is at Rainbow Curve and sells all the beer and wine and spirits you could possibly need to pickle your liver in a big way, if that's your thing. This afternoon, we popped in for a six pack of something summery to drink while working on Ikea furniture. Good selection of local, macro and imported beers. I chose the Shock Top Lemon Shandy today. What I like most about this place is the selection of products that are available. I can find most any type of beer, wine, or liquor. I can't speak much to the prices as I'm not that savvy on what alcohol costs and how comparable it. The only add for the single experience I had there was buying lottery tickets. Not sure if I had an off night, but the communication with the person working the lottery was a bit of a struggle. I was having difficulty getting one ticket for the powerball and one for the mega millions. I received what I was looking for, but it took a while for something that I thought was very routine. This certainly isn't a reason to not go there because their core business is the alcohol and for that their selection makes this the place to go. I'll go back. read more

Awesome, HUGE liquor store with just about anything you could ever want. The beer selection is enormous with featured beers on tap. You can take featured beers to go in growlers. The wine and liquor selections are incredible. The customer service is very good. You are greeted the second you walk in the door. And the folks who work there are very helpful. But they don't enforce mask wearing and several times when I've been there in the last few months their staff aren't all wearing their masks appropriately (often not over the nose and sometimes under the chin). I only visited this one liquor store in Bentonville, but I can't imagine any other is even close to being as good. In fact, this is one of the best liquor stores I've ever been to, anywhere. First, the selection is great. Huge wine selection, plenty of spirits of all kinds and qualities, and plenty of beers from both local and global companies. The store itself is very comfortable and welcoming with nice wood tones, which is a nice change from the normal utilitarian store. Finally, staff is friendly and prices are fair. Excellent selection of pretty much everything. Guess Who keeps the company's tradition of above and beyond customer service. There's almost always a cash register open and someone to help you carry your purchase to your car. If you're looking for local beers, all of the NWA breweries have a good selection in stock here. The best liquor store I have experienced. I don't drink liquor so I have nothing to share about that. The beer selection is awesome. I am new to the area so I don't know if the prices are good, they all seem a bit to very high to me. That could be a regional thing, but 10 bucks for a 22 oz beer? Yes it was a craft beer, but who buys that? They have pick your own 6/4 packs with a very large selection of beers to choose from. Also for the month I have been here they have had a small display of high quality 6packs for less than 6 bucks. Even when I go in on a budget I have trouble deciding what beer to get. Been here multiple times, this is my top choice in Benton County area. Fantastic craft beer selection, huge variety, something new almost monthly. Have nice Growler station usually with around eight options to choose from. The "Guess Who" customer service is the biggest reason why we keep coming back. Last three times I purchased here the price at checkout didn't match the sale price which is still much higher than Sams Club liquor in Fayetteville. I asked them to fix and they are unfriendly doing so (tattooed knuckles fellow). Also, the sign out front says they'll match any price but they won't. Richard says they can't do it. Next guy says bring in your receipt and we'll match but I doubt it. I will not be purchasing here anymore. Great variety but premium pricing. read more

I was excited to get a Mac a doodles here locally, when the county finally voted to go wet. Their prices are quite high, but they have a great offering of everything you could want. Watch your prices as they're ringing up your bottles, though.
