I dropped in on March 26, 2025 for lunch. It was a long drive back from the Doctors appointment, and I had a taste for BK. I've been avoiding BK for a while - I overdid it, and I wanted to try it again. I ordered a #1 Value Meal with Cheese. The fries were nice and hot. The burger was hot and fresh. The drink machine worked fine. The restaurant was clean, with the usual BK "ambiance" if you could call it that. Service was reasonably prompt. Everything was made fresh. read more

Service was nice and fast, but my burger was not cooked well like it should have been and with that being said I end up with diarrhea and if the other burgers that was cooked on2/4/2025 was cooked the way mines was. I'm quite sure a lot of people had diarrhea or food poisoning. It's not about how fast your service is. It's about how well your food is cooked so people won't get sick. if I wanted a McDonald's burger I would've went to McDonald's. Ordered a new whopper with bacon sandwich. Got a jalapeño one and cold fries. Went back around and the same cashier kinda rude, no apology grabs my bag, slams the door, throws her hands up in the air and gets into it with the guy making sandwiches! I ordered 2 whoppers 1 with cheese 1 without cheese. They proceeded to put cheese on both then I called to complain and was hung up on. This job is not complicated. The establishment was not even busy there was no one in lobby or drive thru. The service was good, the cashier was nice and energetic with us and with customers that came in after us. The food was quick and tasted good. It was warm but not hot, like it was off the grill. Inside the restaurant, it was clean and well kept including the bathrooms but man oh man, there were at least ten flies in the restaurant. It made Burger King seem dirty even though everything else was good. A fly problem isn't an easy issue to address, so I hope they do soon! Can I give it zero stars? Burger King's only advantage in the fast good market was that the food was grilled. Now they just put smoke flavoring on. This store is dirty and needs renovation. We used to hate coming here the drive thru took forever and the food was always wrong and when you take it back in they had attitudes and took forever inside and didn't even apologized for it, so we stop going then recently went there and they have all new employees then last time much better drive thru was faster getting food out and always right and the employees are always polite and they have one guy that works at night at five thru that is very funny so we've been coming back now. read more

Eww! I went here months ago, but just started using Yelp. I want to start out by saying I understand the standard for fast food. It is not a nice restaurant, it is fast food. However, with any business I go to, I expect employees to be polite and get it right. When I pulled into Burger King, I was the only car in the drive through, and there were just a few cars in the part of the parking lot customers would park. I wanted a double bacon cheese burger, only onion, extra onion, extra bacon. The screen at the drive through displayed all of this correctly. The girl hands me the bag of food. I thought to myself "wow that was really fast, even for fast food", and as I pulled away, I smelled the smell of warm pickle/ketchup. I checked my burger and it had everything on it and no extra bacon (2 slices that were more like half slices). I went through the drive through again, explaining my problem. The girl grabbed my burger (no apologies). She tells me to pull forward. Five minutes later, she brings me out the burger (still no apologies). I could tell by the smell there wasn't any unwanted condiments on it. I get home. My burger had 2 half slices of bacon and 2 tiny slivers of onion. I understand fast food bacon isn't going to be that great, that's why I order extra! What the heck!? I will never eat here again. If you have kids, they do have a play area. read more

The phone app keeps me coming back for more. The prices are great the staff has been so friendly. Service has been great, i ask for fries without salt, so it take a bit longer, and then they apologize for the time i had to wait...what a 3 min and they apologize. No need. They have been very courteous to me, and my order is right on. My thought is, now that i have been going there since January, the staff seems to be pretty consistent, in other words, not any changes in staffing that i have seen at the hours i have been dropping in. I would also like to say that i have had no issue with the drive up. If my item will take a bit longer, they have me drive up and park so they can take care of the next person in line. it's Burger King, not rocket science. Went in with a group of several people, made two orders, the first was bigger and was ready pretty fast. Mine, well............ten, twenty, 25 minutes go by. Finally I am like how long does the food take???? What I noticed as I stood there was they were doing the drive through orders ONLY after my friend got their order. Ummmmm I paid too, so what the heck. I asked for a refund which i got with some attitude. Went back and sat with my party, while everyone but me and one person had food.....went back up I am like how long for a simple burger and a fry? She says "let me see if we have burgers" ......eye roll. I'm like here's how long----two minutes or less. More like a minute and a half, because your food is pre-cooked. the last time we went to morris il burger king, I watched as the girl in back, took half a bun, wiped up something on the counter, and proceeded to finish making the burger using this bun!!!! there was a girl taking food out to cars. she had on what looked to me to be pajama pants, no uniform at all. wonder if she actually worked there. fries were not fresh but the whopper was properly made to order. that's the only reason they actually got 1 star read more

morrs il Burger King is the worst ever. they have not had coffee for over a week (say pot is "being fixed") and today i went in to get a gift card for my husband and they were out of cards. the last time we were there, we had to call someone from out of the back to take our order. there was a family of four behind us, they waited at least 10 minutes to get waited on, and finally walked out. either this is the worst run Burger King in the United States or they're getting ready to close. read more
