The service sucks, waiting on my order for over a hour i go to check mutiple time and the idots are rude. I was cussed out after repeatedly asking merril and tyler about my order i only ordered four double cheese burgers with extra bacon extra pickles four large fries for large dr pepper three tripple whoppers with cheese one texas double whopper no jalapenos three bacon kings light mayo four large cookie butter shakes two meduim onion rings two four peice mozzarella sticks two eight peice cheesy tots i specifically asked for everything cooked fresh especially the fries with no salt, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and cheesy tots i made it very clear i would be willing to wait and pay extra for everything to be fresh unfortunately that was not the case the food was cold and cooked in old grease. I overheard merril tell one of the works to stop mentioning that the was old grease absolutely needed to be changed that if customers found out people would sue and she would get fired however she did not care so long as she could keep her job. When i walked back up to the front counter to get my food and drinks while i was checking the food i notice everything was cold and greasy so i asked if could remake me food over fresh as i had when first placing my order merril told she didn't have time to remake my order nobody was in drive thru and there was only a few people inside the lobby area I told her i did not want my money back i simply want fresh food merril response was first rolling her eyes as i am asking her can one of the kitchen employees remake my order since they were already back there talking anyways with a rude i guess response all i am trying to do is get fresh food for which i paid for i do not know if this evil woman is having a bad day or not that is still no way to treat a respectful customer. I keep trying get answer to which finally she responds angrily I'm not doing shit else i get off work in 20 minutes the next shift will have to fix the order i responded that's crazy because there has already been enough time to remake my order on her shift to which she sends her employee tyler k to tell me that they aren't remaking order and to get the fck out because i made her made and that if i did not leave she would get baby daddy 50 whom she claims works for drug take force and is apparently conected to mexican cartel to come get rid of me off the property. That if i came back she would personally beat my ass and have tyler koch call the police on me and lie to say I threatened her when i never did even after being cussed out and having all especially tyler koch cuss and threatened to put hands me i was never rude or disrespectful despite them being that way towards i am autistic and do not understand why any one would be so mean to me i thought someone was going to hurt me. I am going sue burger king if they do not fire merril and tyler koch.
