This may be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I was in town for work so I tried it two consecutive days, figuring my first bad experience was a one off. Unfortunately, it was not one off. Day two was just as bad as day one. I like the double cheeseburgers at McDonald's, but this McDonald's somehow overcooked the burgers and they're not put together very well. It's a shame that the owners let this happen. Maybe they can read this and try up their game. read more

People to us were nice, but they were rude to other employees. My fiancés burger was wrong and they forgot his fries. I had to clean up the tables and my seat. Some employees on break were loud and cussing up a storm with each other. The manager was yelling at the kitchen while in the lobby. The food was great but services wasn't what I was expecting from a McDonald's. read more

ordered a chicken sandwich, the bottom bun was moldy! I only saw the underside of the sandwich because I opened it upside down, other wise I would have eaten the whole thing! I called the location, left a message because no one answered, or called back, then tried to contact the main office customer service number and was re routed like ten times then nothing. It takes some special talent to get a one-star review and this McDonalds earns a "Methinks not." On a Saturday morning at 9:00 am, my simple order of a Number Three (Egg White Delight) meal with a large coffee should have been easy. But from the time I placed the order until the time I was on my way was a full fifteen minutes. That's crazy. Meanwhile, the meal was missing the hash browns. And there was no napkin in the bag. Took 30 minutes to get two burgers and still didn't get fries And heard people yelling not to take any more orders

Went by there for a number 3 this morning handed the woman at the window (who had black and orange braided hair) a hundred dollar bill to pay for it got down the road later and looked at my change and discovered she shorted me 20 dollars, I knew going back would be a waste of time and they would just deny it. SLOW!! Don't come here if you are in a hurry and expecting decent service. Eating area and bathrooms are usually fairly clean. Management and workers are rude. And if you order more than one thing and you're in the drive-through, just prepare to move on up to a waiting spot because they are gonna make you anyway! Nothing for the kids to remain entertained while waiting for food. Ketchup dispenser is ALWAYS empty. Breakfast is probably the only thing they really don't have problem areas. Well hate to tell you but it's a McDonalds I'll admit it's Bri the best one there is but it's cheap, I've never been to ANY McDonalds that had a functional ice cream machine. It's a fairly slow location. The floor is usually sticky but the tables are clean. It's a very busy spot and the parking lot is tiny. But it is next to a Walmart, which is a lot easier to park in then walk over. read more

Okay. So we went in at about 10:38 and the breakfast menu was still up. So we ordered breakfast off the breakfast menu. When she gave us the total, I realized it was too much. My husband looked at the receipt and she had charged us for lunch menu. When we told her about her mistake, the supervisor came over and gave us our money back, then proceeded to wait on the customer behind us. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. read more

The ladt that was taking my order had no customer service experience; If you work around people, you should be able to at least fake a smile and do everything in your power to make the customer feel welcome. I was going to stop coming in without saying anything but figure that would be a disservice to the management. About 6:15 on Monday morning I came in like I had done pretty much everyday for the last 2 weeks (working in the area) and ordered the same as I always had. (Hotcakes w sausage and tea) I paid with a 20 and revived all ones as change. Strange but things could be worse than having a wad of ones. Got my cup and went to get the tea. Found the unsweetened tea to be nothing but water. Asked to get tea from behind the counter and the girl obliged. She then handed me the try and I had to ask for syrup. I the sat down, took a drink of the tea and found it to be spoiled. Rotten. Took the cover off the pancakes and found them to not even be Luke warm. With much effort, I finally cut a piece of pancake and found it to taste very unpleasant. I did eat the sausage patty that was not fresh at all before throwing the whole thing in the trash. I will be getting breakfast elsewhere for the duration of my stay in the area. Y'all aren't so busy as to not insure your customers get what they pay for. read more
