Regularly struggle with getting the right food ordered, there is a heavy language barrier with what seems to be every one of the employees.

Definitely been to better Burger King restaurants. Stopped over the noon hour while traveling through the area and received lukewarm burgers and fries. Our order was messed up as we received an extra order of fries we did not order. Food was ok, but nothing spectacular. Overall, not impressed with this location. Would not return here. read more

We recently stopped in here for a quick bite. It was the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. I ordered the sourdough burger. The twin patties were the driest, coldest burgers my mouth has ever tasted. I should have thrown the burger away or brought it back, but we were in a hurry to get home. I was very disappointed, but kept eating it because the meal cost me nearly $8. It was like chewing on a couple of pieces of cardboard. I don't think I'll ever return here again. With so many other places to choose from, I don't know why you would go here. I called this burger king and warned them I would be coming to their establishment and ordering 100 chicken nuggets. The woman on the phone told me to come get them. When I arrived and ordered my 100 chicken nuggets the drive through attendant laughed and asked "really?". This leads me to believe I was not taken serious. read more

Positive: It's relatively clean. The food was as good as it usually is at a Burger King. They fucked up our order, BUT have us six extra nuggets Negative: The manager was yelling at everyone, treated her staff terrible, at if she wasn't the manager then she was terrible condescending to her co-workers. He's an example: "[Name], [Name]. Listen to me. Listen to what I'm telling you. Right now, take the bacon and put it in the microwave, she wants it extra crispy." The lady that took our order was not the friendliest by anyone's standards. Lastly, I personally didn't have a problem with it, but the music that was playing wasn't loud, and could really only be heard when placing your order, but it was profane and not appropriate for the setting. read more

I have eaten at Several Burger King restaurants this past year and today at the Mankato Burger King was the worst burger I have had ever. The hamburger was over cooked and dried out. The tomato and lettuce was put on the burger wet with water! The lettuce was the chopped up ends of the lettuce leaf that had already turned brown. The mayo sauce was very runny! The pickles were wet and slimy. All in all this place is definitely not the best representative of your burger quality! Maybe that is why McDonald's has two very busy stores in town! read more

I don't expect much from a Burger King, but the experience I had there was beyond frustrating. I was greeted by a man who obviously didn't want to be there. I get it. I've worked in customer service. It sucks. The kitchen staff was too busy talking to the large amount of their friends who had come in to even let me know my order was ready, let alone get it correct. They put the food down on the counter and didn't say anything. I stood there while they continued talking to their friends and I finally went and looked in the bag. Looked like mine. I drove home to realize the burger was absolutely slathered in mayo ( way more than usual), my order of onion rings were 6 rings on top of an order of fries, and that they had not put the sauce for the chicken tenders. I live way too far to go back and ask for them to correct my order. I'm surprised that this was a group of full grown adults. I'll drive to New Ulm next time I want Burger King read more

Stopped by yesterday to get a whopper but apparently they were out of all beef and was just serving their chicken sandwiches. Is this really possible to be out of beef? I was disappointed to say the least and the staff wasn't very friendly. It will be some time before I decide whether to return or not. read more

The service here is horrible! Sadly, the service horrific service was delivered by a guy who was the general manager. After ordering at the drive thru I asked for the store number and to speak with the the manager when I found that the general was the one who took my order I returned the order! Once he finally did a refund he yelled the store number is in the website and slammed the window! This burger kind has definitely lost a customer. More importantly, someone should really revisit who represents this restaurant because the general manager is clearly poor at it and delivering excellent customer service experiences! read more

I ordered my food through drive through after paying I was asked to pull ahead and my order would be brought out to me. After patiently waiting for over 20 minutes I went inside to find no current orders being made. The woman who was supposed to bring my order out was on her phone talking and texting away. All my order needed was 2 large hash rounds. Ii was upset and voiced my concerns to only be yelled at and threatened by an elderly employee who followed me to my car called me obnoxious names and physically hit me . This is the worst, dirtiest, unorganized, messy Burger King I have ever seen. We were starving after being at a Girl's Basketball playoff game at Mankato West High School so we stopped at the first place we came to. Upon waking in there was garbage heaping over the top of the garbage can, there was garbage on the table near the garbage can. All the tables were filthy and the floor was dirty and pop spilled near a table. One customer asked for a table to be washed for them ( party of 6) but did the worker clean anything else, NO! We placed our order, struggled to find a table that was even decent to sit at ( I wiped it off myself with a napkin) after moving from two other tables. Only to have to sit by the overflowing garbage can. Our food was now ready 10 minutes later only to find that both of our sandwich orders were COMPLETELY the wrong sandwiches. We called a worker over and he took the sandwiches and our receipt... we waited another 15 minutes for our new sandwiches waiting while our french fries were getting cold... never once did they offer to give us a discount or any other type of consulation for their mistake. We sat in filth the entire time, no one at all attempted to clean any tables the entire time we were there. There were ONLY 9 other customers in the restruant, plus the two of us... SO I really don't think the place would be considered busy. I could hear the table behind us commenting about their order and that it was wrong too. This is ridiculous. It was only 7:30 pm in the evening on a Thursday night. The workers did not seem to care at all. They never gave us a discount or a free meal for messing things up and never even once came out to clean tables, garbage or the floors. What kind of place does Burger King want to run here? This was atrocious! I WILL NEVER go to this Burger King every again and may not go to any other BURGER KING for that matter! Yuck- stay way from the Burger Kind on Riverfront Dr, Mankato, MN! PS: A couple walked in while we were there, looked around and walked out! We should have done the same thing! read more
