ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!. If I could rate zero stars I would. I stopped in July 22, 2025 at 3pm. There was one car in the drive through sitting at the speaker. Ahead of the speaker there was only one car sitting at the second drive through window waiting to pick up their food. Once the car at the speaker ordered and pulled ahead I sat there another 8 minutes before my order was even taken. Keep in mind we are already at 20 minutes to go through a fast food drive thru. As I ordered I asked the girl taking the orders how long it would take to get the food since I had an appointment to be at. Her response? "I have no idea". Also said in a very confused manner. Still trying to be positive I ordered and pulled ahead, waited another 5 minutes behind the car that was originally at the speaker and then said FORGET IT. I left. Their burgers taste much better than the other two competitors available in the area. Condiments including tomatoes and lettuce are fresh. Fries are a dissapointment. Servers are always pleasant and courtious. read more

This Burger King just opened within the last 2 months. This is the fourth time that we have been in and every time the place is filthy. It's about 6:30 at night and there's seven people working and all of them step over the same piece of trash on the floor. This business will be lucky if they stay open a year. read more

And again they fail to impress. Long wait at drive through and I get it probably still short staffed. After a moderately long wait received my food at the window. My Whopper Jr looked like it was put together by a first grader...1 chunk of lettuce and frankly it was just a mess. My order of 4 jalapeño bites contained 3 so apparently counting is now an option also. This is consistently a restaurant in need of help and this will be my last visit. I have never written a review, but this place needs a managers touch. Since BK has recently opened, I was shocked to see it in such poor condition. Walking in, the floor was so greasy that we were sliding all over. Having worked at McDonald's at one point, I can recognize a greasy floor. But this was in the lobby. Drink dispenser filthy, and I watched an ungloved employee handle my order 4 times before he decided that the food should go on a tray and not in the bag he just pulled it out of. Cold. Waited 16 minutes at the drive-thru for onion rings and a whopper junior. Everything, all of it, was colder than a snowman - and no napkins. I get that BK is new and training new employees, BUT I paid for that crap! Go to a gas station and get food - the food there has to be better than what's at BK! read more

This Burger King just re-opened not to long ago and the food is amazing, it's really nice to have some variety in Lowell, The service is fairly slow but it's been improving, the location is nice the food is great what's not to love. read more

Nice guy working the window. He is always friendly. Unfortunately, they have messed up my order a few times. I am doing Keto and I can order my food as such, but they seem to forget one thing or another. Once they forgot to give me utensils, even after I asked twice. Another time they didn't put condiments on my burger. Either way, the Whopper is the bomb and I'll keep trying. read more

Couldn't believe how I was greeted at the drive thru today. Line wasn't that long but as I pulled up to the menu to place my order I was greeted with "You're going to have to wait a long time. " I backed up and immediately left. Not because of the wait but because of the unprofessionalism. This place is the worst establishment ever. Does the manager even care? This is the absolute WORST fast food establishment in America. To be honest, this franchise is a disgrace to the Burger King name. If you want your food order to come out even remotely close to what you wanted then make sure to order the opposite of what you're hungry for. Went into the lobby tonight and it appeared to be a very busy rush, but saw one kid working in grill and one kid running the drive through and front counter. Saw NO MANAGER PRESENT! These kids were doing an amazing job, but looked like they could have used the support of a manager during the busy rush. read more

I was in at 7:45am on a Sunday. No one at the counter to greet so I had to yell for someone in the back to come out. I asked if they were busy and she said I was the 3rd or 4th person in this morning. All but 2 tables were dirty, floor was filthy, garbage cans full, empty slots a the condiment rack. The food came out in less than a minute so who knows how long ago it was made and how long had it been sitting around? I'm assuming it was a while ago that they made it because it was barely warm. Decided to hit the bathroom on the way out but turned around once I saw the filthy condition it was in. No way 3 or 4 people made this mess. Looks like the closing crew did nothing. Too bad, they could have made a go of it but no way I will return to this dirty place. read more

Very happy have Burger King back in town, but not impressed with the service. First time I went, I waited atleast 15 minutes for my order and it wasn't even that busy. Tonight I came back at 9:45 and they aren't supposed to close until 10, tried going inside and they were locked. I like to go inside because I hate wasting gas waiting in line. Anywho, went to speaker and asked why they were closed and she said they were understaffed so they closed the dinning early. Hope they get their staffing and service issues in order. read more

Twice now I have visited this in lowell. The first time was with my fiance and both of us got barely warm . Today I stopped with my 88 year old mother and again my sandwich was cold and even her coffee was barely warm. Those two visits were at different times of the year and a good space between. I personally will go to anywhere else but the Lowell burger King when I stop there again. read more

The Lowell BK needs to get some management in there that knows what they are doing. The wait time is way too lo f, the icecream machine is continually down, etc. I prefer BK's food/drinks over McDonalds but am getting tired of the crappy results. read more

Thursday evening approx. 7:00. with my husband. The fries were good and hot. The meet on sandwich #4 was cold. The fries had lots of black specks on them. There was no cups for ketchup. There was ice and water on the floor. Garbage cans inside and outside full. There were only three straws in dispenser. There were about 6 employees. One young tall man just walked around, visited with friends, went to men's room. While we were there I saw him make one sandwich and fill the French fries basket. All the above could've been prevented if he would've taken care of all the above. When we moved to Lowell 19 years ago there was a Burger King and it couldn't survive. At this rate this one won't either. It's too bad because there fries and sandwiches are about the best around. read more
