The place was clean, but they are slower than slow. Took them almost 5 minutes just to find some ketchup. It's fast food what can I say $26 for two meals. Ridiculous price but the employees were relatively nice. read more

I'll start by saying the burger was good! But THAT was it.. the jalapeno poppers where ninety nine percent fried in one percent filling.. also cold & OLD. The fries old oil maybe nasty. The mozzarella sticks we're extremely small for the price you pay. I mean almost the size of a fry.. VERY skinny noodle like. The staff was kind. The place was very busy long car lines anyway. Definitely would NOT go back.. the reviews speak for this place. read more

I don't usually expect much from fast food, but this Burger King honestly surprised me. The food was the freshest I've had at any Burger King--hot, well-made, and not sitting around. Everything tasted exactly how it should, which isn't always a given. Sometimes you just want fast food done right, and this location delivered. I'd definitely stop here again. read more

I should have read reviews FIRST. If I had we would have drove to the next BK. We're traveling. We ordered the trio. My husband ordered 2 Whopper Jr w/cheese and fries. Fries weren't completely done and cold. I ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and fries. Neither of my Bacon Cheeseburgers had BACON on them. Without Bacon, it's called a cheeseburger. Fries weren't done and cold. read more

we arrived at the venue at 4:45 on 2/22 and as we were walking in we were met by a chorus of workers stating they were not serving at this time. 3 employees were sitting at a table eating. no explanation was given so we left and went across the street to MCDONALDS where we found several more people that had been turned away. if your not going to serve the n at least lock the door and put out the closed sign. read more

The woman was rude and was making racist remarks to My Husband and my son. We are driving cross country from CA to NC and we've never had an experience like this. Needless to say we were worried we might find something extra in our food so we went across the street to MC Donald's and ordered food again. This woman should not be working with people. She can ruin someone's day. Good bye Alabama! read more

Place was dirty! Restroom was very dirty and equipment such towel dispenser didn't work. The employees were not rude but definitely looked liked they didn't want to be there. They moved around like if they had molasses for blood. I saw an employee go into the restroom and quickly come out. I'm pretty sure he didn't wash his hands for 20 seconds. read more

We haven't been to a Burger King in 10 years and now I remember why! This place is disgusting. The entire restaurant was dirty. I'd give it a 0 star rating if I could. FYI - NEVER VISIT LIVINGSTON, AL. read more

Who would of thought you would need look at Yelp for McDonald's I should of . I made my order and when I got to the window to pay it was wrong do I asked to add a double cheeseburger and she did and I paid for a double cheeseburger . I was given a single cheeseburger that was smashed and poorly made . One of the worse McDonald's I have ever been to . Just keep driving or try Burger King across the street . read more

So we are traveling through the state and decided to choose this Burger King to stop for food. We got our food to go. Half way down the road my husband spits out a bite and ask what the hell did he just eat?! I inspected the first piece he gave me. Seemed like plastic. Maybe part of an old spatula. He believes it could be from a dirty grill but it's too hard to be char bits. My husband then says he doesn't care he's hungry and decides to continue to eat the burger. (Why? I don't know ‍) . Anyways, he continues and finds more of the black bits inside his burger. So I'm not sure how much of it he had consumed but it shouldn't of been in the burger. I'm posting pictures of his burger and the black pieces that were spit out. Now we know why the parking lot was empty when we pulled up. I would like to add, although this place is run down, the employees were nice from the few that I encountered in the front. read more

They took 5 minutes to answer then after we paid they made us pull forward and we waited 36mins for 2 burgers. The guy at the window was giving us an attitude the worst service i have ever experienced. read more

if I could rate a zero on this place I would, I'm working in the area and I've went 2 times now thinking maybe it'll be better & same mess... first time I order a burger with extra pickles @ ketchup and opened to a small drop, one pickle, no onions or tomatoes and legit 2 small pieces of lettuce and the meat and bread soggy like it'd been cooked in microwave. Today order, get ask to pull to side and wait, open bag to cold fries and meat on burger soft like it'd been thawed and cooked in microwave! Whoever owns and manages this place needs to get a handle on it! Waste of money both times, threw food away! read more

place is disgusting.. was literally a roach in the burger. 0/10 recommend this place. they couldn't get the orders right. joking and laughing at the register while we're trying to order. ceiling was open leaking water all over the floor. read more

Possibly the worst BK I've ever visited. Took 15-20 minutes to prepare our order. No ice in the soda machine. Got my wife's order wrong. My burger was lukewarm and my son's chicken sandwich was slimy. And our "to go" order wasn't made to go. read more

Sadly, I cannot really mention how the food was at this location. I stopped here while traveling and after having to repeat my order four times, including the phrase "unsweetened ice tea" and listening to the employee completely ignore it to keep asking if I wanted a coke, I left the drive through. It was quite frustrating after driving so long to have to leave without even getting a bite to eat. read more

literal roaches in their food. i opened my burger to check my food, took a few bites and a tiny roach fell out. their ceiling was open with a leak and a bucket catching the water, but there was still water everywhere in the line to order. lawsuit waiting to happen. didn't even want to refund after SHOWING them the roach in the food. ended up getting a full refund after practically showing them the spit out food after seeing the roach and the rest of our food in the trash. disgusting read more

Clearly short-staffed, with two employees who don't even act like they're working in a restaurant (let alone a busy one).

When I ordered my food for my children and I, we waited over 7-10 minutes for cold fries, cold nuggets and a cold burger while the only thing was hot was just our cheese sticks. The female that took my order wasn't to friendly when I kindly let her know the Sprite was out and she did replace my drink but with a lot of attitude. The female acted as if she didn't like her job one bit. When I called to let a manager know of the problem the line says busy and the call isn't able to go through. If I could get my money back I sure would in exchange for the cold food that was given to me and my children. This fast food should be rated as a zero. No customer should have to experience nasty/rude attitudes and cold for they wait 10 minutes for. read more

Always something with this Burger King. This is like the 3rd or 4th time I've had this happen at this location. I think the workers just don't like working. I'm sure it will be out of business if they keep it up. Got there at 10:51 and they said it would be 10 minutes until they start serving. Took my business across the road to McDonalds and got served immediately. Don't really like mc donalds but Atleast they take money and serve food. read more

Would give less but one is as low as can go rude out of every thing that was not all ready cooked when we got our hash round they had a funny taste ended up throwing them away waste of money read more

Bathrooms were gross. Could not eat there. 2 stars because the employees seemed nice.

Best Burger King ever! Everyone was so friendly and asked how we were, the food was all very fresh, and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Thanks for making our road trip stop great! read more

First review! Haven't ordered anything from Burger King in years but it was off the exit where I needed gas so got some chicken fries for the kid, chicken sandwich for the wife, and what must be a new menu item - meatless whopper jr? Now I don't mean they gave me a black bean/veggie/soy pattie. They literally assembled the burger without the main ingredient. Kids work there, I understand that... more reason to pay a little more for somewhere else for quality food and service. read more

This by far is one of the worst food establishments I have ever walked into. When you can get a simple order before the five minute mark you have to deal with ignorant employees who can't give adequate service just as much as they can't give accurate change back. Save your money. Save your time. Don't deal with these ignorant employees. read more

Worst BK ever. Bathrooms unclean, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Inside the restaurant all tables and chairs are dirty and sticky. No napkins available. The employees need time management and customer service training. 45 mins for #8 and the employees didn't care about anything other than their plans for the night as they were laughing and not working. I would have given 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. When driving through Alabama on I-20, do not stop here. Go to McD across the street. read more

We had to get out of the car and yell just so the drive through attendant could hear us. It was like she hated her job. Terrible service.
