Downloading the BK app was simple, but actually ordering from it the first time was a chore, with the need to upload a payment method into their system. It seems I had succeeded in accomplishing my first complete order, only to find out I had neglected to actually send the order for a new personalized Steakhouse Whopper to the store. When I arrived they obviously didn't have the order; and had no idea who I was. I went back into the app and completed the process. I pulled aside and my meal was delivered to my car in about 10 minutes by the lovely young woman who had mentored me. This was totally on me, and I was happy to have successfully concluded the job. That friendly server deserves a bonus! The large Whopper was good with all the customization I included for condiments, Have-sies (fries and onion rings), and that cool sweet Strawberry Shake. It was definitely filling, however the beef patty itself tasted no different than it had in the past, even with the fresh sliced onion and onion rings within. As of right now, this location has a 2/5 average, and with good reason. In the past this BK has been one of the worst I've been to. However over the last few months its been slowly cleaning up its act, and things have improved a great deal during the mid-day shift. Right now BK has a promotion called the Kings Meal Deal ongoing which is the cheapest possible fast food option around, so i have been to this BK far more times than i could ever remember to check in during, and have also seen the recent attempts to improve things by the staff here. Food turns out pretty fresh so long as it isn't fired goods, which sometimes may be pre-prepared rather than fresh made to keep things moving during the lunch rush, requests to customize items are done correctly, and often result in freshly made food. This BK is making an earnest effort to improve itself which is something i can absolutely respect, and i've seen very few under performing locations do rather then close their doors. As far as BK's go, id proudly say that this branch has managed to eek out an average rating, at-least during the day time shift, i hear consistency is a real problem during the night shift, even though i haven't had it after the recent improvements. I can review as an ex employee and a customer As a employee for almost 4 years , it was terrible! But it also pays rent and the bills . The GM yelled at employees in front of customers making them completely uncomfortable and humiliated and at customers when they caused confusion within the transaction. If you had to call out he would guilt you into working ( even if you were sick ) . As a customer now , I still see him yell at employees and have altercations with customers . The food most of the time is good , if the order isn't messed up . The bathrooms are always a disaster with toilet paper thrown about . I notice that the team members aren't very friendly but most like because of the gm yelling and talking down to them . Ideally I would go to a different location where the employees aren't taken for granted. read more

Once again terrible service and efficiency from a location that genuinely deserves to be shut down. I've never seen a store so terribly run before. They had people waiting 15min in the drive through with minimal customers before even talking my order. .This particular location provides efficient service. Food arrives as ordered usually before you have time to finish filling your beverage. It is freshly prepared and at a good temperature. I opted for the kings meal deal along with an order of chicken fries. The burgers and fries provide for a quick lunch and at a price point of 3.49 for the meal deal is a tough value to beat. The chicken fries were suitable albeit being a bit on the dry side. The interior is well kept with ample seating, Internet accessable computers, tv's and clean restrooms. The comfort of the seating is a bit lacking in terms of comfort. The art decor is nice with the retro pictures of Levittown adding a local touch. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I got FOOD POISONING @ this Burger King back in January 2014. I called the manager to inform them that "their burgers" were bad & I had to go to the ER b/c I was really sick after I ate 2 burgers. The manager told me that it was probably a "bad batch" & and they NO longer had the specific packing number, in which my hamburgers were made. NO apologies were made by the manager. He blew me off completely! The next day, my father's co-worker said she got "food poisoning" from the same Burger Lingerie & the same manager blew her off too. I have been disappointed several times in many ways by this Burger King. In general, BK keeps making radical changes to its menu.The new choices are always on the fringe instead of trying to please the most people. Becoming a cult fast food willnot keep them at the top and it is one reason why they have already fallen from the number 2 spot. But beyond Corporate problems this BK creates its own. Managers have yelled at employees in the hearing of customers. They screwed up 3 of my last 4 orders. They are the meanest and most miserly BK I have visited. I rec'd coupons in the mail. In three tries, I have been given an argument about the discounted product. For a while I couldn't find the dollar menu. It turned out they didn't light it. Now they light it but they put it as far away as possible with small letters. And most items are now more than a dollar. But then this BK never liked the dollar menu. So I have had it with them, My last two visits I cut their arguments over coupons short and went to McDonals. There are plenty of food options within just a few hundred yards. When the coupon says you get lesser priced item free on a two-for-one coupon, it implies that you if you order a large, you can get a smal medium or large free. If it meant that you only get a small for free, it would have said Buy one, Get a small free. But I am done with constantly putting up with their arguments. read more
