They were getting a food delivery from Sysco foods during the rush which made it probably worse. Young kid blonde highlights in hair working the counter didn't seem to know what to do or was new and had no clue how to do his job. Then after I place the 3 orders, I had to ask for the 1 drink cup since they forgot to give me when I ordered the meal(comes with drink), go to fill with ice, No Ice. Then they inform me they are waiting for ice cream to get made would take a minute or two no problem, food is sitting on counter this whole time, 15 mins goes by, then they bring the ice cream to me, I had to ask for drink caddy. By this time I know the food is probably cold on counter, sure enough got back to work all the food was ice cold and soggy fries. Waist of money an unhappy coworkers.
