He made 2 of my frosties 4 frosties I ordered ahead, but they were melting by the time I got to pay for them. They refused to remake them even though I explained they are melting and I have to drive them to another location. I took them and, on my way, out the door they begin to tumble over in the carrier, and one fell out, So I inside to have them remade and explained they were not tight enough in the carrier. They were discussing it and giving me a rough time over it, even though the ice-cream had soiled my uniform. They finally agreed to make my 4 frosties and I left very upset of how I was treated. I decided to call the main office and I also have sent an email to the Shmidt family and President Justin Schmidt regarding this incident. No one going into a Wendy's Restaurant should be treated this way. For a minute I thought they decided that I should pick up the mess off the parking lot and take them home to drink!!!!! When I worked in Dairy Queen I was known for my smile and pleasant personality towards staff and the customers. The Manager should take nothing less from these employees. I like Wendy's and these employees in the South Point Ohio location should be proud to work there. Perhaps the Manager may need to hire new employees who actually likes and takes pride in their job.

This Wendy's location was conveniently located off the highway close to the gas station. I used the drive-thru, which provided friendly and quick service. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, small fry and a small chocolate frosty. The chicken was juicy and the fries were hot. It satisfied my hungry tummy. And the frosty helped cool me off as it was a hot summer day. Thanks for getting me on my way so fast!
