I went to eat here today and was looking forward to it. I walked inside and waited for my order to be taken. I was approached by an employee that said I HAD to use the kiosk to place my order. I turned around and walked out. Sorry Taco Bell, I am not going to use a stupid screen to order my food so the employees don't have to do it. I don't work for your company. the food is very good but the service is horrible. i have never seen a slower drive through line in history. to make things worse, they will ALWAYS leave something off of your order. i don't know if they exclusively hire children who just started working the day you show up every time but this place is miserable to go to. whatever you do, avoid coming here read more

Was charged for food that I ordered but when I get there they don't have my order and refused to make it and refused a refund. So out of money and no food. Very mad. Normally never leave a bad review. This bad by far the worst Taco Bell we have ever ate at. They refused to take your order at the counter had everyone use the kiosk. People were in lines. Our order was wrong when my husband as for a side of what was missing the one lady reached in with her hands scooped it out and filled the bowl with it. One item was ok to eat the rest went to the trash. Shells over cooked. The store is very nice sad service. read more

What a horrible experience. First, the tortilla shell on a burrito should never be crunchy. Nor should the potatoes. But most importantly, this restaurant is absolutely disgusting. From the parking lot to the bathrooms to the kiosk that they now force you to use on the inside to order, nothing looks to have been cleaned this century. The bathroom sink was so disgusting, it stunk. And the kiosk is a super spreader event in progress. To place your order inside, you have to rub your finger all over this kiosk that other people have rubbed their finger on, coughed on, sneezed on, and judging from the fingerprint smudges all over the screen has not been cleaned since Jesus was a baby. And would it kill you to put a sign on the counter that says please use kiosk to order? Absolutely disgusted by this place. If the public areas of the restaurant are this horribly unkept, I can just imagine what the area is that the public doesn't see look like. read more

Gal and I are headed home ! 11 hours in the car ! 6 to go ! We were Starving Marvin so we hit up some TB. She's vegan and I'm gluten free - we smacked the drive thru behind 4 other cars. Staff was phenomenal as they managed to keep the line moving, the front end service specialist was extremely nice and you could tell they ran a tight ship. No mess ups on our order and the tacos were beautifully placed in the bag with our 3 mild sauces and napkins laid neatly on top. Thank you for helping us refuel with the delicious meatless gluten excluded tacos we needed. read more

Nicest Taco Bell in the Country. This place is fancy. A fountain and covered pergola complete the outdoor seating. The inside is nicely updated as well. I had gave up on Taco Bell years ago because of how bad the food had gotten at most other locations. I work nearby this location and about 6 months ago I was in a hurry and thought I would give it a try. WOW I'm glad I did. This is the nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Who ever owns or runs this one seems like they take a lot of pride in it. Great outdoor seating and the staff are always very nice. I've never had a bad meal 2 times a week for 6 months. read more
