We wanted a quick bite to eat on the way to Key West after getting out of Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Burger King had the best options for a quick bite for the missus who steers clear of meat. We hit up the drive thru and though our order was taken quickly it did indeed take a bit of time for the food to come up, though I'm sure it could have been the fact that we ordered less popular foods. I ordered a turkey burger by itself ($4.19) and was surprised at how good it tasted. The turkey patty was firm (and processed I'm sure) and there was a tangy sauce the patty was marinated in that was actually decent. The missus ordered a veggie burger by itself ($2.99) and she enjoyed it for the most part. It wasn't anything special, and we're pretty sure it was just a Morning Star patty. While it's nothing great, Burger King is one of the best fast food burger joints to go to if you don't want to get a burger or chicken sandwich. If I had to do it again I would just try to find another BK in the area with a faster drive thru. read more

Ordered the dragon ball Z meal, that came with a toy, a drink, a 10 piece nugget, and fries. Pull up to the window and they give me a different toy. I ask them for the correct one and the straight up said no. Along with that they didn't give us our fries. And when I asked them about the toy, they said that the meal was no longer available. The inside was messy! After that whole experience, never coming back here. read more

Went there to get 4 SpongeBob meals and I didn't get the toys, I didn't get in box, there was Patrick pies. Very disappointing. McDonald's Grinich is better. read more

Sorry, but the food here is more often garbage than not. I keep giving this location chances in the hope I'll be impressed by some form of improvement but it never seems to happen. Burger was nasty and had bacon on it though I didn't order it and normally wouldn't care. Fries were gross and all the soda was out in the lobby and the soda they gave me from the drive thru area tasted like a mass mishmash of all the flavors with Dr Pepper being the dominant ingredient. I asked for Coke. If I could get through to customer service at their corporate office I'd ask them why they even bother keeping this location open. read more

This place gave me a sketch vibe at first but I didn't judge the book by its cover and walked in. AMAZING. I LOVE THIS BURGER KING WITH MY WHOLE HEART. I can't fathom how much I love this place. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. read more

It was old food in new packaging, the food was cold, a large combo was served with a medium Coca-Cola.

Came through the drive thru at 11:45am on Saturday 4/26 and there was such a kind man on the box taking orders. Very respectful and patient. He deserves some praise! read more

So me and my dad came here and it was a nice calm experience. The food and the service is great! Over the past many times I've came to this Burger King they keep everything clean unlike other places. The employees at this Burger King do their best and I respect that. One of the best fast food places I've been. read more

So today i ordered mobile as I usually do. As my wife pulled up the manager on duty, was taking orders and running the floor as well as coordinating. Sense she was very occupied she suggested my wife pull forward and wait after the window. Today I decided not to choose violence and cause my life sentence and abandon my family. I thought for a second and the person behind me is having a bad day. After she threw her drink towards our car. My wife did exactly what the manager suggested and we received that fountain drink belonging to an imbecile that now is thirsty and hopefully does not drown with the drieness of this food quality. It is incredible the amount of staff and barley any customers and the fast food meaning is still meaningless there because you still have to wait 15 min. Ignorance will never be absent but the attempt to abandon the thought of it counts SABALI. Also try to make sure staff is doing less TikTok and more of the job that they are required to do, I understand fun but understand hungry people. I obviously had a bad experience with a HANGRY one. read more

I'll keep it short and simple , no staff ever . Not 24 hours they are closed late or really early, "system is down" always . Better off going to the one on US1. Shut this place down already or get new owners /management read more

Parroting the same comments posted here. This has to be the slowest drive thru service in the area! No surprise Burger King is losing customers to Wendy's and McDonald's. Drive-thru service is not supposed to take 10 minutes when there is no one in line. Expect to wait more than 20 minutes when you have cars waiting, and that is just to order! Just ridiculous. There are times where you can see the line snake around the store and it doesn't matter the time of day you go, the service is always slow. You can redo the outside and get new menu items, but it means nothing if people cannot order and get the food due to waiting. read more

Slowest BK on the planet earth! Drive thru is ridiculously slow. 15-25 min wait. As I write this review I'm actually waiting at the call box where I placed the order ten minutes and counting. The franchise owner should be ashamed that their employees are like this. A very pathetic and disheartening experience. read more

Worst BK ever Terrible service and food Long lines They don't believe in gloves Don't waste your time!!! read more

The worst place to go, poor service. They will literally drop things and pick it back up. They need new staff and maybe new managers. Spoke to manager about my issue with an employee and she treated me just like the staff. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. read more

This is absolutely the worst Burger King or any fast food place I've seen in my life. I was so happy when they got the impossible burger. I went and I tried it it was great the food was hot and tasty and everything was good even the fries although it didn't have any salt. I went today and I place my order for The impossible Whopper-burger combo and asked for three ketchup like I always do. "We don't have none". Walked away like she dismissed me. The way she did it was so rude. I drove and I turned in the parking lot to go inside because I was going to get a refund if you don't have any ketchup what am supposed to put on this burger? I decided to ask the cashier for some catch-up which he gladly gave me. The laziness and the rudeness Has to to stop. read more

Burger King - a half eaten sandwich on a piece of wax paper - Fast Food Near Me - Homestead, Florida

They can see you standing there for over five minutes. The lady at the french fry fryer was more concerned that there was a customer at the cashier unattended. She advises the manager that I've been waiting a while. She then continues to contact the manager and I'm better now but I have been waiting there for a while, and then also advise the cashier who seems to be in the back of the restaurant that I've also been waiting for a little while they both woke up to the front didn't even acknowledge me and just walked away. So after the six minutes waiting online I decided to walk away as well. Not very good service Burger King should be embarrassed. read more

So I decided to Give this Burger King another Chance. Apparently the owners don't care about the After Hours Service. And about any service from what I can see from the reviews. As always, everytime we show up between 1:30 am until 5 am there closed because of the registers are being changed or computers are down or the nuclear holocaust is coming. Ridiculous, that they say they are open 24 hrs. Good thing McDonald's and Taco Bell Next Door Honor their 24 hour signs. I Guess Burger King is doing so well they do need customers. read more

This Is the worst burger king I've been to. They always have something broken! Their frying machine or their slushee machine etc,. And constantly their system is making "an update" so they can't take orders. Their chicken nuggets are stale! Like they've been out for days! Their fries are also stale and super salty! read more

Went here at around 2 am and asked for the BBQ pulled pork, no onions, add bacon. Guess what I got and didn't get? Onions and bacon; in that order. Pulled around and told them to add bacon at least. Guy was standing around counting for about 5 whole minutes before he finally walked up to me. Without washing his hands he grabs 2 slices of bacon and slaps em on my burger! I ended up not eating it...;( read more

One time I went to the drive thru and they said they had no burgers. BURGER KING HAS NO BURGERS?? LOL but their oreo shake is okay

Slowwww service inside. Like thirty minutes for a burger and a shake. Poor customer service. Employees acted like they didn't know their jobs and couldn't field customer questions. This is really disapponting because we like BK and now have to pass a BK to get to a real BK. read more

ordered through the app for curbside pickup... waited forever and saw cars pass through the drive thru one by one...decided to go and get my order....didnt have a clue that there is curbside pick up...waited for another 10 minutes...no sorry no nothing...and they forgot my bbq sauce and ketchup...fire the shift supervisor because she was the one that handled my order. read more

Service was slow, had to find someone to get catchup. No one would make eye contact. Tables were wiped with dirty water and not clean. Had chicken nuggets they were dry and seemed to have sat a long time. There were not a lot of people there so I would not like to see it during a rush. read more

The drive thru here is terrible, they not only take ages to give you your food they mess up the orders to no extent. Even if you eat in its not much better...the staff is well...lets just say the lack people skills and any form of formal education. My advice stop at the Wendy's down the street or hit up circle k if your starving. read more

Bad drive-thru service for a place that only has the drive-thru open on a late Saturday night. Will not be returning anytime soon! read more

I just went to this Burger King yesterday with my mom. We ordered two chicken sandwiches & some onion rings. A couple of hours later we were both throwing up. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
