If i could make a 0 star review i would. I called the number and they answered and told me to f me (btw im a minor) they were very disrespectful. First i called and they acted like they dont know english but i can hear them laughing at me in the background. I have evidence and i will be calling corporate and informing them of everything that happened. read more

I called Mcdonalds the first time at 26601 US-1, Naranja, FL 33032 and was responded by someone speaking a different language, I heard them laughing and speaking in English in the background. I attempt to call again and they respond with and I quote Come fuck me baby Im horny. I am a minor and I astonished by this horrible situation. I then reached the manager and she told me she was just goes to have a talk with them.. After that all she did was talk to them absurd. I am genuinely disappointed.. read more

Wish i could give zero stars! Worst customer service, apart from that the entire place is full of homeless people, the a/c leaking, dirty tables, no lids for the cups, no napkins or straws. Inside it must of been at least 85 degrees. Not one friendly face in all of the staff. The most disgusting Mcdonalds i have ever visited. read more

Thank you cool driver! He was so patient and understanding all five star he deserve thank you bro you're the best!

Absolute worst place. Their doors were locked and said they're only doing drive through. It was the LONGEST wait ever. The older lady was extremely rude. Waited over 30 minutes for what is supposed to be FAST food. Will never stop at this McDonald's again! Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Love them or hate them McDonalds is the king of fast food without question... with In-N-Out Burger coming in a close, real close second. On a hot summer day their Frozen Strawberry Lemonade is super tasty and their Crispy Chicken Club and Southern Style Chicken Sandwichs are great. Although I avoid their burgers, preferring to avoid any sort of mystery meat, McDonald's still serves up a lot of burgers too. With something for everyone and a cheap price tag, may not be particularly good for you but it sure does taste good sometimes! This location off Dixie Highway is small, without much seating, but is pretty clean inside and the staff was friendly. read more

They steal your card info in the drive thru. Don't go here. I drove off with my food not realizing that the cashier never gave back my bank card. I arrived to work and was about to head back to ask for it when I got a text notification about a purchase trying to be made that was declined. Looks like they were probably trying to purchase something online. When I arrive and asked for my card they gave it back and I accused them of trying to use it but the manager said no. Liars and thieves. read more

I have been to McDonald's in more than 10 foreign countries and every state in the Union, and this one is by far the worst. The service is so bad that although I live directly across the street from them, I now drive a couple of miles out of my way to use another location. They claim to be open 24 hours. Do not believe it. I work at night and on several occasions I have decided to try to get something to eat between 3 am and 6 am. I go to the drive-through, and there are employees inside who tell me through the speaker that they are not serving. On far too many occasions, they are accepting cash only, but no one tells you this, even by means of a simple sign until you have waited in line. They rarely have even standard menu items that one would expect would be popular. Finally, they are the "kings" of long wait times during the day, only to have you pull over and wait longer at the drive through after they have taken your money. In my last four attempted visits, my order has been incorrect three times, and on two of those occasions I was sold expired milk because nobody bothered to check it. I have simply given up on this location. Sad to say, there is a McDonald's about two miles south of them on US 1 that is the very model of efficiency and good service. Why sad? Because I have to drive past this train wreck of a so-called "restaurant" to get to the good one. If I owned this location, none of these people would have a job. I'd just fire them all and start over, beginning with the managers. I really do wish they were better at their jobs so I could patronize them, but unfortunately going there has simply become a huge waste of time. read more

Longest wait ever, employees have no customer service (not all), NEVER have caramel frappes EVER. When THEY mess up your order and you catch it, they have an Attitude as if it was your fault, no sorry, or I apologize just take the foid and get outta my face Attitude! But it's MCDONALDS what do you expect. I wanted to give two stars but, it's the closest location to my house and although I know it's bad, I continue to go there (when I eat at McDonalds which isn't often). So, I give them an extra star, cause I could just take my hungry self to another place! read more

The worst drive thru service. Employees where bickering with each other, at the cash window about the lack of change they had in the till. meanwhile the server at the food window was hanging out the window with my ice cream cone, 2 minutes later when I finally received my change and the cone was handed to me, the cone was a melted dripping mess. Poor show. Shame on this duty manager! read more

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. The only reason the get one star is because I can't put zero stars! Employees are not properly trained and left on their own without knowing what to do. Personal are extremely rude, ignorant and do not pay attention to what you're asking them. The Manager is even worse than them, horrible attitude and no help at all. She just decides to do as she pleases. Don't come to this location! read more

Who manages this place?! Absurd service! 3 different days out of the week around 10pm and each time they tell me cash only?!? It's 2018! This is absurd. Who runs a business like this? And if that is true, which I highly doubt. The fact that no one takes initiative to put out a cash only sign instead of having customers pull in and then they're stuck in line? Worst service ever. For sure reporting to the better business bureau. read more

If I could give this McDonalds negative stars I would. The employees are not only disrespectful, they also don't care. It takes 30 minutes or more to get through the drive-thru line. I worked at McDonald's in high school and the restaurant business for many years, so I don't know how they are still in business. They lie about being closed when it is a 24 hour McDonalds. My hubby and I went to this McDonald's after a long day around 11:40pm. Thinking of my oreo mcflurry and fries.... First I arrive and there are literally 7 cars in line. 7 cars!!! Since it was the closest McDonald's we decided to stay in line. After 25 long minutes I get to the speaker to then find out they don't have ores at the moment.... seriously... fine. I will have the new mozarella sticks that they have.... nvm they don't have it either. A dipped cone for me then and a mchicken for my hubby. Another 25 minutes waiting to get the food. once at the window the guy attending me was very nice(reason why I am giving 2 stars and not 1). Hands me over the back of mchicken and then my cone... my cone but not a chocolate dipped cone. He apologizes and let's me know there isn't any chocolate.... what a long day......... read more

The worst mc Donald's the manger is super rude they mess your order all the time .... The worst manger ever

I created a Yelp account just to warn people of this McDonalds. That's how bad it is. Anytime after like 10pm they just don't care. You will wait in the drive thru at least 15 minutes just to order your food. I don't know if they are understaffed at night or they really just don't care, but they are the worst. The only reason I keep coming back is because they are walking distance from where I live. I work late and they're the only option I have, but they disappoint every time. Either with old fries, or serving you raw meat. To the uncaring manager "Ankivia" who couldn't even bother to pretend to care, you run a horrible establishment. read more

Pretty sub-par, even by McDonald's standings. Service is usually very slow and unprofessional, and the food is tasteless and covered with salt. The prices are not even that cheap anymore, so there is no actual reason to eat at this establishment. read more

Do not go here around 4am because that's when the worse customer service is around in this location. When I got to the drive thru there was no one to help me. I get inside and I am being ignored by the Manager who is talking to a friend. When her friend left she ignored me. Then she walked passed me to talk again to her friend that left and I said out loud "Excuse me, is the drive thru open and the girl at the drive thru finally talked to me and said they were closed. This is a 24 hour open location yet they were with the door open and not serving anyone. The manager could've said something to me while I was standing there, yet she chose to keep talking to her friend and ignore me. Like I said, worse customer service ever, I don't understand how they have jobs. Food is ok though, got to admit. I got my fast foodie on anyway at another Mcdonalds. read more

i usually never care about the other consumers i share a public space with, even if its homeless people just looking to rest in some a/c. i understand theres gonna be some weirdos every now and then at fast food places, and some loud obnoxious people. i get all that, and thats perfectly fine, they have just as much of right to be their as i do and as long as their not disrupting the peace they can do pretty much what they want, no problem for me whether i find it annoying or not. hygiene is also very important in any food service joint, but i understand that some tables and some floors arent always gonna be spotless. im not a picky person by any means, ill usually eat anywhere if the food is decent. never in my life have i walked into a store, looked around and said" nope, im eating somewhere else". this has got to be the worst managed public space i have ever seen in my life. Not even 5 seconds after getting out of my car, i'm being approached by aggressive homeless people begging for money or a meal of some sort. and it gets even worse as you walk inside, the place is basically a homeless shelter, with barely any room to sit in. the floors were smudged, the tables were dirty, it reeked of body oder. There is no control of who gets to come in and out of this place or how long they can stay. The drive through is no better, as you get more homeless people literally asking for food as your ordering through the speaker, but your the immoral person for not wanting to give them another meal after you had done so the previous 5 times. Theres your productive homeless person who tries to earn their money by doing street acts of some sort, or literally just asking politely. and then theres your aggressive beggars who give you a dirty look when you say no, and this mcdonald's store is filled with them. i dont know how much management can control who gets to walk and stay at their store, but hygiene is something you can control, and this place was absolutely filthy. again, im not a picky person, so it shocked me when i chose to make the extra 10 min drive to the next mcdonald's. i was extremely uncomfortable eating there due to the filth and the company they keep. And im not sure how much there is they can do to fix it. i feel sorry for the employees, i wouldnt want to much work either when multiple homeless men are barking comments at you the whole day. Stay away from this place, absolutely awful. read more
