Their recycling prompts looked good but when I dove into the process they could improve a few things. I'm supposed to collect them in a box and then print a label and mail it via UPS. I would prefer to recycle them in the store right now. I wonder how many people mail them - there are some incentives to do so. But, almost all we had was in paper wrappings or able to go in the county recycling.

This building is different than the other CFA's I've been to. The drive-thru is like a puzzle right now because if traffic. When I go past here each day in the mid-afternoon they are swamped with people. The day after they opened there have been only like 4 cars in line. The building is really cool, and the drive through isn't a sliding window, it's actually a full sized sliding door which I thought was really neat. They expected to be insanely busy, so I'm sure the design of the door was especially for those busy times!! The only thing I don't like is that you have to enter from around the other side just to get to it. There isn't a direct way into the place. Maybe this was for those busy times as well? This was 3 years in the making, and finally made it's debut.

I also liked the girl who took my order she was very patient and attentive to detail even complimented me on how cute my daughter was I don't remember her name though. The main thing I want to highlight though is how ridiculous this old couple was and how well they handled them. I can't help but give Wendy's props because this old woman was whining about her ranch on her sandwich. Surprisingly it wasn't enough ranch, said it was dry. Now as someone who used to work in fast food I can tell you it's pretty easy to spot whether a claim like that is true or not let alone who is trying to milk a refund and or free food policy. The gal that helped me had the manager talk to them and surprisingly when he saw the sandwich he's like well there's ranch over here if you feel there's not enough ranch that's fine I can give you some more normally we charge 60 cents extra but this time I'll let you have it. She must not have heard him because she starts ranting about how ridiculous it is for extra condiment to cost extra and how she wants her money back. I'm thinking my head you must be really bored to be hassling a guy about this. the manager kindly reminded her that he normally would charge $0.60 extra but was giving it to her for free and then she's like "oh."I have to give Wendy's props for this exchange because they weren't rude to her about how how ridiculous her request was but at the same time they also weren't going to fall for the ploy that some people do to get free food because I have seen it as a former fast food worker before. Handled very well and respectfully. To put a cherry on top I just happened to have an extra cup of ranch from my daughter's chicken nugget meal that we never opened that she wasn't going to use so I approached the lady and I'm like I heard you needed some more ranch this is an extra cup that I am not going to use.

Regardless my mom ordered a 16oz Coors Light... it was a reasonably priced $4.00 so a good value for the regular price. I liked that the bar and restaurant area were separated. I asked our friendly server Deanne if she had any recommendations? She offered the Southwest Chicken Salad, French Dip and I forget which burger. To which I jokingly replied: well you're useless...those all sound delicious! ha. My mom opted for the Smokehouse burger with fries. It said it was 6oz but looked pretty big. With her fries and beer she only ate half of it. I asked for a kids menu. Deanne said "I'm really not supposed to do that." To which I replied "I have a health card" she said she didn't need to see it, but I insisted. I opted for a kids cheeseburger. How fun; it came w either applesauce or pudding?! When I said pudding, I then got to choose: chocolate or vanilla? My burger was delicious and like my mom said "the fries are crispy." Thanks Deanne for the friendly and helpful service and Features for a delicious dinner, cheers!
