Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Hohenwald, Tennessee

Went to the Burger King in Hohenwald. Before we even got completely inside the guy up front threw his hands up ranting and raving. Once we were inside he rudely informed us that we were going to have to wait bc their drive-thru was so backed up and they were so far behind. Bc he was so rude we decided to go elsewhere. They have been this way the past few times we've tried coming here. You can only give a place so many chances before you decide enough is enough. I can understand if they were truly backed up but they only had 2 cars. The way he was talking they had a line around the building. It was absurd. This place is absolutely terrible. Rude people at the window and they got our entire order wrong, when we went to get it fixed they refused to remake the food and just gave a refund but didn't wanna give the receipt! Terrible service read more

Another Hohenwald restaurant with subpar service. Tonight the Drive Thru...approximately 930ish. Let's just go down the list... 1-The young man who took my payment looked like he had just lost his dog. Hair not combed, uniform wrinkled and looked sloppy. 2-No smile, no hello, nothing but "you want your receipt?" 3-The other employee working the food line brought my food order to the window with the MOST sour faced look. 4-The bag with my sandwich and fries looked like my food had been shoved into the bag. The fries were so hard they were not eatable. The few that were soft enough to eat tasted like old grease. The sandwich was decent, hot and the bun was soft. I'm not really sure what happened to BK. When they first came to our town the employees were great, the food tasted fresh and palatable. Now its a crap shoot (literally) as to what you will get in food AND service. I have been working at Hohenwald BK almost a year and most co-workers, even manager Renesas, Brandy, Matt, Linford, and even Kay treated me with respect, kindness, and hell of fun working with at time. It was awesome work environment, tho some problems, we work together to get orders done as fast as we could. However, the new "manager", things turned sour, we lost 6 to 7 co-workers due to one manager. He Rude, Disrespectful, Brag only about himself, Blame other for his own mistakes, and run the window time to talked to a random female at the window. I was told he a "manager in training" however other managers was Told that he was NOT a manager.. This store was not a "chaotic" mess and confusing before and in hope for the future of this store dose improve.. for the sake of BK and the co-workers. Also the district manager here did not bother to fix the problem, instead he would cover it up by quot "it all hearsay" after multiple people complained about the issue Now im working at Sonic and so far im happy with the new environment and better pay. read more

The burger King in hohenwald is the most unfriendly arrogant and just don't care about customer service.there are a few who are friendly but the majority all act like they are doing you a favor.thus is a hospitality industry and they know absolutely nothing about hospitality read more

The service was okay, the guy was polite but they are obviously short staffed since there's a long wait for you to pay for your food(nobody at the window with two signs stating to please wait to pay). the food was incredibly awful though. I usually understand I'm ordering "fast food" so I don't have high hopes but this was awful. The nuggets tasted like they were cooked the previous day, the onion rings were soggy and over salted so bad I didn't even eat them, cold fries, and the sandwiches were bad as well. We are brand new in the area and definitely learned to not eat here again. Complete waste of $32. read more

This place has 2 not one lane 2 lanes and y'all have two people on back cash. Tell me why in the hell yall gonna run 5 cars passed me and the second lane had 0 people in front of me? I passed 5 people to get to that lane because they didn't want to get in that lane and now I see why. Y'all have poor ass management because I asked for her and it was a she because Kenny (who was very polite) told me. Y'all need to get y'all shit together for sure. Also I didn't get napkins. Hi everyone, we'll I just wanted to say I love burger King but not this one. The burgers are cold, except now after they make them they nuke them so your lettuce might be hot and wiltie. Chicken fries are not fresh, and the onion rings are soggy. Anyhow been to burger kings in Columbia and other states that are amazing, steer clear of this one. Not fast. They have you pull up to make corporate think they are fast. I have waited over 25 min for a rodeo burger.

This is a new BK so maybe "hopefully"they will get better but as of now all your going to get is ice cold food hope they do better in the future because in this little town there's too many good family restaurants to eat at that does take pride in their food!
