She took the bag without checking anything and walked away, continuing to give me dirty looks throughout the interaction. I've worked in food service myself, so I understand that mistakes happen. Orders get mixed up, and that's part of the job. What isn't acceptable is treating a polite customer with hostility, arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue, and making them feel like they're at fault for asking to receive the meal they actually ordered. The incorrect order wasn't what upset me the most, it was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy.
