Went there for breakfast with the family. Never got to try the food. The Good: : Cashier taking the order was great. The Bad: Charge $2.49 for a water cup. Came here at 11 PM just to pick up an Uber Eats order and waited about 10 minutes before even being told to pull around. I politely asked for a cup of tap water for myself, and she said no in a very rude manner. After waiting another 10 minutes, they brought out the wrong order and told me I'd have to wait another 10 minutes while they remade it. Mind you, there were absolutely no cars in the drive-thru the entire time. Very disappointing service and poor attitude for a simple pickup order. Since I'm driving a RHD vehicle today, I decided to go inside instead of the drive-thru. I was immediately greeted by a very nice fella who took my order, explained the specials and the variety of items that you could get. I was quite surprised that you could get two whopper meal deals for $10. That's righteous for the price. A meal for myself AND my hubby for $10 plus tax? Unheard of! (I did add cheese to both sandwiches for a small fee, but the change to onion rings was free) While the whoppers were just as good as any burger king we'd eaten at, (the service was pretty quick too!) our onion rings were a mushy half-cooked disappointment. Folks, I know you're trying to rush, but most people don't mind a few more minutes to wait for good food! One renouned chef once said that it's better to make the customer wait for perfection than to send out garbage. People will soon forget their few minutes extra to wait a long as the food you're making them wait for its good. That was our only complaint. Place was neat and clean, lovely tile everywhere and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Tons of parking and easy access to the restaurant. Maybe teach whoever is back there making the sandwiches or grabbing the fries and rings for orders to watch to see if they're getting low and COOK THEM LONG ENOUGH! Don't send out garbage to people or you'll more than disappoint them, you'll LOSE them as customers. read more

Burger King in Green Cove Springs, FL is a very good fast food restaurant. Michael Green the manager runs things very well and Ms Kay is also very good. The Staff are friendly and always willing to help you. They are excellent people who work the restaurant. The breakfast is always hot and made to order correctly. Made a mobile order because I knew I had about 15 minutes till I arrived at this location as normal went to the drive-through said who we were and went to the window to pick up the order only to be directed to wait not at the window but two car links ahead well after waiting 15 minutes I asked my worker to drive around so I could go inside and after waiting another 10 minutes for whomever to take other customer orders they finally tried taking my order outside to only have to come back in and find me waiting in my wheelchair, wondering why it took half hour to make my meals. Nothing was said to me until I said well since I was kept waiting, I should be compensated, but I was only told that that he's the manager was the only one working when clearly there was three other workers with him, but really that is not our problem as customers. Its a corporate problem or whomever owns this particular location for not hiring more workers and as a disabled person in this Florida heat sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes is unacceptable and for a fast food restaurant like Burger King should be unacceptable. Also hire more people I say people looking for jobs pay what they need to make an honest wage. Furthermore, I don't care what people may think of this review or me in general. i got there at 11:48pm & was just wanting a drink for my ride home. when i pulled up to the window, the workers never said anything, so i waited a couple minutes before saying anything because i figured they were busy cleaning. i said "hello" a few times and got no response. then i had to leave because they clearly had no intention on acknowledging me or taking my one drink order, while pulling away i saw a worker standing their with his headset on, waiting for me to drive away. i understand it was 10 minutes till close, however they still were not closed & my order should've been taken. this was very unprofessional & overall ridiculous. if you stop taking orders at 11:48pm, update your hours to 6am-11:48pm. read more

I have been going to this Burger King for over a year since my transfer to Green Cove Springs. It's always been a good experience and they never get my food wrong. I'm one of those that don't like a lot of mustard on my sandwich so I always get one of my own. I want to give a shout out to Niasis. She always has my one mustard on my tray without me even requesting it. She is always very polite. It's nice to be served with such a sweet smile and be treated as a valued customer. I waited 10 minutes to even get a person on the register to take my order. Multiple other costumers were complaining saying "my nuggets were hard." "You forgot this." This Burger King is the worst I have EVER been to. No one cares about the food quality and service here. It's so bad. Yeah they only have 4 people working but still you can do better than that. I sat in the drive through just to receive two milkshakes that weren't mixed all the way, were not filled all the way and no whipped cream. We've been to this new BK twice, in the past couple of weeks, for takeout. After getting home with our order both times, my order was wrong. I always order a Whopper with Cheese, no onions. Easy...right? The first time, I got a Cheese Whopper (it said so on the wrapper) with no cheese, no onions (yay!), and no pickles (unfortunately, my favorite condiment). Tonight, I got a Cheese Whopper again with no cheese...everything else was fine. Really. It's the ONLY thing they have to do, and yet can't seem to get it right. I predict doom for this BK, just like the sorry one in WalMart. Sad. I worked in BK as a teenager, and we were made to run like a well-oiled, customer-friendly fast food place. Standards were high. They didn't wow me....just average. My husband had to repeat our order 4x at the DT window. Four. Thankfully, it was correct. The Whopper Jr. probably had the freshest ingredients I've ever seen in a Drive Thru. The nuggets were a bit soggy - odd right? - but cooked completely. The employees weren't friendly; the dude needing our very simple 2 item order repeated 4 times was a bit silly. There are double DT lanes and they apparently don't know how to keep track of who ordered what yet; we pulled forward to the window (the other car was still at the speaker), and they told us an amount 10x our order cost....ummm no. We weren't given a greeting, thanked, or wished goodbye. When she gave us our order, she opened the door and shoved the bag at my husband without saying a word. And seriously, no napkins. That should be standard with any DT order - napkins. We hit this location solely for convenience as we were headed down the road and I hadn't eaten in about 18 hours. They're a brand-spanking new BK. Hopefully they can continue fresh ingredients and food quality, and spend a little more time training and coaching their employees. read more

If you want to spend over half an hour sitting in the Drive-Thru this is the place for you. And at least 20 minutes inside at the counter. They are 80% likely to take three times as long to process your order than any other Burger King and their complete lack of respect for their most important reason for being in existence "the customer" is astonishing.
