    Photo of burned impossible burger

The people were friendly, and the service was fine. The main problem was is that I ordered an impossible burger and it was kind of like charcoal because it had so many burns on it and when I tried to eat it it was crunchy because of all of the burned areas. They told me that this was normal. But I have experience eating fast food since the mid-1970s and I can't remember many times when I ordered a hamburger impossible burger or whatever and felt like I was eating charcoal. They redid it for me but it was still the same. I just haven't experienced this and other places including in Northern Virginia when I would order an impossible burger. Maybe they are right and I'm wrong but it still seems kind of non-appetizing.

Ate there today. The food was well-cooked - yesterday! Uh Uh! Not when Mickey D's is providing fresh, hot and juicy just across the way.

The market portion is sizable and has a lot of lesser known brands as well as western New York staples. In addition, they have a butcher counter and a deli counter. Food We walked over to the deli counter and ordered a few sandwiches. I went with the classic Italian on wheat, which was loaded meat and delicious. My wife ordered a turkey wrap and claimed it was one of the best she ever had. We picked up some homemade cookies and a few bags of chips at the counter to complete the meal. The sandwiches were only $9.00 for 6" which seemed reasonable. 5/5 Service All ordering was made at the counter, but staff were friendly and made it an easy experience. The staff at the checkout register were kind and offered additional suggestions that we might like as well. 5/5 Ambiance Tuscany was remarkably organized and very clean. The business was pretty busy that day, but they did a good job keeping everyone moving. 5/5 Tuscany Market & Deli was a hidden gem of the visit. They clearly had regulars that were in and out, which is the sign of a good business. I would recommend checking it out if you haven't already had the pleasure.

It's like they ran out and just waved a spoon in the general direction of the tortilla. I got a combo that gave us three of these sad tacos with two strands of iceberg lettuce, a wish of tomatoes, "guac" (if you can find it), some fries, and a drink, and somehow that added up to $16. Their cost was probably 38-cents, including staffing costs. To top it off, the drive-thru employees acted like I was an idiot for not having the entire menu memorized. Sorry dude, last time I ate at taco hell, I don't think your parents even met yet. I didn't realize I needed to be fluent in the menu before ordering fast food in order to avoid bothering you with questions. They were short-tempered, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even the bare minimum of customer service. Didn't go inside, and I never will. It's obvious this location is banking on its spot right by the highway exit, knowing people won't bother turning around (especially with a toll involved) to complain. Well, here's my complaint--right where it'll actually be seen. Save your money and your patience; just keep driving. Would give negative stars if I could. Luckily my kid waited to get home to eat the "tacos". No worries, I fixed 'em when I got home.
