No way this place stays in business. It will close down for how long it takes for food. On top of that, how old the food is once received. Close this place down, now. A congressional deserves to be placed with temp checks on receipt, waiting times, and recorded service. read more

This BK takes the "Fast" out of Fast Food. 1030 am for just a whopper is. 30-40 minute deal. I could have went to Olive Garden sat and gave my order and had a full meal faster. Just close this Bk no one has enough time in their lunch break to even attempt to grab a freaking burger from these people. Worst absolute worst of the worst. What can you improve? I don't know but there is never been a time I ever went to drive thru and come out with food in under 30 mins. Ever! Today was the final straw! 45 mins in drive thru for a Whopper!!!!!! With only 2 cars in front of me!! read more

love this place!!! SO GOOD and the people are nice!! I think I might come here to get ice cream everyday. The burgers are also way better here than anywhere else. read more

They are friendly and they try, but it really sucks to pay $13 for a meal and you get this (pictured below) the royal crispy sandwich I got is a tiny burnt piece of chicken. Also be prepared to wait a very long time even if no one is there. read more

Burger King - Royal crispy sandwich. Small and burned piece of chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Irwin, California

They close at 7:40pm not 8pm. It's unfortunate that there's not much here on base . Make sure you go earlier cause they won't answer the phone , or the door . read more

I went here for food. I have been here before and had a couple problems but nothing seems to have gotten better and quite frankly, it seems to have gotten worse, and the management seems to be a worse as well. I looked up at menu for what was available. It was just after 10:00 AM and expected to see only breakfast items but it showed Whopper Value Meal #9 on the short list of 3 items. I ordered a number 9 @ 10:11 AM and dot my food at 10:31 AM. I thought 20 minutes was a long time for a burger at Burger King. It was a signature burger on the "All Day Menu". The lady behind the counter said that's how long it takes if you want it fresh. I would like to add that I was the only person in the dining room. Not sure who to point the finger at; the slow worker that forgot to drop the fries or the lady behind the counter that is telling these tails of fresh food. Either was, this place has a pattern of poor service and won't be trying them again for about a year. Kinda sucks cause it's our only burger place at Fort Irwin CA. Maybe weak management with excuses is the best way to sum up the place. read more

One month later and this place is still trash. They need to fire everyone here. I worked in the food service industry over 15 years. I'll tell you what, it really isn't that hard to cook a burger read more

I ordered and had to wait 50 minutes for my food. The service was slow and the people were kinda rude. I asked one for ketchup and all he did was grunt at me. read more

You ever waited in a drive thru for an hour for cold food? Do you want to? Cause oh boy. You will

Slowest fast food in the country. Next time you sit in any drive-through, imagine waiting for 45 minutes. Horrible. This place should be closed. Just open up the kitchen and let the customers make their own food, it will make 10x more money. read more

I had two cars ahead of me and I say in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Fast food. Great service, friendly and fast service. Respectful customer service. Got my order right. Did not wait long. Faster and better service than the pizza hut here read more

Always running out of items, throw stuff together however they want, will charge you for items you don't receive, worst door dash deliveries. read more

I understand being under staffed but the current staff moves extremely slow. And they are always out of menu items.

Every time I come and visit my family we go to Burger King. Not many food choices in this little army town. However that being said, that would give the staff at Burger King a very powerful feeling that that don't have to have even Mediocre customer service skills. This staff and their amazing customer service and willingness to help is beyond expectation. Thank you for being customer focused you are amazing. read more

SLOW, Slow service, most of the staff seems like they don't even like their job(especially the managers), and the food is mediocre. I asked for fresh fries and got a confused/frustrated look from the manager and she said they were fresh with an attitude... Then I was served stale fries with no salt on them, they had dried before getting the salt added. Smh the chicken strips seemed like they were cooked over an hour ago, and left to sit on the warmer which is gross. There is a Korean lady working the register, and she barely speaks English, so I'm confused as to why she is in charge of the drive thru, or register... Seems like the entire place doesn't care at all The restrooms there are filthy, and no toilet paper dispenser, the paper is simply placed on the gross floor that's in need of a serious deck scrub. How can someone use dirty toilet paper to clean themselves up??? (If the restroom is filthy the kitchen is WORSE)I mentioned this to the management over a month ago and it's NEVER BEEN FIXED. I'm starting to think even the AAFES people who manages them don't really care either it's really a shame. I would give a 0 star rating but yelpade me give them a star... Smh read more

Slow! Slow! Slow! Every time. If employees moved any slower they'd come to a full stop. Are they sleeping with their eyes open? We've given up and now just make our own burgers and fries at home. read more

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT just for a whopper in drive thru Burger King needs to take action at this location

For the most part everything thing is okay for the choices we have on post. Just wish that when you order DoorDash they will add the condiments. read more

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for an iced coffee just to get charged the wrong order, the workers here are very rude and unpolite. I understand it can get busy pretty quick but to treat your customers rudely is just not it. read more

The worst food ever the customers don't even speak English avoid this place very slow I recommend going somewhere else

Good fast food when you need it. Sure it gets busy at times, but the staff is real quick and courteous. Great place for breakfast and lunch when your in a hurry. The coffee is good too. read more

Fish sandwich was good. Not great but good. Staff were friendly. Fish was over cooked. They call it a "Big Fish" but the size was not so big. read more

I wanted to give this place more stars but with the time you wait in line you might as well drive to Barstow and back by the time you get your food. Now when I order my food I purchase the fries at the commissary and cook them in my air fryer and just order a burger or nuggets because at least I can guarantee the fries will be fresh . read more

It's pretty dead yet it's taken over 20 minutes to get a whopper and chicken nuggets. Only option available at the moment darn. read more

Burger King - 20 minute wait for this.....wow - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Irwin, California

The burger I ordered was disgusting. Will not eat there again until quality improves or management change.

I honestly don't understand how this place has had so many bad reviews. I eat here often since I work up here and the service is always pretty decent. If they make mistakes they are fast to fix them. The bread and fries are always fresh and their soda machine is always stocked with soda. Just a tip though, they tend to put the drive through as priority, so ordering from your car is going to be much faster than going in. Overall it's a good place to have lunch. The floors are clean, the A/C is always working and if you treat the Popeye's ladies nice, they hook you up! read more

The 3 times we made the decision to eat at Burger King, we regretted it. Every time something has gone wrong. Either we are missing food and what we did get was completely cold, or the little changes we ask like "no mayonnaise" don't happen. read more

Two out of three times something is wrong with my order. They either give you the wrong burger or forget to give you something you paid for. It's sad that it's one of the few places on post to order food from and it sucks so bad. This place is pathetic enough as it is, at least the restaurants should be good. read more

I've been here for two years and can probably count the number of times they got my order correct on one hand. Came by for a really quick meal today when I was in a rush. I was the only person in line, and waited about 10 min for my food. The bun was so stale, I actually broke it like a cracker. I don't understand if they are so slow, how can they have no quality control and not serve a fresh bun? read more

This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Everytime I try to eat here something is wrong. This morning the fryers don't work, last time the regester would not read my card. The staff is the worst. They are rude and lazy. One lady refused to even take my order. This place needs a whole new staff and working equipment. Shut it down and start over. read more

I was actually surprised... despite the crowd, the food was delivered quickly to me. As far as quality... well, it's an average Burger King. The onion ring seasoning tasted a bit different, but that's the only difference I noticed. read more

This Burger King is horrible. The workers are hella slow and lazy. The food is gross because half the time it's not cooked. It's nasty inside. I don't understand how AAFES allows this junk to serve our troops. Do you only hire people with no schooling?!?'? I rank this #1 out of all the BK's in the country of being the shittiest store. Plus when you order a damn fry it's going to take you 15mins to get it. read more

Food is Burger King as expected. The service workers make you feel the negativity that everyone talks about before you get to Fort Irwin.

Food is what you'd expect from a Burger King. I'll be honest the employees have no sense of urgency. And sometime the employees are rude not all the time but sometimes. I'll go there again just for the fact that there's no where else to eat really so........ read more

Worst burger King I've ever been to and worst service on post. First of all I do need to d Say that the guy that takes your order jesus, does his job he does just fine, but, the second window omg. Possibly the worst Burger King I've ever been too. Three visits and twice they could not operate the register! Once forgot to fill my order while I stood at the counter after order for 15 min. Then had the nerve to ask me what I needed like they forgot who I was. The food comes cold and the bread was stale on each visit. On today's date 5/3/18 I didn't even get to order because the line was long due to the fact not even the manager could operate the register. I walked out without food and angry. read more

Most people know Burger King and their menu so I'll focus my review on this particular location. The drive thru gets backed up pretty bad at meal times and the store itself closes pretty early but since it's on Fort Irwin which is isolated in the middle of nowhere that's hard to crticize. Anyone who eats at BK should know how cruddy their 'meat' is. I'd love to know what it is they put in their burger patties cause there's no way it's real beef. Service at this location is rather indifferent at best, sometimes they go out of their way for the customer and sometimes they make up policies as they're speaking to you. Whatever. I'd like to see AAFES get rid of the fake burgers and bring Chipotle on post, that'd make the Soldiers happy and would be healthier eating too. read more

They get your order wrong most of the time, make sure to check it thoroughly before you leave the drive thru. Inside, be careful, they try and charge you for things not ordered, like extra cheese on a whopper, etc. or upsize your order to a level above what was actually ordered. read more
