We can't remember if this was remodeled or if it's brand-new but it seems very brand-new. Not very busy, pretty fast, Burger King food. I thought it was cool but there is an Icee machine that is very up-to-date and fancy. Otherwise pretty standard. The employees weren't overly friendly or overly unfriendly. The bathroom was clean. My daughter and I went there around 10:25am and it was still breakfast but they made our chicken sandwich and fries fresh for lunch and it was really good! The employee at the drive through was very nice also. I know this place has bad reviews but every time I've gone here I have never had a bad experience and the food is always good. If there are ever any issues they are happy to help. read more

Got charged $5 for an icee when it should have only been $2 something, and then didn't give us our receipt.

This location has decent service on the weekdays in the morning, I assume when the manager is there. This location closes early every night except one night last week the lights were still on at 10pm and this was so odd that I actually took a picture and sent it to my girlfriend who was visiting family in Oregon. That's how reliable it is. I doubt feel comfortable ordering from this location on the nights and weekends. As again, on the weekends they never are open on time. Very poor location. read more

For the second time this month, I made the mistake of going to this location. I gave it another chance as my in-laws were the ones who decided to go here. It was remarkable how similar our experience was with going inside to order. The absolute lack of customer service is despicable. In my personal experience on July 4th, after order our food and our friends food, we realized we hadn't got something to drink. When approaching the register again the lady on the grill start YELLING "DO NOT TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS!!" Over and over again. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at an establishment. We were the only people inside ordering. It appeared they had a bigger order at the drive-thru. I understand being busy and frustrated but that was absolutely unacceptable. Especially when he was only ordering a pop. Now to my in-laws today. Same horrible service. They waited 15 minutes to get 4 whoppers and 2 onion rings because after the burgers were ready they realized they didn't have enough rings. This is common sense to prepare both at the same time. By the time we got the food, the cheese was irredentist and almost none existent with a sloppy thrown together soggy mess. They were also out of CO2 for the pop machine, so no beverage at all available. I won't be surprised when this location closes. As it's beyond obvious there is absolutely no one doing anything constructive here. read more

I encountered a rude young lady at the drive-through window last week and earlier today. The first time, after waiting for her to take my order, it seemed that she was having trouble with the headset. I drove to the pick-up window to give my order to her, when she scolded me, "you could have waited a minute". Non-verbal expression supported the tone of voice. Today, I went there, gave my order, went to the window, and noticed it was the same young lady. Not wanting to deal with her I said "I don't want to get my order from you, cancel my order." Her response was, " HA ha ha f@$# you." I asked for a manager, and a young man came forward. I explained what happened and said I must have done something to trigger her. She claims the reason she treats me like this is because I am rude. I've been ordering from that location two mornings a week for 2 years. I've never had a problem with any other employee. read more

When settling for fast food, you aren't expecting a lot from your dinning experience. The least a place can do is get the correct food to the person ordering. That being said, this location has screwed up my last 3 consecutive orders by either forgetting to give me my full order or giving me the wrong item (like getting sausage instead of bacon on my breakfast sandwich). read more

by far the worst fast food experience ive ever had! i sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes today, when i finally got to the window to get my order i asked to speak with a manager, was told by this very young man that he was in fact a manager... however his name tag said otherwise. i told him of the situation and could i maybe get a discount due to the fact that i sat for nearly 45 minutes in the drive thru line (mind you, this place was not busy!!!) and all i was told was "oh im sorry about that".... when pulling away i realize only half of my order is in the bag and there wasnt a receipt!!!! also the food was cold!!! omg! whats wrong with these people!!!??? there is obviously no need to ever go there! they are crappy customer service reps, they also take no pride in their work!!! this establishment is just plain sad! i am reporting this to bbb! read more

internet states BK in Forest Lake, MN open until midnight and sign on drive thru says the same thing, plus the lights were on for the drive thru and kitchen. we drove up to order but got no response, drove up to the window but lady inside states they are closed. I told her the info we found and she said it was wrong and she would let someone know My thought shut the lights off!! read more

We got shortchanged at the drive through. As we drove off we noticed we were a sandwich short. So my husband took the receipt in to show we had paid for 3 sandwiches and only got 2. The woman said go get your bag and bring it in here. My husband said really? you think I am lying about getting shorted 1 sandwich?? He is handicapped and walks with a cane.. She kept the receipt. He came back the car and said I am not walking back in there , so we went through the drive thru to show our bag of food to prove we were short a sandwich. we get to the window and an older lady opens the window and says please leave we have called the police. Whaaat? are you kidding? here is the bag. l ook and see only 2 sandwiches, we paid for 3. So my husband said either give us our sandwich or our money back that we paid for the sandwich. they said pull around to the parking lot and wait for the police. We sat there for 15 min waiting for the police. The sandwiches we did have were now cold, the police never came. We wanted to tell the police our side. this was crazy!!!!! really all over a 2.00 sandwich??? We asked for a manager but they said there wasn't one. So they stole our money since they kept what we paid for the sandwich. The lady inside said that they had put the sandwichs all in our bag. uuuh no, there was only 2 not 3 , receipt showed we paid for 3. We will never go to this burger king again. Warning, don't pull away from the window before you check your order. The workers there were rude! read more
