This was not my first poor experience with this location. After a year or so, I decided to give them another try. Big mistake! I ordered online. It was ready when they said it would be, however.... The burrito bowls were the most pathetic I have seen. A new low. Many of the items requested were not in the bowl - no corn, or tomatoes, I may have had one fajitas vegetable, and my lite lettuce was definitely lite, there was one strand of shredded lettuce...On the up side I did get something I didn't ask for - sour cream. Upon getting my two burrito bowls they had only a small amount of meat and were missing the Guac I paid extra for. They were child sized amounts of food, we were still hungry after. The food is subpar in comparison to other locations. The meat is often charred, removing any flavor but that of the burn. Fajita veggies sliced too thick, basically giving me 1" chunks of raw green pepper on my burrito which is not appetizing. The service is very slow, whether I visit inside or through the drive up. The lines are often long but I can't tell if it is because they are short staffed or just slow. Many times I have ordered online for pick up and had to wait 10-15 minutes past the pick up time. Worst Chipotle ever. I ordered a burrito bowl and a Mexican Coca-Cola on the app. I pulled ahead to the window to pick up my order once the app said it was ready. Nobody checked in with me for 10 minutes. Once somebody finally acknowledged me, I was greeted by a grumpy young adult man who looked like he didn't enjoy his job in the slightest. He looked like he was fed up with my bullshit and we hadn't even interacted yet. He asked me, "What's the name?" I gave him my name, then he closed the window for a few minutes, abruptly handed my order out the window, practically throwing it in my face, and said, "The Coke's in the bag." I grabbed my order, smiled, thanked him, and drove to a parking spot. I checked my order to find out that the Coca-Cola was *not* a twist-off and required a bottle opener, which I didn't have. I was also not given any flatware (fork, spoon) or napkins. I'm very highly disappointed with this Chipotle location's extreme lack of professionalism, timeliness, and concern for the customer, especially considering the insanely high prices at this location. The Mexican Coca-Cola was $3.50! I can get a bigger one from a local food market for $1.49. It's safe to say that I will never return to a single Chipotle location ever again. A little disappointed. They were slammed so I am extremely understanding about that. The guy that helped me was nice! Unfortunately my corn was SO COLD I had to wait a while before I could eat it. Seemed like it was frozen. I also noticed that they were touching the spoons the other food- like scooping corn in to a bowl and laying the spoon on the meat that was already in there. As a vegetarian- that worried me a bit. I understand cross contamination happens it was just something I haven't seen at other chipotles. I also didn't get any ice in my soda, not sure if it was broken or they were out? (They were busy and it wasn't a big enough issue to ask for a remedy.) I went through the line waited over 15 minutes and I am an Amazon driver so I'm on a time crunch. Not one employee seemed like they wanted to be here. I watched them scrape the nasty (who knows how old because it was a PILE) of food sitting on the counter by the bins of food where they have their assembly line AND PUSH IT BACK INTO THE LETTUCE BIN. Quick stop in Forest Lake on our way to the North Shore. This chipotle is fantastic. Clean. Great service. It even has a drive through.

Edit: 10/16/23- When are zero stars going to be allowed? Holy sh*t, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went through the drive through to number one, have staff forget my bowl, and then believing the staff is somewhat competent, I drive all the way home to see that they gave me "Cooper M's" burrito. (I think it's important to note that my order said it would be ready at 6:50, however, knowing how terrible this place is, I waited until 7:20 to pickup- 30 minutes later and they still couldn't get it right! Also, I got two entrées and before you say you could have just eaten his burrito, his had chicken and I'm vegetarian). So now I drive back to the location just to argue with the manager for 10 minutes while he keeps saying "we remedied coopers burrito, so I can't give you a free burrito". He was literally going to make me pay for the burrito I already paid for? I just wanted a complimentary one for all the trouble, but he wasn't even going to give me that, let alone the one I already paid for. I cannot wait for this chipotle to get shut down. I grew up in Forest Lake and getting a Chipotle was a dream come true until my first visit. I was cheated with the amount of rice I received in both bowls that I ordered. The chicken was so over seasoned and overcooked, they might as well have put charcoal in my bowl instead and called it a day. It would've tasted much better. As for the steak in the other bowl, they sure didn't bother to keep it warm when they cooked it 8 hours ago. This Chipotle is struggling. Every time I go in it doesn't seem they have crispy tacos. They don't really want to make them.

Unfortunately in my hometown, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. At first I thought it was growing pains when they first opened. The burritos are smaller than any other chipotle I've ever been to. I tried it again a few months later after they opened to give them another try and it was just as bad. My wife made me go there one more time to give them a try. It was the smallest burrito I've ever consumed and there was about 15 chips in the bag. I'm not sure if the portions are cut backs by corporate chipotle or if this is a decision made by the franchise owner. I would avoid this chipotle. I have been to a lot of chipotles and this was by far the worst. First of all, the employee serving my food came off rude and annoyed with me. Every time he scooped something in my bowl it wasn't even halfway full on the spoon- so I had to ask for extra with EVERYTHING he scooped and that's when he got annoyed. My bowl wasn't even halfway full even after asking for extra. I didn't even get more than a tablespoon of queso. On top of it- the dining area was a mess and the glass in front of you are your ordering was gross and not cleaned at all. It was definitely a health hazard. As I started eating, I bit into something really hard and it got stuck in my throat- and I started choking and almost threw up from it. I never ever leave reviews but I am so upset with this chipotle- the service, food, respect is HORRIBLE! I would like a refund. Every time I visit this store I regret it. Went there on a friday at 6pm and the place was packed. Long line. Stood there for 20 minutes and they only completed 2 orders. Walked out along with many others who were sick of waiting. Staff is very slow even thought there were plenty of employees. Today went there for lunch at 11:40 am. went in and the only people in the dining room were employees eating. No one in line. As we were walking up to an empty order line one of the workers said that they were not open until Noon and that there was a sign on the door stating those hours. WHY was it not open for lunch and opening at NOON? Also if your not open until Noon, why was the door unlocked. Even when I have been able to get an order the food sucks.
