This is the worst BK I've been to in a while, possibly ever. I went to drive through in the middle of the afternoon to get an Impossible Whopper. I had to wait a long time in the drive/up line, as did the two drivers in front of me. When I finally got to the head of the line, I had to wait 5 - 10 minutes more. I ordered my Whopper, which should have been $8.05 ($7.59 plus tax), though the screen in front of me showed no price. When I got to the window, the young man didn't even know what my order was. I told him and gave him $20. He gave me my sandwich and change (no napkin and no receipt by the way). Being in a hurry, I drove off. It was only later that I realized that I had received only $2 change for my $20! By that time, I had no interest in going back to argue. I left complaint messages for the manager and BK corporate but I'm not holding my breath that either will contact me. I know that this is my fault for being in a hurry and I'm chalking it up to an expensive lesson. In the meantime, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this BK. read more

Why does it take 30 minutes to cook the food I ordered off the Burger King app. I ordered food at 4:20pm, drive to the Burger King to pick up my order. Arrived at 4:30pm. Gave my name and told my food will be right up. I hear my name MULTIPLE times asking if I am there to pick up my food and MULTIPLE times, the answer was yes. Everyone has left the restaurant and I'm still standing there. I am asked again for my order. I again told my name and my order which was only a double whopper w/cheese and large onion rings. Finally I received my order at 4:51pm and offered a drink as if that makes it all better. Screw that! Insulting. Ordered delivery last night, all of my food was cold. the service is entirely unprofessional and rude. They refused to answer my calls and lied straight to my face about my DoorDash order when they finally picked up my call. The person I spoke to was very disrespectful and didn't even let me speak. I will definitely be calling to speak to a manager because I have never had worse service. I had to call my dasher and let her know myself that they had told me the food was already taken as she was still waiting but then they told the dasher that they had it. they also told her I had no drinks which was a lie and my dasher had to go back in and ask about them. you never have high expectations for drive-thru fast food after 10 p.m. when the dining room closes but this place absolutely needs to retrain their people who are working the window after 10 pm. I called in to BK severely in need of some greasy fries after a 15 hr bar crawl bender and BK treated me like none the less whopper king that I am. She replied "we can drop some fries" at 8:30am... which keep in mind isn't typically served until 10-10:30 depending on location. Btw don't order the oatmeal, the fruit won't be in the bag and you have to go back....I ordered a whopper off the broiler so I can have it my way but they give me what they want or better it THEIR WAY! ...It takes a half an hour to go through the drive-thru with only another car being there...They also take a long time taking your order...I love BK but after that it makes me think twice. BEWARE. Neither the staff or management knows the difference between a vegetable and a condiment but yet they think they deserve $15. an hour.
